This game was good around 2015 and 2016 years , all the cards i could easily purchase with few amount of souls , but now its completely different story , dragon krystals very very very hard to get , i need to play for years to collect diamond cards , the games character store is so difficult that for 5 10 years you need to play the game continously and then just to collect the diamond oh forget for diamomds to get it fusion x . i really used to love the game but too much money focused game .

after the 6 years I ever played, still they are not change fighting mechanism, just three taps , one swipe, little mini games, we need more fighting movements and combo technique, change position of swipe button and mini appearance in games, that fully hide gameplay , I still love the game because it's mortal kombat mobile version, we need just prove them what is actually mortal kombat mobile , we need mortal kombat x style detailed texture and lighting reflection

One word, BLOAT. This used to be a great game, but now there's too much stuff going on. 50 challenges, 50 tabs, you're completely disoriented as a new player, countless characters, powerups, tools, the UI looks more complicated than a cockpit. More is not better. What this game needs isn't an update but a new game with less of everything. Less characters, not getting diamond characters immediately, less rarities, less things going on on the screen.

Game play is very good with nice graphics. My only issue is that you don't get to play with real players. You only play with a computer. I have no real player to player experience, and that's off for me as a huge fan of multi player I want to be able to connect with friends and play matches together just like any other multi player games available. Aside from that, everything is fine.

Since the update the game has been crashing till the point that I can't play anymore. Trying to play challenges and the tower events is futile as the days go by till it's closing date and your progress was for nothing. Please change the way you can acquire fusion cards, it has been more than year and a half and have tried to fuse one gold character to fusion X but you keep giving out bronze and silver cards on purpose and it's quite exhausting

After installing the app , I opened it and after just a few sec the screen froze and half of it was a picture of the game and another one was the phone and I couldn't touch anything! I had to reboot my phone to make things fine. I'm sure that the problem wasn't from my phone. POCO X7 pro.

i was enjoying the game till am not anymore, when I play the krypt the game crashes when am fighting sometimes (my phone is a red magic 10 pro so it's not because of my device for sure) also the internet is always perfect when I play, yet the game disconnects, and when am back my caracters are dead and I have no way to revive them because the crashes consumed all my souls, and this is so ridiculous tbh, it's an obvious robbery for souls and, if I was able to put 0 stars I would've done that tbh

this game isn’t even worth one star. the gameplay is painfully shallow, the progression is downright insufferable and the grind is blatantly greedy. having to pull rare characters and then collect six copies just to make them viable is ridiculous. boring mechanics, terrible progression, and shameless monetization.
