the game got more overwhelming when you guys added the trash update!! I don't mind the trash but I have to clean so frequently to make the npcs happy. at least loosen up the time when the trash appears 😭😭 I played this game back in 2024 and it was a chill game. now it's not a chill game! so many trash! I cant play the game normally like before 😭😭 the trash has completely ruined my experience

It was pretty good at the beginning but it gets repetitive which makes it boring personally you’re just doing the same thing over and over but it takes a little longer to upgrade the next hotel level. Would be a lot more fun if they changed it up a bit each level instead of keeping it the same. Great game overall

This game is nothing but ads. You can't play properly because it forces you to watch an ad almost every time you do anything. The constant interruptions completely ruin the gameplay.

This game freezes way to much it causes you to looses pr ogress and coins every couple mins it freezes makes it to the point where you want to just stop playing all together then the ads are a nuisance now can’t get passed carnival level

The game is fun but the ads are horrible. Atleast every 3-5 minutes a ad shows up. For certain features like recyclers you have to pay real money or watch a ad to have them for 5 minutes. They have a lot of stuff that pops up on the map to help you get around better but you have to watch an ad to use it. Just kinda annoying. The game would be 5 stars if ads weren’t to excessive.

I paid for the app to get rid of ads. That has worked but I have not been able to load the game at all for last several weeks, I tried restarting and closing out other apps. It won’t load. Just stops at the front page where it says “loading” and that’s it. I’d like my money back with this glitchy app. I received a response and was told to review the support options. I can’t click on that on the homepage either. I only have a frozen loading page.

The game could be enjoyable but there are far too many ads. Some of the ads aren't short either (one for a game called 'Township' was excessively long). You will get prompts to watch an ad every 2 minutes, which unfortunately is not an exaggeration. If you want to prevent the ad pop ups, you need to force your own advert eg by watching an advert for the cleaning ladies. update- i have uninstalled as noticed reviews going back to 2024 complaining about ads.

The ads in this game are diabolical. The game is rated G but the ads are basically pornography for a game called Whispers or something (rated 18+) and they continue to be ads for the same game almost every time despite me choosing that I am not interested multiple times. Also at least three times the amount of ads as other phone games and then they freeze anyway. Even when you pay for no 'forced' ads. The ads are still forced, who are they kidding? Uninstalling this bad boy. Boo

the game is fun in the beginning but then because of the amount of ads ( and they are super long) and some clitches became stressful and frustrating! I was thinking about getting the ad free but I am so scared will be showing more pop ups and the game just starts in the middle of the game and you have to start again. And because it is a heavy game it lags a bit. If they fixed a little I think this game would be addicting!

Love the game. Started slow but picked up. Only issue is there are too many ads. I get having ads to upgrade rooms and things but you pop up every minute it overwhelming. I’m watching ads more than playing the game. Also, there needs to be a maid to take out the trash

Why time? Delete it and all progress gone. There’s no signing in- button is there but doesnt do anything. I reported this over 3 years ago! You would think with all the brain rot additional ads they updated since then they would not only fix that but also the glitch of not hearing music anymore after any ad played to get stuff. CAN YOU IMAGINE PLAYING A GAME IN SILENCE THATS JUST BASICALLY ABOUT SEEING ADS TO DO ANYTHING! No thank you! I thought buying the super hero ride will help it just made the truth more piercingly painful that this game is evil- out for your money and your precious time! Games are suppose to help you relax, give a little get a little- no- all the is game does is want your time and energy and money! NEVER DOWNLOADING AGAIN! And be warned-if you contact support they would tell you the same thing they told me 3 years ago- “we will hopefully fix it in the next update” LIES! When I use to play there wasn’t no pet cat- no stinky garbage to collect! They did enough updates and never fixed the music or log in to save your info! I played this game years ago. I loved it but b the ads were annoying, so I uninstalled it. Teri days ago I saw an ad for it and I decided to give it a try. I still enjoy the game, but more there are so many ads that I’m watching tooo many ads rather then play b the game itself. My phone also gets hot too fast while the game. It also glitches here and there which is annoying as well. I understand the game has to make its money with ads but Jesus, it’s obsessive. I move for two minutes and then ad after ad. I hope they fix it cause I really enjoyed this game.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely AMAZING! My Perfect Hotel is my favorite game ever! It’s so satisfying to build, upgrade, and watch your hotel grow from a tiny place into a huge luxury resort. I love unlocking new rooms, hiring staff, and making everything run smoothly. The graphics are colorful, the gameplay is super fun, and there’s always something new to do, so I never get bored. Every time I play, I tell myself “just one more upgrade”… and then I end up playing for way longer! 😂 I definitely recommend this game to anyone who likes relaxing management games. Keep adding more hotels and updates—I can’t wait to see what’s next! ❤️🏨

I love the game it is something I can do quick in the morning or on car rides, but while we can watch ads to get things we could use trash workers without having to buy them and the vehicles should be able to be earned as you level up in the game. Prices could be a lot lower to buy things to just for the simplest things they cost 15 bucks what is that! Work on your game I hope this helps you improve your game
