TL;DR: Does not work. AVOID! Unfortunately finding your .sav file seems incredibly obfuscated. As I often like to swap back and forth between emulators and actual hardware, I do not recommend this application. Edit: it's even worse than that, it seems that the emulator does not save at all in any other ways than savestates. It's also impossible to change paths anyway since it just displays an error message when you try to. Mind boggling that it gets recommended that much on the internet.

good but I used to be able to add a directory of ROMS. Now it says I'm missing software and I can only do 1 file at a time which is annoying especially as I have the pro version. please fix this. Playing on Samsung Fold 5.

when I try to import a folder, it fails with the message "Unfortunately, you do not have the software installed". Importing individual files works fine, but is very tedious.

NostalgiaGBC Pro is a good emulator. It plays gb & gbc roms. You have to load each rom into the emulator separately. It has nice emulation and a good touchscreen controller. NostalgiaGBC is a decent Nintendo GameBoy & GameBoy Color emulator. 5 🌟

Used to work better. I bought this app years ago, loved it. Now I've got two big issues: 1. Changing the control layout never saves. It ALWAYS reverts back to default as soon as I finish adjusting. There should be a save button, and maybe even multiple layout slots you can switch between. 2. Fast-forward has no in-between; it's integers only (1x, 2x, 3x). I have no problem with this, except that 2x runs my game AT LEAST 3x faster, which is way TOO fast. Definitely need to fix, or add decimals.

Good but kind of dissappointing that it seems impossible to import any data from the free version you have. The export save state option is essentially useless as there's no way to open the save state.

For anyone wondering the best way to transfer your save file from the lite app to pro is via email by holding down on the save state and sharing it. Then tap open and select the pro version to open the sent dave file with.

Works great. Excellent at recognizing ROMs (can pick from folders, etc), layout is easy to modify, and I like the look of the interface. As a sidenote, I use pro so I can modify the speed as well as the sound volume. Overall great emulator.

It's a very decent emulator, although the touch screen controls leave much to be desired. Please note this cannot play every gameboy game, but it handles the a majority like a dream. Really if the controls didn't mess up, and it had a few color options for old gb titles, this would get a full rating. If your in need of a decent Gameboy and GBC emulator and have a controller handy, this might be the emu for you. Just note it's not perfect, but it certainly get the job done more often then not.
