I first rated the game at 5 stars for the fun i had and the potential. But it is no longer the same game i learned to enjoy, all the bugs and hackers were already making it hard to enjoy but you refused to fix any of the long standing bugs/exploits and added mechanics that take extremely long, resources that cost up to 10x more and are half as effective at the same time. Maxing out the 14k gang packs daily was a ritual but now i see no reason. Everybody's falling back

This update completely ruined the game. The graphics look terrible, my phone gets very hot, and I’m getting constant lag. I used to play for around 9 hours a day on High settings smoothly. Now I can only play for about 3 hours on Medium. Please fix the optimization and bring back the old quality.

the game was awesome to play be for the update I had no issues what so ever since the update the game has become unbearable to play the lagging is ridiculous the shooting is now harder to land shots and the economy has gone throught the roof I play as a medic and the amount of abuse we receive due to the major price increase for gang members & civilians to buy medkits and pills in hp its not fair on the medics!! The graphics are kind of decent, but there is a major issue with faction management. Players have to wait 2 to 3 days just for an interview or rank up. Also, if a leader has personal issues with a player, they sometimes manipulate situations to make it look like a rule break and dismiss the player from the faction. It makes it really hard to enjoy the roleplay I don't know why players depends another player 🫣 I have played this game for 1 weak after experience like that I was deleted 🤣🤣

Love it, but you could do more on events when i pay for event i can only open maybe 4 or 5 cases that really demotivates playing the game. Tgere was an event were if you unlocked ud get upto 40 cases but if you didnt unlock it you got like 4 i think thats fair not make it so were there is no real difference between paying for event and not paying

listen people when I say this. it seems ok for a few months when you build your profile then they stay banning for the smallest thing to make your account un sustainable. this is a planned failure for the player as irl money is invested and then take a huge loss depending on how much. please take my advice.
