I recently started.. didnt expected, but this game has his own atmosphere, very gothic like.. I haven't finished this one, but already bought second game just to support creator.. so so good..

played the game once, very briefly. Tried to load a saved game, it won't load. I just know that I am going to be told to eat the cost, but I wanted to make sure you all had a real review to go off of so that you don't waste your money. Could not give a yes or no to the review questions, due to the fact that I have not even been able to play it since I bought it.

This is one of the best mobile games I have ever played. Exploration is fun and rewarding, the sense of progression is there as you level up and upgrade your skills and gear. I personally find the combat system great! Once I finish this one I'm definitely buying the sequel

Torn between the stars. I appreciate the effort the devoper dedicated towards this game, yet the controls are absolutely atrocious. The character feels like a whale and not all attacks can be successfully dodged. The dragonling glitches through your dodge, damaging you. There are not enough skill points and zero explanation about the usefulness of certain skills. Honestly, it would have been better if you polished and expanded the first game before releasing the second.

My second try with the game is much better. The game setting's good, I like the ability to switch combat between tap and swipe, tap is better and makes combat more responsive. I'm not sure how viable magic is but it should be possible to make a pure mage build from start itself, not just using scrolls, but using like a staff instead of a sword, and mana regen just like how having stamina would be good for melee. special classes with their own pros and cons and skill trees would b nice.

Perfect mobile RPG lite game. One of the few Android titles I've got 10+ hours in. I say RPG lite because it's not incredibly deep, there are limited and often simple quests, simple combat, poorly translated dialog(?) but more than enough content to justify the price tag. I'll most likely finish it and I have already bought the second one. Huge props for having native controller support. Dev seems like he's worth supporting.

i dont normally write reviews but with so many games that money grabbing its been nice to play an actual quality game with a plot and a conclusion. Ive beaten it twice now and there is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning but if you read the stats explanaition and dive into a single direction build its quite fun. Definitely worth the price. Ive just paid for the second one.

Honestly this game is phenomenal. It's beautiful, just enough information to keep you in the right direction without spelling it out to you. This is clearly a project of love. Of course the controls are a bit clunky but that is the issue with mobile games in general. If you play with a controller then this game is perfect. I love it. Okay I bought the game and I tried it out but it's just too clunky. I can't get the controls to work using swiping attack so I tried the button controls and they don't work very well either. I managed to get to level 2 before I get killed by 2 bumblebees because you just can't fight back enough you can't move out of the way so I cannot play this game. wasted my money

love it but please fix gamepad controls. for some reason, all analog inputs are doubled making stringing combos together almost impossible. game seems to be picking up the analog swipe right AND the analog moving back to center

I loved this game! Just finished my first playthrough and it is exactly what I was looking for in a game. Bravo! I was looking for a Gothic like RPG, and this couldn't have been any better. Because you seem to encourage feedback, here are some thoughts: - as mage I was missing some sort of mana regeneration skill - I often forgot the location of people and would have loved some information in the quest logs The range of weapons & spells is impressive! Purchasing Paign2 after this much fun.

Gameplay is a little hard to get into. The graphics are acceptable but nothing special. The gameplay loop is pretty simple but I think that's why I like it. You explore, do quests, gain xp and loot, sell, get training, repeat.

What a wonderful game. It's exactly what a game should be like in my opinion. It's buggy some places, sure, but in a fun way like Skyrim. The fighting is fun and natural. The only thing I would change is there should be more guidance with quests, I don't remember the characters names so I end up having to look everywhere, also with directions. A more detailed map might help. The story is basic but that's okay. I applaud the developer and I'm happy people still make games like this

Edit: Bow combat is MUCH easier. Wish the map was a bit better or you had a minimap. Quests can be difficult if you don't remember where the person is. Would be nice to have a direction indicator for quests. I get lost in the open world. Wish there was a reminder of your quests in the screen Very easy to get stuck everywhere, especially if you like jumping around and exploring. You should be able to see stats when you check equipment.

Thanks for the response! So I played the game through as far as I could 3 different times! by this last time I was able to get to the end with no active quests which was my goal! I love this game and am thinking of buying the second game! I learned a lot from the first two play throughs and am a big fan of the bow and arrows! Especially the AOE Bows you made! So far it's actually pretty good. The swipe for the combat is actually a great idea, but it isn't always as responsive as it should be, which can be annoying when in a battle with a high HP enemy. So far, I'm having fun.

I love this app. all but a few things. I would love for there to be a map. also, the npcs with quests, make something over their head or an animation to say they need to be talked to. and last, the controls are wonky and cause me to lose allot of battles

I love the game, but I've had issues with several quests not allowing me to make progress in them. It's frustrating because at least one of these quests is a main questline quest. amazing game, it's 2:30am and I'm still playing the same day I bought it. another dude said he would like this "tiny game" if it was tiny and he was right. I find caves, chests on Cliffsides, quest items beforehand. it's really well done, I can't wait to beat it and buy the second one. I'm glad you're still making more, I hope paign 3 comes out lol. it inspires me a lot, I want to make my own open world rpg very similarly with some older world of warcraft mechanics they removed.

this game is frustrating. it being hard or unforgiving isnt the issue. lots of games are like that. the problem is the many serious bugs that make progression impossible. one I've run into many times is it unequiping my weapon when i enter combat mode and equiping when i leave it meaning ill lose literally any fight. edit: sorry for getting so upset, im not sure how to screen record but will try and get a recording. i really appreciate you responding. For now i will increase score to 4 for that

Man that was easy to soft lock seems like a great game but the audio design is to the point where you shouldn't have bothered just extremely quiet music and like 3 or so other sounds maybe when I'm bored I'll give it a proper go instead of getting permanently stuck trying to get out of bounds which I love doing but hate getting permanently stuck

Needs an unstick feature for when the terrain locks your character in place. Other than that I was having fun until I accidentally saved the game while my character was stuck. Now I either have to reload really old save or start over.

I found it difficult at the beginning, but once I got the hang of it, it is great! I enjoy the unique control system. And it is such a rich and deep game with of good quests and fun things to discover. Its one of the best rpgs I've played on my phone (along with Exciled Kingdoms and The Quest). Please support the developer if you like it. Paign 2 by Stezi looks pretty good!
