I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response from support, and I still haven't received any reply. I can't even play the game because I'm stuck with an "Account Unauthorized" error, and without support I have no way to fix it. The game can be fun, but the lack of customer support completely ruins the experience. Players shouldn't have to wait this long just to get help. Thats Why It Gets ⭐☆☆☆☆

rich get richer poor stay poor cus of level requirements for good tools. there should not be level requirements for fishing rods. I have enough ingredients and gems but what's the point if I can't even use the rod until much later. most cart worlds don't allow players without hammers and hammers are pricey for newer players. unfair. bring back fish gems. fish XP is too slow. so much lag I keep disconnecting and having to restart my nether/mining runs/quests 🫩

Trash game. I was banned of hacking for no reason. I have an account for almost 1 month and I spend some money to buy gems and bytecoins. When I got my brand new device, I started to download Pixel Worlds on my Huawei Matepad 11.5 using Gbox because Playstore is not available on huawei. Everything turns great, I played the game on my tablet then suddenly when the next day when I opened my acc, I was banned because of hacking. I send an appeal about my false ban and until now I cant access it.

Nice game, Im happy its back but the new way of keeping everything behind experience level is just insane I hate it, Nether redesign however is very nice, but sometimes server lags too much to play the game normally

Yeah used to play this game before it shut down. Glad it's back up but it literally doesn't let me make an account. "This account is not authorized to log in". Don't waste your time with this thing.

Game is pretty fun but it's also infuriating how you have to reach absurd levels just to use items you have to grind for just to get. Not to mention that leveling up is such a slow process that they expect you to spend hundreds of hours of your life on this game. I used to love Pixel Worlds but I'm kinda disappointed by it now.

The current version is unplayable, when you use public WIFI your account and phone gets permanently banned for using a different WIFI. There is no way to keep on playing afterwards and support won't help and won't even tell you that you are permanently banned forever.

Frequent random disconnection out of nowhere. Stuck on loading screen permanently unless if you restart; gets annoying overtime. UI lock bug. Horrible experience, will rate 0 star if possible.

Hello there sir! Sorry for the inconvenience, I just wanted to report that my account was falsely banned. I just haven't been able to use my account for almost 1 week because I've been busy with my personal life, then when I opened my account it said it was banned for "hacking", but I knew that I didn't do that. I'm a good player, It's just a waste of all the hard work I put into it, especially my items, worlds, bytecoins, and most of all, the time I spent in the game just to level up.

100+ hours on gameplay. Game is filled with bugs and bots. Most of the time it's laggy especially when there's an event. Not to mention the bots and real-money-trading players swarming the game, destroying the economy. Game is dead. I absolutely love this game! The art style, the mechanics, and the whole concept are just fantastic. It clearly has massive potential for future updates. Of course, its not perfect yet there are some performance issues like lag spikes and crashes, especially when mining or visiting crowded worlds with PWE. The economy feels a bit chaotic at the moment too, but thats totally expected and understandable for a freshly relaunched game. I cant wait to see where the devs take it next! good luck ❤️
