I enjoy this game. I've been spending quite a bit of money here. But the account support is very poor. I've send an email and the instructed me to use WhatsApp or Discord for better communication. Now that I'm there Im getting absolutely nowhere in any means of account support whatsoever. I would like to give a good review but knowing I have to struggle like this to get even remotely an useful answer Nah the WhatsApp is only an automated message telling me to link. ABSOLUTELY nothing else.

DO NOT BOTHER - Admins are AI. . This game is a repetitive money grab. The admins seem far more interested in monetisation than maintaining a healthy server. Toxic alliances can dominate servers, abusive leaders and harassment are tolerated, and complaints get empty promises instead of action. Players spend money building accounts, only to lose the value of that investment when a server becomes so toxic that people leave. I’ve wasted far too much money on this game. Do NOT Play.

Dev deleted my first review. Scummy. This is the same game as whiteout, last asylum, dark survival etc with a different setting and skin. PVP and alliances are trash, narratively makes no sense, why would police fight each other?

to many other issues with game I have found since then . like I hope all can be on multiple times with your allaince to do traps or game will screw you it wants you to match with your allaince 2 times to do a allaince event still waiting to see what happens when I don't complete it because I cant make those events all the time so will be 1 event I fail. once was bad enough but to have to force my schedule twice for same event that's over 24 hrs apart for each one just not possible

Just another stupid PvP game that you have to spend a lot of money on to really progress and be able to compete. We need to go back to calling the current ads False Advertisement and shut them down for it. Show The main "game mechanics" in the ads and not the mini games or side quests. We need TRUTH in advertising so we don't waste our time on starting what looks like a cool game just to find out it is a minor part of the actual PvP game.

Game was fun at the start but then those who spent money got way ahead. Game is extremely pay-to-win. Was fun at first but now it is hard to progress as someone who does not spend money. Its an okay game, but like most games it strongly encourages you to pay to win, you either have to invest money or get yourself into an Alliance thay isnt full of rules and requirements, the game starts fun and independent but it switches to time consuming and resource locked pretty quickly.
