DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. It's always been pay to win but now they let bot alliances run rampant. The game used to be so popular that they started a new state every week and they filled up. Now it's a month between states and they're so dead that everyone keeps a C5 castle to take to the next state waiting for one to be good and populated. This game is absolute garbage and you shouldn't spend a dime on it.

this game is a scam. 2 years ago i rated this game at 5 stars. i was very happy with it. until reset yesterday. i was almost ready to upgrade my castle to lvl 30. my bar was at lvl 29 and my arena was way over halfway finished to lvl 29. but after reset yesterday, my bar was at 28 upgrading to 29 with 62 days left to finish, and ny arena was at lvl 28 and upgrade wasnt even started. this mess up cost me 3 months or so. and when i reported it, i was pretty much called a liar. very very unhappy

I don't know how but my game started me in a very high level area .. I was brand new and everyone else was over 150 million power.. than it wouldn't let me teleport to a newer version..

You know one of my tests for a game is if it will save progress be it at beginning or advanced. This game seems to think it's funny for new players to lose progress if they delete and reinstall game at later time. It is absurd to hope they will keep your progress if u delete and reinstall.

Terrible Experience! Does not, I repeat, does not run on Chromebook OS. Was non-responsive to cursor input as well as to Keyboard input. I had to shut off my Chromebook to regain possession of my Chromebook. Might play better on PC or Android phones, but NOT Chromebook.

Pure and simple money grab; been playing for long time but only keep playing for the great friends (assume 75% of others are the same). you have absolutely NO chance against those who spend silly money on upgrades and the game does not care and especially in 'Eden' mode keeps pairing GROSSLY mismatched alliances and getting worse. The game is NOTHING like advertised here. If you just want to play some fun AoE like game with only modest spending, don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

This game is heavily pay-to-win. If you don't spend money, it's very difficult to stay competitive, especially at higher castle levels. Progress depends more on buying heroes and resources than on skill or strategy. The free rewards are minimal and don't provide enough value to keep up with paying players. The developers claim the game is balanced, but the reality is quite different. I wouldn't recommend this game unless you're willing to spend money regularly.

Used to be fun, but now it feels completely ruined. The game has turned into forced chores, constant pop-ups, unfair events, and repetitive tasks you must do just to stay ahead. Devs don’t listen to players either. People ask for good events to return like Eden Wonders, but they keep pushing junk events instead. I used to enjoy logging in; now it feels draining, stressful, and boring.
