Robo Defense

I have played for years through many devices. no ads or in app purchases. Even the blank and VR maps are replayable at increasing difficulties. love grinding for upgrades. I will get many more years out of this game. Its almost like a stripped down Defense Grid (complimentary), and I use it as the base comparison of playability when I try other TD games. This is My Favorite Mobile TD Game.

Works great on my phone, but not my tablet. The menu button on the game screen doesn't do anything so I can't go to the menu after a level is complete. Very frustrating. otherwise a great game.

And the dev team are absolute legends! New update fixes the scaling issue on my S21+ as of 8/31/26. Amazing game, lost count of the hours I've played across 3 different phones. Update. Love this game ever since I installed it on my galaxy s3. Recently started crashing and figured it was the end as it's an old game that hasn't seen an update in years. To whoever fixed the crash bug and took the time to update this game in the play store; thank you! You're my hero!

I've been playing Robo Defense "forever". Every game is different and every game is fun. Love it! 8/16/26 update issue: The top most icons cannot be changed once they are installed / put in place. If you fully zoom the slider to the right, then you can change them. 🤣 I tried all my resolution options...same problem. Now....I am running the latest beta version of the next Android OS. So, maybe that could be the problem?

the game would be perfect if not for the fact that I cannot access the menu during gameplay as the menu button is non-functional during gameplay. it worked fine the last time I played it a couple months ago but suddenly it doesn't work anymore

A fix for the screen issue is to turn on Gesture navigation instead of the triangle, square and circle. This means the visibility is extended to Lives and Money as the navigation icons are no longer overlaid. Bonus if you know how to use your phone with gestures, but you can switch back to "normal" 3 button navigation.

this was up to my new phone ( pixel 10 pro xl) my favourite game.... I can no longer use it as the frame doesn't fit the screen, I cannot tick the check boxes to make the screen smaller as the tick boxes are outside the viewable area of my screen. but I've had years of fun.. sadly.. no more.....UNLESS 🤔

Really love this game in nearly every way. The only problem is the right side navigation issue. Attempting to fix it using settings is no longer capable without enabling developer mode. Please fix it as this game deserves five stars.

After first finding this game on my HTC like 20 yrs ago I randomly remembered it this year. I redownloaded it 2026. Nothing had/has changed - beautiful. I made it my mission to 'complete' the game this time round. After about 40 hrs of seasoned gameplay, I have finally done it! I've unlocked all upgrades, every achievement and the hidden game mode. Still to find the max difficulty limit currently at level 150. What a day. What a game 🫡

I wish it worked on my Google Pixel 10 pro. I just can't get the entire screen on my screen, and that is really mean. This was the game ages ago. It was the only game on my old phones. I probably can get the old phone working on just wifi and play it on the old fun. But damnit all this power on my Pixel Pro and I can't play this game. If anyone has any ideas how to make it work. Have the devs abandoned this game?

The games IMO is Great 👍. But NO SOUND Period. Unistalled . Reinstalled. STILL no sound. I'd like to give a full five stars. I feel this game has not been attended to . That's the only reason for the Low Star evaluation. This game takes my mind off the daily grind while in line anywhere. Still I am aware of my surroundings. Can't do that with more immersive games . It's fine just as is MINUS, the no sound.

Its a very fun game but randomly all my data was deleted and had to restart all my upgrades and achievements. Not sure if this was just a me issue or something else but only other issue with the game is that I at no point new how much currency I had to spend on towers. for my device it's covered to far to the right. -update; just reinstalled the game and saves are back.

This is a 5 star game all the way, the only reason to give it 4 stars is the screen spacing issue. This is the oldest game I have and it's been with me through several phones but there are black areas now at the left and right side that didn't used to be there years ago. Please fix the formatting to make it fit the screen properly so I can see $ total and lives left.

love the game. I got my youngest son into this game now. I'm so glad the app is still around. I am now able to save onto the device and also even transfer the save to my Google drive thank you guys for the update on that. that was an issue I had years ago where I couldn't save it at all so every time I would get a new phone all progress is lost. A true gem of a game, and no pay-to-play! This is the only phone app game that I've kept for over 10 years and through many different phones. I have never regretted the $2 or $3 that I paid back in 2011ish for the full version. It's an entertaining time killer with enough levels, weapons/ability upgrades, and diverse alternate map layouts to keep it interesting even after long periods of not playing it for a while! I always get addicted to it again. Very replayable!

A great as this game normally is I have to give it two stars right now because the developers are taking people's money and refusing to fix or even acknowledge the screen cut off issue. Can confirm that a work around is playing it in split screen with another app. I had to change my split screen settings to "View full screen in split screen mode" first.

UPDATE!! found a way to get to the settings which are off screen: use split screen with another app that supports split screen. one way to do this: - use the square menu button - tap the drop down on the window - select split screen - choose another app to share the screen with - now the resolution on robo defense changes such that the $ available shows in game and the settings toggles in the menu are now in view and changeable easy to bring backups from old devices

it has been over a year. please fix this. it is impossible to advance. the game forces the bottom bar to always be up and I can't change settings, can't upgrade, can't see my health or earnings and can't add the time slow towers now.... please fix it and make it like it used to be...
