Ideas and where to go?
So far this game is pretty cool even though it’s a Pay to play a game which is totally optional. Overall, I’ve been grinding for five days now and I’m already level seven as long as you play at work, which is so much to do. If you get into the right organization, or family they totally help you out. Don’t freak out if you get killed by a higher level and you’re a newbie it’s gonna happen. lol
The graphics are pretty good at higher than decent. From robbing ATMs and gun shops. Doing daily tasks to level yourself up. Being off-line at OOC keeping your phone on charge is a necessary thing to do but you get like 1-2 XD per hr/ 2hrs @ OOC XP and leveling and all kinds of gear to use. The people are pretty cool, even though there are a lot of other languages depending on what server you go to. The CEO even pops in every once in a while, doing a radio station for racing up to drifting I believe 😎
And of course, being on discord is optional for the main organizations like hospital, government, police officer, army, etc., etc. Thank you for making this game. I also have ideas, but I don’t know where to go to for that kind of thing to be 100% for my AWESOME ideas that I know other competitive online RPG open world games do not have!!! 😝😎

I want to recover my password
I have been waiting for 5 days and still have not received any response from support. I forgot my account password and tried to recover it through email, but I never received any verification code. I already contacted support and submitted a report on Friday, but until now I have received no reply at all.
This is supposed to be a realistic life game, but having account recovery problems and no support response for several days is very disappointing. Please review my request and help solve this issue as soon as possible.

A Major Problem Inside the KSA2 Server
Hello,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding what has been happening in the KSA servers, especially KSA-2, where there is a clear feeling of inequality and biased treatment between players, particularly toward North African players (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, etc.).
Unfortunately, we have noticed that important leadership positions such as Government, Police, Army, and other major factions are repeatedly given to specific people or to certain nationalities from the Middle East, while North African players are often limited to criminal organizations or FBI roles only, as if their opportunities are restricted from the beginning regardless of their activity, experience, or qualifications within the server.
In many cases, obstacles are also placed in front of North African players, including accusations of cheating or attempts to discredit them simply to prevent them from obtaining leadership positions. Meanwhile, other players are granted leadership roles despite lacking the same level of competence or experience. This creates a strong impression of favoritism and lack of neutrality in leadership selections.
In addition, there is noticeable neglect toward complaints and forum topics, where many reports are ignored or left without response. This negatively affects the server’s quality and creates a feeling of discrimination and unfair treatment within the community.
I would also like to mention that certain administrators, such as Adham pluxury, as well as similar behavior from Ryan Black on other servers, give the impression that decisions are not being made fairly or equally toward all players.
We are only asking for equality, fairness, and equal opportunities for every player based on activity and competence, regardless of nationality or personal relationships. Continuing this situation may negatively affect the reputation of the server and the overall player experience.
I sincerely hope the higher administration will seriously review this matter and take clear actions to ensure fairness and neutrality for all players across KSA servers.

Racism against Moroccan players on KSA1 and KSA2 is being ignored by the server administration. Applications and complaints are handled unfairly, and Moroccan players do not receive the same respect as others.
If this abuse and biased management continue, thousands of Moroccan players will leave the game. The administration needs to fix this issue instead of ignoring it.

I supported this game heavily and spent over $20,000 USD and buy something through the in-game store. The items were available for purchase directly inside the game, yet I was permanently banned and accused of abusing a bug.
If the purchase was not intended, it should not have been available for players to buy with real money. Punishing a paying customer for using the official store is unfair. I respectfully request a proper review of this situation or a refund for the purchases.

Solid Game, could have better graphics but no complaints otherwise
I’ve been playing this game on and off and it seems like a pretty solid game. The only notes I have would maybe be to upgrade the graphics and possibly the driving mechanics. Just cuz some cars feel like drifting a cardboard box on ice but others are really smooth. One other thing I could add is there aren’t many English speaking players in the English server… could be a timing issue but I’ve only encountered like three or four people who speak English as their first language in this game.

Admin Makes The Game Suck
I’ve been playing this game for about a month and yes it is fun but not when the admin in the game start to show favoritism with their own kind and punish anyone that goes against them. Sound familiar?? Yes this is that happens in this game. The admin are racist and so are more than half the non black characters, but yet they go unpunished and forums against them are never approved. When it’s a black persons account they don’t even review evidence before you’re banned. I’ve been called all types of names to which I have reported to no action being taken. As I see that I’m not about to even enjoy the game as it’s supposed to be played I no longer play RP Grand because you can’t play a game where you can get banned because of someones dislike of you.

Franchement, ce jeu est une vraie déception. L’application ne marche même pas, les serveurs sont toujours hors service. J’ai perdu presque 4 Go d’Internet pour le télécharger, puis encore 3,7 Go pour une mise à jour juste après l’installation. En plus, elle prend énormément de place sur l’appareil, et au final, impossible d’y jouer. J’ai gaspillé mes données mobiles et mon temps pour rien.

“Wait”
How can one word be my greatest demise… to sum this up I play grand rp on GTAV seen this was released and the fake mobile grand rp was changed. I am now trying to play rp grand (which it had worked once before) but now when selecting and trying to join the English server I’m told to wait. Well I’ve waiting 2 days. No more waiting. When/if it works again I’ll give better!

Need more stuff
The game is great actually they fixed the bugs but they really need to add more clothes like those streetwear clothes and crop hoodies for men and more baggy pants and fix the drifting for cars and add motorcycles and need to fix the parkour animations like makes it way better and ppl could acc have fun more like when ya climb something it’s takes him little long to get up there it kinda need to be faster and ye we need more hairstyles and good faces and thats it tbh and the game would be more cool hope they read that

First I gave you 1 star cz those problems. I'm those one who install that game first day after launch. Now the problems and some bugs are fixed.. yeah sometimes it was kick out from game maybe for my device it's iPhone XR and my device was old but now really I played hourly with max graphic.. and the main point is i Complaint to the developer at email and they are reply me.. this is good ( I recommend to everyone who faces the any problem about game please contact the support team in their official site and there is a email address just sent there you problem and the developers will reply you after few hours) and this is for the developers, guy's your official site support isn't working and not submitting the problem there was a support email in the last of your page... Just a bad game…
To be honest, I really don’t like to go without playing for atleast an hour. Trying to talk with the devs to get there game to run great. They only talked about how much money there making off “dumb people” (03/20/2025. In the court house)
I understand you want to make money off a game you’ve created. But starting out you need to spend a minimum of $20 real money just to get started. I wish I could take back everything that I’ve said but the game is just a disappointment. I hope in the future. The game devs would have an enjoyable time for the player.
