I’m crying !!😭😭😭😭

I literally played this game since I was 3 brooo is super nostalgic that now I remembered the name and now I can play it omg I’m so happy now and it’s a super fun game and there’s there is the original one too but that one you need to pay on that one but this one is free!!I love it I love the devs and I really want to thank them for this beautiful game I hope you guys have a lots of good views Ty and byeee!!

It’s nice

I’ve placed this game on and off since I was like 10. It’s still super fun but you absolutely cannot beat the levels without paying and even when you paid for assistants and upgrades it’s extremely difficult. I’m loyal to this game so I hope they fix that

Terrible ads

You have to watch THOSE ads that refuse to let you press the X button unless you’ve interacted with them MULTIPLE times. I got to the 3rd location and am giving up. 1 minute minimum of ads to play each single level is extremely excessive and I ALWAYS pay to remove ads and buy in game content but I’ve never seen it this bad before I refuse to patronize a greedy game. Deleting this app asap

Too greedy

Warning: there are some rounds that are almost impossible to win without spending real money. Some levels are insanely difficult and require you to spend so many in-game coins. Even when you redo a level, you only get a measly amount of coins compared to what an upgraded spa item costs. It’s so obvious they’re after your money too, because Sally will “give you tips” and tell you to hire help (all assistants in the game cost real money). I’m at a point where it takes me at least an hour to beat one GAME, not level, because I have to replay it so many times and use every coin I have to buy more candles. On top of that, don’t expect to binge this game because Sally charges you coins to try a new spa location within 8 hours. Sometimes, I’ll wait the 8 hours, play ONE GAME, and then get told that the very next game in that area is too hard, so I need to go to to yet another location and wait ANOTHER 8 HOURS. I’ve been trying to give this game the benefit of the doubt, but Sally’s Spa is not nearly as relaxing or fun as it used to be. The people behind this game obviously got greedy, and honestly the nostalgia is not even worth it anymore. It’s too difficult and creates too much frustration, that I forgot how much I used to love this game. It’s really sad to see such a cute concept be ruined by people only after your money.

Luv the game BUT..

I hate how you can’t pass levels unless you pay the app to make the game easier. It’s honestly impossible sometimes, I saved up coins by checking in the game & even upgrading my equipment was not enough to pass the levels. It encourages you to purchase $5 employees. I want to play a game in peace instead of an app telling me to invest money

No longer fun or worth playing

I played this years ago before the paywalls and the levels were doable without needing to spend any real money. The ads and paywalls have taken what was a wonderful relaxing game into a slog that is impossible to get through. Disappointing!

Needs too much money to advance to new levels

It stops giving you money for trying the levels and failing so if you don’t have enough money to buy upgrades, candles, or coffee then you’re stuck on a level w nothing you can do about it. You can’t even go back and replay levels to make money. They also took away the two assistants that I paid money for! Anything you buy should be there forever.

SCAAAAMMMMMEERRRS!!

I’ve liked this game and played for many years. I actually paid money for the ad free and purchased a few of the helper upgrades. I have checked in consistently to collect the daily reward but haven’t played in a meaningful way in a while since maxing out the levels. I decided to revisit and when to play only to be bombarded by ads!! Which I paid to not see. Then I go into the level and ALL of my upgrades are gone!! I went into the menu to restore purchases and my ad free status came back as well as my first round upgrades. However, ALL of my helpers are using their heart upgrade. I had everyone but the tea lady leveled up to the max. I messaged customer support but have heard NOTHING back. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Skip this one. At a certain point you can’t advance without continually purchasing upgrades. The latest upgrade removed my previously purchased upgrades and forces you to watch ads.

Unreasonably difficult

This game is literally set up so you lose. Customers come in with one heart and they’ll come in pairs. You have to pay actual money for help from having employees. Even if you buy the employees, they can only do so much, so you’re still basically running the whole thing alone. You can’t even purchase upgrades with your coins because the upgrades are too pricey and you barely gain enough coins from each level to purchase the upgrades. Plus, some of the upgrades don’t unlock until you reach a certain level but to be able to reach higher levels you need more upgrades. Make it make sense. It’s an addicting game and super fun but it’s definitely greedy and way too difficult to even progress so there’s really no point in playing.

New pay to play update is disappointing

This was my favorite game to play for 10 years to replay over and over. The new updates require requires you to pay for features that were previously unlock-able as you leveled up. Not only did I pay for the initial download, but now you’d have to repay for these features every time you redownload as it resets your account. Super disappointing and hope they restore it like how it was.

Pay to win

This game is impossible to get through. At some point you become locked out of progression with insanely difficult levels. When you fail, it still depletes your consumables like tea and candles which you need to prevent customers from getting angry and leaving. Because they get depleted no matter the outcome, you will lose all your money trying to replenish these, making the level outright impossible in the end when you can’t buy them anymore. To make matters worse, the game doesn’t let you go back to earlier levels you’ve cleared to grind money for the harder level. So you are essentially stuck unless you pay real money for coins. The game also forces you to use coins to purchase “flights” to travel and expand the spa to other countries. Which worsens the issues from before. The game is so greedy. This problem should not exist if you’ve already paid for the spa assistants, but it does. The levels are also impossibly difficult in and of itself. Customers come in pairs, locking out regions of the spa until you perform their complicated service requests. In the meantime, other customers come in, starting with only 1 patience bar, lose it in seconds, and leave in a rage. It is insane that with how many customers come in at once that the patience level doesn’t start between 4-5 bars. Especially because many levels are designed where if you lose even one customer, you will lose the level no matter what. Overall, do not play this because it’s a waste of your time. No matter how hard you try, it is rigged so you lose.

What happened?

I played this game all the time 13 years ago and I loved it. However, after installing it again recently, I was shocked to find out everything about this game has changed for the worse. The paywall, the time crunch and the overall strategy that you have to use to play completely ruined it.

Used to be everything was paid for by the coins you earned. For example the helpers. You could get them in the later levels if you earned enough coins. You never had to spend real money on this game or pay for the flights from island to island. Bring back the old game

Played 10 years ago, now there’s a paywall

I played this game over 10 years ago and LOVED it! Thought of it again and decided to pick it up since I was nostalgic. But now to level up you need to pay real money and not just invest time. Essentially there’s a level where the only way to move up is to have assistants who help you and those people you can only get by paying $5. I don’t mind ads, but not being able to play the game without paying is annoying. Especially because before these assistants could be bought with coins you earn and not real money. I’ll be deleting this game

Impossible to play long without paying

Any of the assistant features that you could buy with coins cost $4.99. You have to pay over 1,000 coins to move onto the next phase of the game. You don’t get to take care of the remaining customers once the store closes, so it becomes very difficult to progress in the game. Old Sally’s Spa way better.

Childhood Nostalgia

This is the first game I played at 4 years old and now at 21 it’s still so fun and relaxing. The graphics have stayed refreshingly the same as well as the content of the game and it feels so calming yet skill based since it’s a time management game. I love that there are different customers and ways to upgrade yet the difficulty of the game keeps increasing. One thing I would love to see in the future is even more types of tasks and maybe some storyline or player interaction. Thank you for this amazing game GameCafe and I would love to be a part of any new projects or designs as an artist myself :)

The levels get very very difficult and stressful. Its hard to enjoy the game when every single thing costs money (even going back to play previous levels…) I even had to pay for the workers (2.99 a piece). I would honestly say save yourself the trouble and try playing on PC. Unless you have like 50$+ to spend

Dont bother playing this game!

Im a pro gamer and I like a good challenge but this game literally trying to force you to purchase features otherwise you will not be able to pass the level. They also make you fly back and forth between cities and charge your hard earn game coins or else you have to wait 8hrs to land. Yeah bye 🙏🏻

Cash grab scam

They give you an unreasonable short amount of time to serve customers. I even bought the staff because you have to pay for those with money morning game currency and it STILL isn’t enough to help you finish in time. You can buy upgrades even if you have boatloads of money because they only unlock after finishing a certain amount of levels. Sally only moves so fast and you don’t get many upgrades for her speed. Speaking of paying for staff, they don’t run the entire station, only one function of it, so basically you’re still running the entire spa alone. Waste of time and money. Find something else to play!

Old Pc game

this is an old Pc game and downloadable for 2.99 from gamefools.com. you get the full version and everything from the map and the extras are fully unlockable in the Pc version. they took an awesome game and turned into a cash cow. they made the app version so difficult that youd have to pay well over 100 dollars to play the whole game. get the Pc version get the whole game and save a ton of money. what they have done to these games is almost demonic.

they make you wait 8 hours or you have to pay to get there sooner. and if they just gave us another minute per round we could get that round done. candles cost so much and yet they only let us get a few hundred dollars per round.
