Fun and Relaxing…Mostly!

This game has a calming soundtrack, satisfying sound effects, cool customization, and is mostly a very relaxing game. The daily levels are challenging and I can’t always beat them! I love match 3 games but sometimes they are too addictive. This game is the perfect balance of challenging and relaxing. No timer, and the obstacles in the game really make you think.

This developer is amazing!

These puzzles are fun! Some of them are challenging, but nothing feels impossible to beat. The generic starting tiles are mostly randomized for each level, so sometimes it just takes a few attempts to get a lucky roll. I love how customizable everything is. It is nice to get to choose the background color, accent color, and select any combination of the tiles that I've unlocked. I'm very light-sensitive, so dark mode options are very important to me. My tiles are all spooky Halloween themed right now! 🍬🎃🦇 I don't know if the developer is still planning on adding more levels or features to this game, but I would love an option to apply my tile colors or different shades of gray to the 1, 2, and 3 tiles. I have some dyscalculia, so the plain white number tiles get a bit swimmy when I'm tired. 😅 I've completed all the levels without powerups, so now I'm just doing the daily levels and working my way through getting 3 stars on some of the ones I missed. I didn't expect there to be much replay-ability here, but it's actually nice to go back and redo some of the earlier puzzles to get a better score.

Great find!

So far I am very pleased! I was in search of a new match game to replace a fun but very greedy and expensive “royal” match game. This is a simple game but that’s what I love the most about it. Hopefully as I play more I won’t find the same greediness and push to spend money in order to progress. What a relief! I can just have fun and relax while doing so.

Premium not loading

I really love this game! Customizing the tiles and earning new tilesets is fun. The level progression is satisfying. I adore the fact that there’s no ads. I wish premium loaded - I bought it and it doesn’t load, despite my internet connection being just fine. Otherwise I love this game. Edit: the developer has helped me restore the premium ad on. Thank you!

Best 3 Match game

This is the best 3 match game I have ever played. Simplicity and fun and challenging levels make me come back for more. I love challenges and going for a 100 percent completion rate in all levels. Great customization for tiles and background colors to choose from. Thank you developer(s).

Excellent visuals and sharp mechanics at the right price

I’m sure like for many of you, match 3 is a comfort zone, and ads would turn it into stress instead. This version also makes the good call to omit the many over-the-top mechanics that end up making full wipes of the screen a necessity to clear many levels. Zen mode is the perfect balance of not feeling paint-by-numbers easy but allowing relaxation, and the numbered levels are a reasonable challenge! Will keep trying on the Daily Level for that scoreboard competition to mix things up!

The best match 3 on the App Store

This is by far my favorite match 3 game on iOS and it’s in the top 3 across all the similar games I’ve played across all platforms. The levels are interesting and challenging without being unfair, the power-ups are interesting and, while not unique to this game, add a fun element of strategy to play. The daily levels are also usually both fun and challenging. The endless “zen mode” is also a good option for unstructured gameplay. The one IAP adds a few hundred extra levels and a few new mechanics, along with a second “gold” daily level. I found the cost of both the game and IAP to be well worth the dozens of hours I’ve played. I hope the dev keeps offering occasional similar DLCs—I’ll be sure to pick them up if so. One feature I’d like is a procedurally generated mode like zen mode but with actual objectives like the main levels.

Near perfect

I play the daily level, well, daily. Never a single ad. Follows the typical match 3 rules, just no buying a win😁. Perfect fidget game while listening to podcasts or lectures….no timed events, so no worries setting it down to take a note, or focus more closely. I’m Katalysator on the leaderboard (typically in the top three). Latest update has a leaderboard problem

Fun AND Ad-free!!

It feels like sometimes you can’t have it all in a game but this game manages to not only super fun to play but also no annoying ads! Sure there’s an a small cost however, it’s going towards supporting an indie developer. Also the other match 3 games cost like $2.99 to go ad-free but then you still have to deal with hearts, power-ups, boost, ect. Playing this game feels like standing up to freemium games too 🤭 The experience is extra wonderful because you can tell a lover of match 3 games made it. I wish the best for this indie dev so that one day they can be a full time dev and keep making these games!

No frills, addictive, and cheap

This is really all I want in a mobile game. Engaging, addictive puzzles that don’t add all the mini-game nonsense and the non stop push for more purchases. And ZERO ads. All for a one time purchase of a few bucks. I highly recommend to anyone burned out by developers constantly changing gameplay rules and begging for money.

Clean, bother-free match 3 game

This app has been 100% worth the very minimal cost. The graphics are clean and appealing and the game play experience is of actually playing the game rather than constantly dodging ads or power up packages. I beat all the levels months ago but I still play it daily - the daily level is always a fun challenge and I appreciate the “random level” option. I just got the new update and I’m looking forward to exploring the new levels and features.

The Gold Standard

This app is fantastic. Plenty of levels to keep you engaged. There are several mechanics to keep things challenging and interesting, without feeling unfair or too grindy. Not for me, but great if you want a cleaner, calmer match 3 game

The art is beautiful, sfx are satisfying, and there's collectibles to customize your tiles. I was hoping this would give me similar cozy feelings to the dev's other games, but I seem to find match 3 to be more stressful than relaxing, even after hiding the score meter to try to make it feel less "competitive". It's not a fault of the game though, that's just me. It was still worth the price to give it a shot.

Easily The Best Match 3 Game In The App Store

I have found through experience that the match 3 games that have in-app purchases have a rigged algorithm where the game, regardless of your moves, leads you to a point where you almost win the level and then offers you more chances if you make a purchase. This game you pay up front and there are NO in-app purchases. As such the game is entirely fair. If you play well you win. If you don’t, you lose. The gameplay is a simple straightforward match 3. As you play along you get power ups for advancing and reaching goals and you can change the themes of the tiles. There are no ridiculous side puzzles, growing a garden, or purchasing farm animals. The graphics are satisfying without being overwhelming. Don’t mistake “simple” for “easy”. I am up to level 65 and finding it VERY challenging. Works well on an iMac with trackpad or iPad. Easily worth what you pay for it. Thank you Mulberry Tree Games for a fair, fun, addictive match 3 game. Outstanding!!
