game, but i also lost all my purchase like others have complained about. i hope someone can do something about this, i loved the variety i had and I'm not keen on buying it all again
- Paul Ramirez · v1.5.03582
This game is great! I mean, it's well built with independent hybrid as well as unique mechanics. But right now I'm experiencing that the game crashes and the whole screen goes dark when I open the app,is it on maintenance?
- TANVI SINGH · v1.5.03582
This was previously a 5-star review. Anniversary update feels rushed, graphics are significantly lower quality and the optimization for larger screens has made the game more difficult to play intuitively. Prior to the update, it was an excellent game and my favorite to play offline. Today, I wouldn't spend any money on it.
- A Google user · v1.5.03577
Way too slow gameplay wise, it takes forever for the animations to play.
- Lucas Marshall
great game..
- Twofacedman X · v1.5.03572
Changing this into a 1, it used tonbe 5. The most recent update is the worst version of the game. it feels like a cheap knockoff then the real thing. the card quality took a nosedive, colours feel faded and the animation is no longer nice and smooth recently I noticed that the app won't load when offline, dont know why a solitare game needs to be online, the spell order changes between rounds and it shows I have celestial hour glasses when I don't
- Ryan Lopes · v1.5.03572
I really want to like this game more, but a good portion of this game is sitting there taking damage while unable to do anything because the game gives you nothing turn after turn. if i fail and restart it shouldn't feel like I have 0 control and I was just gonna lose no matter what. even if thats true I should feel like I had a chance.
- Jay Hawks · v1.5.03572
It has elements of games I like, but the experience is more frustrating than enjoyable. Success is largely determined by chance. More than half of my turns are spent waiting for a usable card draw. Some enemy attacks are telegraphed, others are not. Either way I never feel like I have good options for counterplay. Even on a "good" run I don't feel like I have learned anything, I just get lucky sometimes and have enough items to die slower.
- Kelsey Krehbiel · v1.5.03572
I know I played this game before and had a lot of things unlocked. Took a break from it and came back to having lost it all with some new charge to open the full game. I'm moving on, it's not worth the time.
- Chris Brown · v1.5.03572
EDIT: Turns out that my tablet can handle it just fine, it's my mobile phone that can't run the graphics properly. Which makes me think that either it's a problem with the device itself, or the app's new graphics weren't made with phones in mind. Either way, on that basis alone, I'm bumping this up to 2 stars, as the cause of the bad graphics rendering is now more ambiguous than previously. Still not worth it on phones, but now if ya wanna play this game, go for tablets instead.
- Ben Robinson (Smilyman112) · v1.5.03572
super fun solitaire game with no ads. I've been playing for years.
- Dez Singh
Well, looks like the game's back to being in a legitimately playable state, and I couldn't be any happier about it! And from the looks of it, the UI overhaul defo looks better than the old one - and smoother, too! If card-based roguelikes are what ya like, then this one's for you! :D
- Ben Robinson (Smilyman112) · v1.5.03572
this was super addicting, I really love it. I didn't think it would be my kind of thing, but it was really fun
- Kirsten Johnson · v1.5.03572
I've had this game since about 2016/2017. I found it incredibly fun and it makes time pass by quickly while I was waiting for something. I was disappointed that my progress had seemed to reset so all the decks and upgrades I had gotten were gone with the update... but I love the characters. I love the sound effects cause theyre so satisfying. The boss was incredibly difficult, sometimes it really is "luck of the draw" though. Im a huge fan of solitaire so this spin on it was cool.
- Jin · v1.5.03572
I have been playing this game on and off for at least six years, and bought it to my wife and kids who also play it with joy. My wife plays it every day, and it's the only game she's been playing for years since she got it. I like how it is perfectly balanced and entertaining. A rogue-like rpg cleverly merged with classic solitaire gameplay. One can exit the game at any moment, and return whenever. It's one of the best games ever, and i've been gaming since Pong on ZX, to modern games.
- Kristijan Pintarić · v1.5.03572
It's a good game but heavily depends on luck rather than strategy. After a half way of the run even you built the skill to minimize luck but there are a ton of ways to still lose it. E.g. Enemy keep random stun + poison 3 times in row and your draw is the same. Or pull 10 draw that wasn't has any match and enemy keep drain your mana so you can't use skill and death eventually.
- NT
This game went from 5 stars to 4 after the recent update and changes.
- Johnny M · v1.5.03572
Great game
- Kim Crawford · v1.5.03572
The anniversary update ruined the game. I regret making the in game purchases now for a product that no longer exists.
- Joseph Gayek · v1.5.03572
It's not that great, most games you lose without really being able to do anything about it. But I like it.
- Luni Waugh · v1.5.03572
had this yrs ago all decks unlocked, tried to come back but couldn't regain my paid content. its a pretty good game and time waster but buyer beware, might happen to you later.
- Jeff Lee · v1.5.03572
been playing this game for probably a year or more now, and I love it. but recently the app isn't functioning properly. the cards and enemies are all not visible, the screen is just black. the dialogue pop ups are visible and the main menu, but the game itself isnt there. my phone is updated and so is the app. i cleared the cache, and i reinstalled, and i still cant get the app to work. please advise, i would like to play again
- Zeri Blackheart · v1.5.03572
Update The June 2026 anniversary update caused it to be unplayable on the phone where all my years of progress was. You have to play online once in awhile to refresh your ability to play offline. The only way I would like this game more would be if it was klondike or pyramid solitaire because golf is my least favorite version. I ended up buying all of the decks because it's so addictive. I finally won normal with the paladin deck but plan to play epic with that and unlock other decks.
- Tina Hoefs · v1.5.03572
I have been playing this game for years and love it, but this new update is terrible! I pretty much hate everything about it. the game play is the same so I will keep playing. Mostly it is the new UI. It feels like a down grade. Can no longer swipe through the decks to select, but now I have to tap an arrow. How is that an upgrade? All of the UI feels off! Please revert these changes! I am only dropping 1 star, but I want my game back like it was!
- Jennifer Moore · v1.5.03572
Last update,Great/Paid $4,nice,I❤️it, totally worth it, expanded the game, fun+😁👍The dev was generous to allow a deck to test for free. For those who complain about not being able to buy decks with the collected crystals...hello,this game has no ads and it is logical that the developer wants to make a profit. They are also humans, working on developing Android apps/games,and they need a salary. If you don't want to spend $,go play games with ads...they are free and will annoy you|Cloud save please.
- BebéTechManiac · v1.5.03572
Ya know, if you wanna make a game that's card-based but also fun and addictive, maybe DON'T stick with the cheating theme? I mean, it's YOUR game. And it IS based off of Solitaire, a notoriously cheaty game. But you're never gonna get more people playing it with how you have it. Maybe I'll be back in a year, though. It was kinda fun. Maybe you'll be changed by then.
- Xx__Wolfie and Flooftastic__xX
This game is so much fun and it's great that one simple payment unlocks everything with no ads. So it's very sad to see the changes with the anniversary update that changed the layout of things in a nonsensical way. Despite them saying the graphics were improved with this update, things look more pixelated than ever for me. I wish there was an option to go back to the old graphics, they were much better.
- Ky Nelson · v1.5.03570
Genius idea, brilliant execution. Although i feel like the latest update made things harder to see, textures are more detailed but it comes out as more pixelated on my device, adding some graphics/video settings would probably be a good idea
- Tommaso Filipponi · v1.5.03570
My favorite mobile game right now, had to leave a review. Edit: sitting on ~800 currency could use more content. Full version is well worth the price. Beaten normal run on nearly all decks now. Every deck has a fun quirk to it that changes the play style. A purchasable refresh in the shop would be a change for the better. As is, this is the type of rogue-like where you have to understand you won't always get the optimal build or card stacks, and it's part of the game to have to deal with that.
- Mike Johnson · v1.5.03570
i have loved this game all the way until the recent update, which i hate to say, is quite unpleasant. the menu changes offer nothing to the game and actually feel more inconvenient with small more spaced apart buttons. the colors are muted and the animation is weirdly laggy. some bosses i notice have been nerfed in epic mode, which i dislike. i would like a way to revert to the version i've played for many years.
- Naciye · v1.5.03568
Love the game. Don't love the anniversary update. I hate the new UI - it feels completely out of sync with the rest of the graphics - and I'm suddenly having problems with the animations. Instead of staying at a consistent pace, the speed-up option now causes certain animations like card dealing to be literally "blink and you'll miss it" while the rest of the game feels like it's moving through syrup. It's disconcerting and frustrating and desperately needs to be balanced out somewhere inbetween
- Rowan Winn · v1.5.03568
New update has shrunk everything, made buttons tiny like it's meant for a tablet rather than fitting to a phone screen. Also animations feel weird? Like they hang too long or lag. You might want to downgrade to a previous version
- Ely I · v1.5.03568
The anniversary update is terrible and I want the original version back. I've been playing Solitairica for over 2 years and this update has ruined the game.
- Daniel Petry · v1.5.03568
This game is great to pick up, put down and just keep coming back to. That being said, I agree with a lot of others the anniversary update did not feel like much of any update. my main gripe is the UI changes, but also the rng feels a bit worse now. Like I was get good rhythms on the Monk deck and it feels like it takes even more luck to progress
- Sydney “Symoné” · v1.5.03568
The most recent update has broken some game mechanics and generally worsened the experience.
- David · v1.5.03568
love the game! but I'm not a huge fan of the new UI design :/ everything looks kinda disproportionate
- Ghostofyou · v1.5.03568
This new update is just awful. Not only did it wipe my entire completed save file, but all the animations feel wrong, the text and images are pixelated, and it just overall doesn't have the same polish as before. Sure, it had a few bugs and stuff before but it was a really good experience that I wanted to 100% (which I did) and now it's just sloppy.
- William Kilpatrick · v1.5.03568
genuinely a fun take on solitaire. you need to spend money to unlock more then the starting deck but idk be ok with supporting indi game devs.
- DrJoswaldo · v1.5.03568
ETA: OMG so excited to see a update, even a fairly cosmetic one, hope maybe new content is in the pipeline. Literally the only game I never get sick of! Great game, no nags, fun twist on classic play with lots of fun variants, I paid to unlock the extra content and got many legit hours of enjoyment mastering every mode.
- StagWolf GarageKits · v1.5.03568
I love this game, and I love that a small one-time payment unlocks the whole game. No pay-to-play BS. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes solitaire or other card games. edit: the new update brings some appreciated improvements and was clearly made with love - so I hate to say it - but I would like the option to revert to the old version. the timing feels off and although I tried to get used to it, I think it's just not right.
- James Wright · v1.5.03568
Anniversary update brings many bugs that were never in the game feels like it was coded by AI
- Mali · v1.5.03568
anniversary update is not designed as well as original. everything is too big on screen, having to use more thumb travel to accomplish things - colors are muted, animations stutter, and certain abilities now just don't work. don't release this as an update, make it a separate game .. or just don't waste energy on all of this when the game was great before. Add more classes if you have to do this, just don't alter the texture and feel of the game.
- David Congdon · v1.5.03568
anniversary update broke the UI, the board is just a black screen now
- Luna Kammerer · v1.5.03568
Monotonous.
- Lucifer Morningstar · v1.1.17g
Game's addictive, definitely worth it. After more than 90h I can say that Solitairica kept me entertained during the whole time I spent on it. - Pros: Runs are tough. You actually have to think; Has enough content and replayability to keep you hooked for months; - Cons: It suffers from lack of build variety/synergy. The player may eventually figure out the strongest combination that works on all decks and build it every time; Some animations can't be skipped, such as the open scroll one.
- Kryns · v1.1.17g
The game is good, but making you pay to unlock the game to buy new decks when you earn the currency to do so in game is ridiculous.
- Zachary Loy · v1.1.17g
just poorly made stupidity
- Daniel Martineau
I've beaten this game with all decks, both in normal and epic. I just installed it on my new phone and am gonna do it all over again, because it's an amazing game. (No, it doesn't sync your progress across devices. But I'd probably wouldn't be picking it up again if it did)
- Joao Ramos Graca · v1.1.17g
not worth it you can't do anything cause you have to pay to unlock the full game and when you finally save your coins up to get just a bit more power the difficulty jumps drastically and you'll never win another duel
- Ron Walker · v1.1.17g
it is a five star game I just wish there was more to it, I unlocked all decks and won epic multiple times, what now...
- Yazan · v1.1.17g
This is the perfect game. Been playing it for years. My kids play it now too. I wish you made more cool quirky beautiful self-contained games like this n
- architectofsleep · v1.1.14
This is a kids game. The mechanics of this game make me hate the simple rules and themes of solitaire. How you can make a game that ruins the classic rules is beyond me
- J3Carlisle · v1.1.14
This game is a hidden gem and the price is very fair. It’s just the right amount of fun, it’s hard sometimes but never too frustrating. The best part never knowing what spells, traits, and items will be available after each level. Finding all 4 skulls makes things exhilarating and is always what I’m searching for. It’s a very addictive game but easy to put down when needed also. I highly recommend it.
- Rob69169 · v1.1.14
Forgive me to all of this is brutal, but paying $3.99 for a mobile game is a decent amount. Being told right away to pay another .99 is ridiculous. It’s just the fact of the matter. Raise the price a dollar and make it all available. I’d pay 4.99 for app.
- Ismeon · v1.1.14
To this day the game is still unbeatable. There are no helpful microtransactions so idk why the dev made it literally impossible to beat. No matter what you do you WILL have one of the enemies end you against your control because you cannot survive their hit or get a single needed card before they destroy you.
- The Gremlin · v1.1.14
Less than 5 minutes after you BUY this game for $5 you will be asked to buy MORE. I just bought the game and don’t even know how to play yet, why am I being asked to buy new decks??? I really miss the days where a game was a one and done purchase, devs these days just want to milk you for every little cent.
- aye.ely · v1.1.14
Random random random. Not fun.
- Disappointed! So lame · v1.1.14
I don’t know what I was expecting when I downloaded this game, but I absolutely love it! Solitaire with a twist! I absolutely cackled when I got to the final boss for the first time, as the boss is the spiting image of the 2024 Nosferatu 😂 I REALLY hope ya’ll add more deck varieties and maybe a new adventure as well!!!
- Xelleron · v1.1.14
This is nothing like solitaire. I was expecting a fantasy rogue-like version of a great card game. Even if you think of it as an original game and not a solitaire spinoff the gameplay is so boring. There is practically no strategy at all. I think the devs know this which is why they don’t allow refunds.
- hehdbehdhehshev · v1.1.14
I love this game so much. It’s the perfect combo of strategy and chance. Please please please make more decks/levels!!!!
- Misslilly123486187199 · v1.1.14
How do you play this on larger devices, some people cannot hold devices in portrait like the iPads due to disabilities. Really want to play this but can’t…please support landscape mode for us with iPads. Also the game is shareable but not the IAP? Is that a bug?
- TK_200 · v1.1.14
The game is a ton of fun, and absolutely worth the money. But ngl I’m always so frustrated by having to tap twice to “break the seal “ on the rewards scrolls when one tap is enough for me to acknowledge the new information. I understand the playfulness that created this, but Tthe skeuomorph makes for bad Ux
- Seandmr · v1.1.14
It’s so artificially difficult, many games predestined for you to lose regardless of strategy. Don’t waste your time.
- williewonkerz · v1.1.14
Having beaten epic with every deck, it sometimes feels only slightly less fun to do a run. But still enjoyable. The game is perfectly balanced in my opinion and the expansion is totally worth getting
- owlcoholic · v1.1.14
Not only does this game have absolutely nothing to do with strategy of any kind as it is 100% reliant on RNG, the rest of the game is about as shallow as could be. The developers quote obviously only cared about making it look good. The graphics are fine. That is the only thing the game has going for it. You get next to no gold each turn to buy from the smallest pool spells and items I’ve ever seen. Half of the spells and items don’t help you in the game and another quarter of those spells and items are actually entirely useless. If you’re lucky enough to draw one of the few things that are decent, you probably won’t have enough gold to buy it. You also can’t sell things you’ve already bought, leaving you with an inventory full of useless garbage. Stay away, save your money for one of the countless better games on the iOS store. Dicey Dungeons has the same vibe as this and is exponentially more polished.
- An Uncommon Aura · v1.1.14
Because without paying your in for a world of hurt. The game is clearly thought out but that’s almost a problem. I have yet , after 74 runs to make it past the first two stacks of enemies. Good luck your going to need it. The abilities are poor, the monsters have overwhelming abilities some are allowed to change cards but your health pool is so small that’s guaranteed a death sentence. Irritating , agitating , obnoxious . But not fun.
- £.|€~¥{Corey · v1.1.14
I played tutorial, then normal but can’t get any of the other decks without buying. Playing the normal deck again resets all I spells and boost I purchased with won monies. It’s not fun to just start over again. It feels like I paid $4 to play one set over and over. Annoyed.
- CindyArnold · v1.1.14
Like I cannot even count how many times i have played this game and it’s really fun and addictive but honestly, it’s just a bit too hard
- Devlinn Dyartes · v1.1.14
I was very disappointed, once I unlocked a second class deck, to find that the game was pretty much the same as the initial deck. Sure, I have different starting spells, and my upgraded cards are slightly different, but everything else is exactly the same. Same enemies, same spells and items to buy. By the 5th or 6th enemy, you’re playing the same game over and over. If the different class decks had different spells available, I’d feel a lot better about recommending this game. As it is, there are better rogue lite games out there. Unless you’re a die hard solitaire fan, I’d skip this one.
- Liz959522 · v1.1.14
The artwork, the gameplay. I keep going back to it, years after I first played it. The kids now love it, too. I hope these developers are working on something else great.
- Moltiple · v1.1.14
I beat the game once all the way through. The game is too dependent on RNG. Even while fully upgraded I’ll often lose on the first or second boss without making any mistakes just because I can’t match any cards. Classes have minimal differences between them and runs feel the same.
- Twirling fern · v1.1.14
I’ve been playing this game on just about every plane ride since 2016. Fantastically great time waster, tons of interesting decks, and unique strategies just keep me coming back. Yes, it is slow at first. But once you unlock every class upgrade, the game really heats up, and I’ve just about gotten epic on every deck and 100% the game! Very fun, please make more Righteous Hammer!
- Jaaaxxx · v1.1.14
Great game that still isn’t hasn’t addressed issues with notch / safe area on iOS. Incredibly disappointing.
- Tapenade27 · v1.1.14
Super fun despite being an older game. Gives me a Cards of Terra vibe. Great design and atmosphere.
- Josh 0001 · v1.1.14
Overall this is a great game to play while you’re bored my only gripe with it is that I’ll have 2 or 3 options for combos and I’ll flip through 10 cars without a single number showing up that I can make a sequence with. This is especially evident when playing with the primal classes for whatever reason, but I seriously cannot even get past the 2nd enemy sometimes because of it. The randomization seems a bit skewed
- mehx fisivuwb fnc · v1.1.14
Some names get cut off at the top left and I can’t read it, otherwise great and fun app, just wished that was fixed, it’s been like that forever!
- publicworld · v1.1.14
One star due to the fact every time it launches it tries to get me to buy more decks. I just purchased the game and I don’t want to see this every single time. Will update fairing is this is changed.
- Otisdriftwood6 · v1.1.14
When I listen to a podcast I feel restless if I’m not doing anything else. Solitairica has been wonderfully soothing, and I have played away many delightful evenings to the background of dramatic actual plays and comedic good good people. The developer reached out to me the same day I sent him a picturing showing my 100% completion, even asked me about what I wanted to see in the second game. If you’re considering buying and you’re looking at reviews to get an idea, know that I’ve gotten my money’s worth and more.
- Mykel19xx · v1.1.14
I thoroughly enjoy this game. My boyfriend got me into it by streaming his gameplay on PC to me, then I downloaded it myself on mobile. I bought the last couple decks just to have the entire game like he does. That being said... I’ve gotten past Normal Mode on the Monk, Rogue, Bard, Barbarian, and Sorcerer decks. Each deck took days to complete, and I had to use different spells and items to finish each one. I get why people think that the game is unbeatable; it’s hard, and it actively works against you. However, I’d personally say that this makes me more encouraged to keep trying. One combination of items and spells didn’t work? Try again! See what works and what doesn’t. I will say this, though, because it is a personal grievance of mine against the game. Some items and spells stay in the marketplace for multiple levels, without me trying to hold them. It’s a 50/50 chance whether this hurts or helps me. I’ve had multiple runs end because my items and spells didn’t randomize in the shop again. Besides that, I love this game. I play it all the time. 5/5 stars.
- ayejaye_ · v1.1.14
Game stuck at loading screen, can't play anymore. Anyone else experience this?
- GigglingCat · v1.1.14
It’s a perfect way to relax and strategize. Please make for card packs and levels!
- Sandyjoys · v1.1.14
Very well-crafted game, but the RNG HATES YOU, unless it DOESN'T. There are absolutely unwinnable fights that pop up because they depend on blind luck that sometimes you don't have. Get it, it's awesome, but if you're me you're gonna get angry when it's not, and that "tee hee your heart's journey comes to an end" screen will feel infuriatingly long as you violently tap your screen to try again.
- TSAbshear · v1.1.14
Epic level is so epic you can pretty much never succeed and finish off a level. The normal levels are nicely challenging and I’ve finished every one but Epic Level is such a difficult one that I may delete the game...there’s just no chance to advance/win the level. I’ve been stuck on the first Epic Level for over a week without even getting close to Round 28. If you survive the first dozen or so rounds, right around Round 15 the cards that are dealt are always bad as well as having too many obstacles to overcome. When you get zapped for 10 hearts and shields in one flip of the card, there’s no way to have that defense to survive. If you do survive that flip of the card, the next one will wipe you out. There’s just no chance at all and that destroys the fun of the game. I don’t mind a challenge but when everything is pretty much un-winnable, it takes the fun out of trying to advance. Plus, on the Epic Level original points earned are 10 points lower at the start (20 base points instead of the 30 points found on the normal levels) so you get in a deficit right from the beginning without the ability to really earn points to get advantages for later in the Epic Level. You get lower points with the items to buy with your earned points stay the same. It’s quite disheartening and very frustrating that it takes about 30-45 minutes to get to about Round 15 (or so) to only lose all four hourglass tries in a matter of five minutes or less. Make it difficult, that’s fine, but don’t make it where you cannot have any chance to win levels.
- jeffreydkern · v1.1.14
Dude, I want to like this game more but it takes so long for every little animation- it’s seriously frustrating waiting for every card to flip, then you have to wait for the attack animation, then the resource animation... If you doubled (maybe even 2.5x?) the animation speed this would be playable, but the experience of battling is WAY too tedious. Anything that happens over and over again doesn’t need to take this long to resolve. Hope this gets fixed so I can dive deeper!
- Argle von Bargle · v1.1.14
Overall the game looks very polished and plays nicely. The gameplay is simple to learn and has depth to learning about compositions for combos. That being said, when I compare this to many other card style roguelikes, one thing I feel is missing is the option of choice. The enemies are always the same with modifiers that marginally change them. There’s no extra side events or diversity of enemies from what I’ve seen. Would love to see some development into the story path!
- GL1TCH3D · v1.1.14
It’s one thing to limit the powers or whatever for the “veteran” decks, but increasing the difficulty arbitrarily by giving useless top-decks over and over so you just die isn’t fun and I’m not sure I could do anything different to win. I’m well aware I’m a smooth-brained caveman, but eating it on round two because of unavoidable bad luck isn’t my fault.

I am enjoying this game very much. Thanks, devs!

I have had this game for two or three years now. In my opinion it is one of the best rogue likes on the App Store and, until Slay the Spire comes out, the best deck builder. The core gameplay/battle mechanic is incredibly satisfying, as is the fact that you unlock currency towards persistent upgrades each time you play. I wish this received more accolades a la Editors Choice. Was glad to see it on the “Best Solitaire like” games today.

I’ll start out by saying that I think this is a really well made game. The gameplay and progression are well designed, the graphics and sounds are nice, it’s got a solid amount of content included in the base game. All that said, after around 8-10 hours with it, I frequently find myself opening the game and immediately closing it again because I realize that I really just don’t want to play it. The core gameplay loop of playing solitaire over and over got stale for me really fast. Even with all the variety brought by optimizing the spells and items, I just don’t want to clear another row of cards. While my own interest in it fizzled in it quickly, I still think that Solitairica is worth giving a shot if you are a fan of solitaire and/or roguelike card games. The game was designed to be fun, not to manipulate you into buying gems or some other IAP bs, and I think for many people it will achieve that goal.

Please add support for iPhone 11 Pro, art doesn’t fully extend to screen edges and titles are cut off by the notch at the top.

nobody. and no strategy or unlocking will help. The developers might honestly be doing an experiment on game theory. The AI will read the deck and respond in any way possible to stop you from winning. You respawns and note the lack of attack so reduce attack options and all attack cards come up. Have a good run using buffs, three straight stuns to ensure no more buffs. Get towards the end and expect a 20 attack on first turn to end it. It’s evil and no people should ever listen to their family’s glowing reviews so they can run mind games. Apple should investigate and remove developer straight up. It’s messed up

I have been playing this game for a few years and a love it. Succeeding at this game requires a good combination of luck and skill, which makes it addictive. I wish they would continue to upgrade it. I’m not sure a full on Solitairica 2 is required. I’d love to see: 1) More levels 2) New/Different monsters 3) The ability to turn off or greatly shorten the intra-animations (so annoying to have to sit through and continually click click to get through them) 4) more slots for tools 5) the ability to keep buying hourglasses as long as you have the money or the wild stones. 6) some sort in info that explains exactly how the rewards work. I can’t figure out how much you get for a run that is X long vs Y long; is it cumulative? Aka the more runs you have, the more valuable they become? Anyway, they could keep this game going, if they kept adding levels and making enhancements.

I’ll admit I like the game and I have played it quite a bit. The serious problem I have is, it literally is all RNG and getting stronger the more cards you unlock? Seriously? It should be more like the enemy gets stronger the more cards you unlock. Especially when the enemy is dropping poison on every card and you’re not drawing anything to remove it, or you’re drawing the same cards over and over and you have no plays, you sit there and hope you get lucky to draw into something to start a combo. I mean I’ve been spammed to death by the literally the first enemy because I couldn’t draw anything and he just nibbles me for 1 damage forever while I’m drawing dead cards. I think it needs some serious rebalancing with some things. I’m not complaining about difficult, but there is no strategy, it’s a pure luck RNG game. I’ll just go grind Mephisto for 10 hours on diablo II if I want to get RNG screwed.

One of all time favorite games out there!! So good!
- Wendyhw111 · v1.1.14
Purchased the game and then found in game purchases available. Or very very slowly earn crystals. I wanted to like it. But you also have to pay to unlock a new set of decks available. For a free game I understand. But this game wasn’t free.

Very addictive. Nice twist on Solitaire.
- M. Salvati · v1.1.14
Worst solitary game I’ve played. I know solitary is a game of luck but seriously? I mean having the enemy draw an attack card that drains 3 points of my 12 point energy 4 times in row, while I have to draw my own deck 5 times to get a card I can use to eliminate just ONE of my enemy’s cards? Really?! This game is impossible to win at the most basic level, even when you make purchases. Don’t waste your money or time. There are plenty better solitary games on iTunes (that don’t bunk you all the way back to the begging after one loss) then this.
- Jillianrockford · v1.1.14
It’s a really fun game and this is from somebody who didn’t know how to play solitaire. It’s basically one of the best Roguelite games on the market and I feel ashamed for sleeping on it until its recent price cut. My only gripe is that when I spent the 99cents to unlock the dlc characters I have to grind out 40 gems per character just to play each of the 4 classes I paid for. Other than that this is a fantastic title that anyone who enjoys these types of games must try.
- SleepingRabbit · v1.1.14
It’s nothing fancy but it’s fun.
- Enjoy128745 · v1.1.14
I can't even add up how much time I've spent playing this game. Beautifully polished. Really really fun. Yes, it's occasionally frustrating due to randomization of cards, but that's how solitaire is. All in all this game is amazing. I wish the developer would make another one with a different solitaire mechanic. Worth every penny.
