I have been playing this game since 2015 but after this new update, my all progress has been wipes,I have reinstalled the game 5 times but each time the progress shows zero and I had connected to both Facebook and Google play but whenever I try connecting again, the progress shows new, I think it's time to part ways with Subway Surfers as I don't have the energy to start again and even Google play shows all my achievements but inside the game all my progress is gone.

I can't play this game on Liteapks because the pop-up is still there! P.S.: When I install it on the Play Store, the game looks fine and I can play it.

What's the point of putting power ups and multipliers that we need to watch an ad before getting it, when you don't have ads to show. Then show that's is a connection problem as your excuse. Don't put them up if you don't have ads to show and waste our time. This happens to often.
