I love the game
Don’t get me wrong, I love the game and the updates, but the spinning wheel is kinda weird, First, if it lets me spin, it’s already on the character that’s on it and it gives me something different (which I don’t mind at all) can you please fix that so that I could get a chance to win a new character from the spinning wheel? Music problems
What happened to the music? I Do NoT LiKe iT. it’s like bom bo do bom Bo do boo… and I play this then I can’t hear the music and then also the adds. And then I can’t hear the music on the adds. Then I play I can’t even hear anything and my volume is turned up but I can hear it on my apps but not this app. I want the regular music to hear the music and not the music right now but the old music can come back please and I can hear it.

Unfair Show down
My character in show down always start in a dizzy position with their haead down without hitting anything right from the start and my speed limit is lower compared to others runner and others keep passing me even tho we got the same buff this started happening since the last season and thought it might change with the update but it didn’t please take action because I play surfway surfer everyday and this is a great annoyance and very unfair. I've been playing this game for years and I really enjoy it. I love the cool characters and the SHOWDOWN. But I don't like the cooldown for getting rewards on runs, you can't get the character till the last day and if I miss a day I can't get it. I do like how there are no forced ads that last more than 5seconds and every 10 ads watched you get a mystery box. Recommend. But I would like to request a Christian surfer. You do provide characters from all ethnicities,races, and religions or beliefs (like Chinese new year traditions some Indian traditions I believe and pride surfers ) but never a Christian one. Ideas for this surfer could include a cross necklace or a bible in hand. Thank you I hope you consider this. One more thing,I find the Hawaii map in accurate to true Hawaii. Lastly since you supposedly support all ethnicities pride…etc you should have a way to turn of pride maps for those that don’t support it.

When is too much, too much?
I understand that the idea is to make money but just don’t be shady about it, especially when children are your primary demographic. Here are a few examples of what I mean:
You require the player to meet a set time/distance to obtain the prize, but also require them to watch an ad to unlock that same prize. These ads are typically almost a minute long each, which really kills the momentum.
The timer transition between achievements during the round was once seamless. Now there’s a few-second delay. This may not seem like much, but the idea is to keep people playing their game, it increases the odds of the company earning more money from the player.
Ads in special events must be watched, which we’ve already earned by meeting a set time/distance as stated above, to advance any further.
The game is extremely repetitive, but it’s also a good way to kill time. I don’t dislike the game. I’m just not a fan of the underhanded methods used to make money off the players. It shouldn’t be a chore for the players to enjoy themselves with your game with the hopes of adding more money to your bank account. Proceed with caution. For what it’s worth, which, unfortunately, we know isn’t much, this is just my two cents.

I've been playing this game for years and I really enjoy it. I love the cool characters and the SHOWDOWN. But I don't like the cooldown for getting rewards on runs, you can't get the character till the last day and if I miss a day I can't get it. Subways surfers in my opinion is not bad. It’s pretty fun but got to admit sometimes after playing a lot you stop playing for a bit but when ur like bored at least for me it’s my go to game. It’s a nice game where you’re on some train tracks escaping a police guy and u have to doge jump and duck many obstacles and u can use power ups and other stuff. I also like how they have many maps like I think every month they change the map so I might be one month like Hollywood the next Cairo the next Brazil and so on. It’s really fun to play with friends. Tbh me and my friends had some subway surfers “tournament” and it was so fun competing for the high score. One think I think subway surfers could add (not improve) is like maybe make custom characters or boards or smth I think it’d be nice

**update** in response to the apps response here, the customer support through the app settings is the support I am having this specific issue with. I am trying to get support through a different means as they are the ones unable to help me, I have already shared screenshots with them of my continues explanations of the same thing and they still week after week came back asking me the same thing. They “went through my messages and see no names of characters I’m missing”. When I have said over 6 times that I am not missing characters I’m missing these other items. No matter how much I explain I am missing these other items they just keep coming back and asking me about names of characters and boards I’m missing that I am not, and it’s been over a month of me explaining the same issue.
I have been explaining the issue I’m having with the app with support for well over a month now and they continue to return asking me the same questions I already answered for them. The items I had on my account disappeared and no one seems to be able to help me. My coins, keys, head-starts, score multiplier, and the number of boards I can use in game are missing. My characters are all still there. They don’t understand your problem and they don’t care to help you. They just keep asking me to name the characters I lost. Which I keep repeating is not the issue. I am a reasonable but when you have me waiting over a month for help and they continue to ask the same questions I already answered and act like you didn’t is insane to me. I have multiple screenshots of me telling them exactly what my problem is and they respond a week later just asking me exactly what I already answered for them until a month passes and they still don’t even understand the problem I’m facing. I tried reaching out on twitter and they just ignore me. So if you ever have a problem you’re out of luck with this app.

This game is fun but.. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for children; a lot of the worlds have pride themes and there is no way to turn them off or change the world until the next season or update. The only reason I give it a 2 star review is because pride goes against my personal beliefs and it’s uncomfortable to have to see it while playing the game. I would totally recommend for children if you could change the settings or the worlds.

Best game ever!!
This is the best game ever although I wish the skins were free It’s really good and fun game. The cop is so funny and the dog is hilarious too. I played this game when I’m bored or sometimes when I don’t have nothing to do or I just play it for fun it truly is a fun game my brother is the top player and I almost made it to the top people a couple things I’d work on the skins been free if there was premium, I definitely buy it. This game is so fun and addicting. I really like it, I just don’t like how you have to pay for so many things. Almost all of the limited time characters are like $3.99, and it’s just annoying how I can’t get many things. I’m just grateful it doesn’t completely ruin the game.

Too many ads that doesn’t allow you to leave, the X is covered with a fake transparent box preventing you to proceed
Response: then simply test run every ad for blocking the X before allowing it on the app. This isn’t rocket science.
