The game is dope. I've been playing subway surfers for a long time and it just doesn't get old💯💯💯💯. That is my earlier review, to show how much I loved the game even gave 5 stars review. Other achievements are getting reflected correctly once unlocked But this particular achievement "The more the merrier" is not getting reflected after unlocking. in game support not helpful. update: I created multiple tickets in "Support" inside game. they just ask me to check WiFi, update app/phone software, and other similar things. I also tried to explain that I have already done all these things and still not working. But they find some other suggestions that has nothing do do with my issue.

I buy everything in a game I need 40 keys that I collect within 2 hours of playing continuously 8 hours to collect the keys in the next morning I just open the game the whole game reset everything is zero all the coins are zero every board zero everything I buy are remove from the account the account starts from Zero. This is actually my childhood game its so good from the time i played and it has so many updates btw i wanted to give it 5 stars but i noticed two bugs 1 ) When the age verfication was updated on subway surfers And i know its for safety reasons but why did my progress go away from like 45000 points to 0 . U can ask it in the beginning of thegame right ?? 2 ) I acutally have a older version of samsung galaxy J2 bcuz of that sometimes the game gets stuck Overall the app experience was good

Hi there, I have been playing this game for 7 years at this point and it is definitely a great game, but last saturday my old phone android data got "corrupted". I had to buy a new phone on the same day. I logged into my Gmail and downloaded the subway surfers app and tried to connect with google play save data, but my save data wouldn't load. My huge collection of every character and board was gone. I don't know why it's happening like this. If anyone could help me with this it would be great.
