Other achievements are getting reflected correctly once unlocked But this particular achievement "The more the merrier" is not getting reflected after unlocking. in game support not helpful. update: I created multiple tickets in "Support" inside game. they just ask me to check WiFi, update app/phone software, and other similar things. I also tried to explain that I have already done all these things and still not working. But they find some other suggestions that has nothing do do with my issue.

(another edit lol) I have a suggestion for Subway Surfers! Add a new mode called Friend Run, where you can play with your friends in real time and race each other on the same tracks. There could also be a pet system where pets help collect coins or give small boosts. great game,really but I have a very serious issue & I want it resolved, like how can I play and reach so far in the game,win characters and boards and all of a sudden it's all gone & I had to start afresh,at first I thought maybe it's coz I didn't connect it to Fbook/playgames as backup or stuff,which I did again, & started anew finally reached a great rank in the score board, bought boards again and one step away from getting that pinkhaired girl in the subway syndney, and it's gone😭😭 HOW!

The game is pretty neat. But ads are the worst. Most of them don't load when you want them to. Sometimes we get rewards to watch ads, then they don't load. But after a game, you're forced watch ads and sometimes the progress of that game is lost, thus wasting our time. The close button after watching an ad doesn't work most of the time as well. It's very annoying. I love the Game, but all these issues are forcing me to uninstall.

pathetic. showdown event got full reception for WiFi and mobile data, it keeps saying server not responding and your tickets disappear. when tried to contact via chat for customer service, not doesn't go any further. already tried reinstalling the app multiple times, it's still the same. don't think they want you to play, is it seriously that important that you want to take my tickets away without even me playing and when your server is not responding.
