Lift the lacquer lids, find out what's underneath, and sort the sushi until every rack holds one kind. A calm Japanese puzzle that really makes you think: no time limits, no energy, no lives. Ever. THE MYSTERY TRAY Most sushi sits face-down under a black lacquer lid with a gold "?". Only the front piece of each rack shows. Every move lifts the next lid, so each tap is a small reveal and a small decision. Remember what you've seen, park a piece on a spare spot, and plan the order that clears the tray. A REAL PUZZLE, NOT A WANDER Every level is a Chef's Order: serve it all within the move goal. Undo is always free and gives the move back, so you can try an idea and take it back; stay within a level's free undos to keep 3 stars in reach. Boards grow from gentle to genuinely tight: full racks, more kinds, barely a free spot, and a Hard level plus two Master boards in every city. Want more? The Chef's Challenge takes away a spare spot for extra coins and a red seal. Stuck twice? The chef quietly adds a few moves. Just want to relax? Switch on Zen mode and play with no move limit. CHEF'S SCORE: PLAY CALM OR CHASE A PERFECT Every clear earns 1 to 3 stars for your moves, plus a Chef's Score out of 1000 for moves, tidy play and speed against par. The clock never ends a level and never costs you stars. Score 950 for Perfect Service and a gold crown on the map. Prefer to switch the clock off? One toggle in Settings. 450 LEVELS, 30 CITIES, FIVE COURSES Every level is dealt as one of five kinds of board (wide Nigiri Lines, Deep Trays, Mystery Boxes, Tight Counters and Chef's Locks), so no two levels in a row look or play the same. New twists arrive as you climb, each explained the first time you meet it: face-down sushi, spare spots, locked racks, nori-wrapped pieces, chained locks, anchored plates and more. Every one of the 450 levels is machine-verified solvable within its move goal before it ships. RESTORE THE RESTAURANT Earn stars and coins to renovate a warmly lit sushi restaurant, area by area, then dress it for the seasons. Collect all 20 sushi in three grades in the Sushi Encyclopedia, finish daily quests, open reward chests, buy plate skins with coins, and celebrate at the weekly Omakase Festival. OUR PROMISES • No energy, no lives, no time limits. Play one level a month or fifty in a night. • Undo is always free. Unlimited, one tap, never behind an ad. • Restart never reshuffles. The same board every time, so a hard level is something you learn, not something you reroll. • Every level provably solvable. No engineered dead ends. • No account. Plays fully offline; your progress lives on your device. MADE TO FEEL GOOD Hand-painted Japanese restaurant scenes, lacquer-and-hinoki pieces you want to touch, and relaxing Japanese music: an original koto, shamisen and shakuhachi score plus tracks by Momijiba (MOMIZizm MUSiC), credited in the app. FREE TO PLAY The game is free with a banner and occasional ads between levels. Optional purchases: Remove Ads, coin packs, a Starter Pack, and the Chef Pass (no ads plus coins, boosters and gold lacquer plates). Sort. Breathe. Repeat.
