Hitting a jackpot on slots is VERY HARD!!! Spent 100s of REAL dollars on billions of FAKE chips. Never hit one. Texas H will say "We have a certified random number generator." "You just have bad luck." They tell players "The higher the bet, the better odds of hitting a jackpot." LOL. They want u to buy chips, spend your real $ and chase. How can something be "random" but the odds change by bet increase? 🤔 The poker is very fun! READ the AI response I will get for this review. Slick PR bull.

After playing this game for more than 8 years I finally reached the point where I am deleting it. In the game help copy and paste generic answers or completely ignore any questions you have. I have spent a lot of money and been a loyal player for so long but have found myself playing less and less. I think its time to find a new poker game to play.

I enjoy the game, but I'm very disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. Over a month ago, I asked why the Russian flag is the only flag missing from the gift store while flags of other countries involved in ongoing conflicts available. Support told me my question would be forwarded to the developers. Since then, I've followed up and have now waited more than two weeks without receiving any response. Whether you agree with my opinion or not, customers deserve an answer.

Total scam. Spent approx 300€. Vip 5. At high stakes tables are the same persons and are neither bots, devs by themselves nor hackers (Chinese or Russian). They fold every time you have good hand and raising every single hand before flop. After some weeks of winning every single hand will be lost no matter what (aa kk qq jj). I spend every month 50€ at poker games. No more here. My money will go to megahit or wsop. Every poker is scam but this is ridiculous. Stay away at every cost. Salute.

I paid $2.99 on June 23,2026 for a chip package. Never received the chips. Sent my Game ID and GPA receipt to support three times and am being ignored. To make it worse, my video reward for losing the all-in challenge dropped from 12K to 3K right after the purchase failed. Fix my account and credit my chip immediately or refund my money.

Rewarding system of Album Cards is heavily manipulated. For 4 sets in a row I only chose Reward nr1 and never got the wildcard. They keep appearing under reward nr 2 &3. Now set of albums nr 5 almost finished (1 card to go) and still no wildcard under Reward nr 1. If wildcards would appear randomly, I should have won at least 2 or 3 of them by choosing consistently for Reward nr 1. But I think that even with this 5th set of albums I wont receive a wildcard under Reward nr 1. All Manipulated!!!!!

❌ Cons: extremely slow. The game play, at the cash tables, is absolutely too slow. If u wanna get old playing free poker this is your app. There are a lot of bugs but I'm not sure the developers play with this app to fix them. If u wanna play fast other famous apps are better, imho. ✅ Pros: multi-table (MTT) tournaments. 1⭐ because the cons are dramatically bad. Verdict: uninstalled!

The graphics, the choice of table games and slots and the abundance of tournaments are top notch. HOWEVER, from connectivity problems, to the amount of unrealistic bad beats on this site that you never experience in a brick and mortar casino, this site is HORRIBLE! Spent my time folding. Every hand I got was only good for losing. Also, way too aggressive play for me. Regardless of developer comments and their B.S. excuses, there IS player influence. When your ante is $1K and no cards are on the table, any player raising $100,000 or more on ante IS PLAYER INFLUENCE!!!!!!!!!! Uninstalled. Not worth mine or your time.
