How many flipping times do I have to watch kallshi ad? They are intrusive and I have said I'm not interested 100 times where is the variety in the ads if it doesn't change, I'm uninstalling it. And I know you don't care, but regardless, I will never recommend this game to anyone

Hi, I finally seen on your app page, in the reviews, that you responded to my review. I never got an email. I absolutely hated leaving that review, but glitches have been going on all year last year, & then in June a major update disconnected me as leader/creator of Team Phoenix. So with all the previous year glitches in 2025, plus the glitches that created major problems with me or my co leaders having no controls over the game, I started a new team, Fire & Ice ! & most of the Team followed. ( I hope this address works & you get this. This is the email address you said to contact you at in the review. See attachment 1) So because of all the glitches and problems and unable to get any responses out of 78 emails, I decided the glitch’s were in the game. The best thing to do was to let my old team know I was making a new team. Well the whole team had different glitches. So they were given a timeline to come over to the new team, Fire & Ice. So I have issues with glitches & 1 question. The issue is, before I started the new Team, The app or whatever, started my going on 3 year progress over. By that happening, it started me back to level 1, but in info, it still shows my score at the moment it happened. But also when it started me to level 1, I lost all the progress, awards, avatars & frames earned, etc. I am at level 361 as of August 31st at 11:56, but plan to be at a higher level by the time you get this. The current level I will be on when you read this needs to be added together with the number in attachment 2, #12 Lesli Captain - 12361, and reconnect to all my progress, awards, etc., into one. Do you understand what I mean? My question is, why was the individual members “helps” accruals for the week taken out of the game? That was a major tool I used with my old Team and it’s gone? That’s how I track who is helping and who is not. Slackers aren’t tolerated. Helping makes a Team! So are you going to bring that function back? I really hope you do! It’s truly needed for Team Creators/Leaders & Co-Leaders that help keep track of stuff for me. Another suggestion I would like to throw out there, is being able to see what members are online. That would be awesome & would make a great new addition to any team! I hope you reach back out to me and have answers. This has got to be one of the worst games ever. I started a team over a year ago and now with this apps last update I cannot get rid of inactive or players that use vulgar language. As the team leader you cannot kick anyone off. You can’t clear like modern game apps. You can’t do anything. Joke

7 emails for help! Made this team, Team Phoenix over 2 years ago! Lost my leadership abilities, leader is not under my name my co leaders don’t have co leader under their name, can’t promote, kick, see help progress, kick inactive players, etc… Them just today, I lost my whole game after 2 years! I’ve been playing this game for well over a year now and at a level in the thousands. I currently have over 10,000 stars to do stories but I’m only getting a story about once a month. It is so frustrating. There is no support for this game.

I enjoy this game but it annoys me that the order of helping take makes no sense. A family is shivering cold. The window is broken and there’s a hole in the roof. Snow coming in everywhere, but our first priority is they need a new potted plant or to fix the bedside table before fixing the window or roof? I know it’s just a game but that is frustrating

I downloaded this to say I’m trying to play a completely different game and your LONG ad interrupts it. Why does your ad have to be so long, ruining my relaxing experience somewhere else? It doesn’t have to be that long. Why is it so long and drawn out. - So I tried the game and there is very little reward for the amount of time to takes to solve a puzzle. One star per long game and some games are hard and take a few tries. For one star. And every repair needs 4 stars or more. It’s more frustrating and aggravating than it is relaxing or satisfying. Plus, their ad is long in other games but you can’t watch an ad for a boost so it’s just a money grab.

I’ve been playing this game since 2023 and have enjoyed it for a long time. In the beginning, it felt fun and rewarding, and I spent money occasionally to help progress through levels and unlock additional items. Over time, however, I’ve noticed that the game has become much more difficult without making purchases. New levels often start out feeling manageable and generous with free items, but after a couple of days, the difficulty increases significantly. At times, it feels like the game encourages players to spend money in order to continue progressing comfortably. Because of this, I decided to stop making purchases, as it no longer felt worthwhile to me. I’ve gradually enjoyed the game less and less, and I even took a year-long break before returning. While I still appreciate some aspects of the game, I may eventually move on to something else because the overall experience now feels too focused on in-game spending.

The latest updates remove team leaders and co-leaders. Team composition is controlled solely by players joining and leaving. There is no longer a way to remove a disruptive or inactive player. This has greatly reduced my enthusiasm for this game.

I enjoy playing Tile Family, perhaps because it doesn’t require much thought and doesn’t pretend to be educational or intellectually stimulating. However, if you encounter a problem, support appears to be nonexistent. For example, I paid for the “Ads Remove” option. The payment was processed, but I continue to receive ads—not just the optional ads used to obtain bonuses, which are understandable, but also mandatory ads at the end of every game. I have written to both email addresses provided for support and have received no response. Unfortunately, the lack of response is consistent with my past experiences seeking support from this company.

The problem the that keeps me from downloading your game is the promotional ad that shows a woman neglecting her children exposing them to cold and untreated sickness obviously and then it shows the three of them getting hit on the head by boulders that doesn’t appear to harm them… I’m not stupid so I’m not downloading anything
