It's very engaging & entertaining until you reach the higher levels, then it becomes more like a chore or hard work. I'm at level 105 & it's extremely time-consuming to complete ordinary tasks, making it almost a prerequisite to purchase items with real money. The admins are very fair & professional when addressing issues, however, so that's a plus

The game is enjoyable and addictive, but success depends less on skill and more on how much you spend on in-app purchases. It is not possible to finish challenges, or tasks using only the free energy and daily gifts. You have to make in-app purchases to complete even the simplest task, challenge. In addition, item producers do not generate the items required for challenges. you need to use around 500+ energy just to get a single item. Please improve game to make it playable without purchases.

The game was quite entertaining and fun. However, since this game is rated "E" I'm not in favor of it having an energy producer on level 65 that is skull and candles, and it produces cursed dolls. I allowed my child to download this game but as a group of friends and family, we will have to uninstall this game due to it having the type of energy producer mentioned above. We would love to continue to play this game if it's rating stays true ("E" for everyone). Thanks!

Fun at first...I started this game as a promotion where if you reached level 40 within 30 days, you would win a gift card for $75. I like the games and graphics, but in order to make any kind of real progress, you have to keep making in-app purchases! Even the emails I would get daily would say in order to progress faster, make in app purchases! This game is a total rip-off, and they just want to make as much money off of you as possible. I spent nearly $75 trying to get the $75 gift card!

If you like merge games you will love this! For me though, it really is not my genre of gaming. One day, Developers will create a merge game where there is no energy required to restrict the gameplay. Sadly though, mobile gaming is all about greed and no longer about gaming!

Complete garbage. Greedy developer, endless popups. I don't understand how it has a 4.5 rating. I only downloaded it to receive 75 dollars for reaching level 40. However, it's rigged so you must get there within 30 days which has to be nearly impossible without spending real life money, defeating the purpose of playing to get the reward. I made it to level 36 before the leveling slowed down so much it became clear that I would not reach 40 before the time limit. It's not even fun to play. Boooo.

I originally left a one star review because I didn't like a couple things, but I kept playing so that wasn't really fair was it. FF to recently I've been having problems where the watching ads doesn't give the items promised. while the problem isn't fixed, customer support has been very attentive and provided that which had been lost. That's actually really impressive in my experience. so they get 5stars for their customer support. The other problems remain, but that's my problem, innit?

I do enjoy this game, however I've recently noticed use of ai generated animations which has really disappointed me - especially as this game does have an environmental message to it! frankly I'd rather an ms paint story board drawn by a 12 year old than anything ai because at least it would have a soul. very disappointed and will not be spending any more money on this game :(

It's your typical merge game, with all the caveats that comes with that: starts out easy to accomplish orders and gets quickly worse, to the point where you need multiple top ups of energy and tens or hundreds of merges before you get the necessary items. And the energy refill cost goes up each time. They lure you with 10 gems the first time and the second time it's already 20 for the same amount of energy. Greedy as always. Just once I'd like to find a non predatory cozy game on here.

I used to enjoy the game, but the constant offers that keep popping up are annoying. The game is rigged, making it impossible to play more than a few minutes without spending real money. The spin offers are rigged because you will only win from the smallest reward to the highest, and the price keeps changing. The daily rewards are a joke, spending hundreds of energy and gems to gain 5 to 10 energy or 1 to 3 gems. Even with 2000 energy and 500 gems, you can change level

I absolutely ❤️ LOVE this game, so much to the point I make in app purchases more than I should! But I can't help it!! lol! I totally recommend this game if you are into merge games with a fun story line and great incentives with easy game play! I haven't had any problems with play so I haven't needed to contact customer service, which is also great! The game play is good for a quickie or longer depending on your enthusiasm 😉 the choice is yours.. and soon I hope all ENJOY this one like I do!!

You can get through a lot of levels quickly, like the first couple of days, but then you get to the point where the amount of energy your given means you play for maybe a minute or two. It really seems like they are seriously trying to get you to pay a lot of $ to be able to play for more than a couple minutes. There are ads but you dont get much energy out of it.

It used to be my favorite game, I even buy stuff in it but for like a week or two, the game is full of glitches. You can't use anything with an add. The add doesn't open.
