I used to love this game until a couple days ago. if I don't go out and clear everything after each game, I can't play the next level or try again for the same level. I have lost three or four extra time and the lightning bolt thing because the game is screwing up. I am not happy with this game at all and I'm thinking about deleting it. I love the game. But >5 times now you've randomly just taken 100 of my coins. This happens when the game comes to a sudden end as I'm tapping the screen. The rapid popup offers extra time for 100 coins or similar - I don't get a chance to see. Then it takes 100 coins and disappears again. All of it happens because I'm tapping the screen when the popup appears and you don't ask for confirmation. It's outrageous! I want my coins back! I've written but no- one replies. Plz fix it & refund my money.

First.. I do love the game. I love the challenge, but when you are on a hard level expecting us to get 5 or 6 different items, 6 or 9 each in 2 minutes total? It's impossible. I've been stuck on level 400 for a week. It's beginning to not be fun and just frustrating. And when you do win a level, you get a timer of 10 seconds and the lightening bolt takes out about 4 items on the next level. That's it. I'm not in a position to keep buying to use items up and not pass the level anyway.

You know what you did. You people took out the 3 daily videos to help pass levels. Yet, the whole game is 80% ads, 20% gameplay. Extremely difficult to pass levels, gain coins or boosters. Absolute mess. If you don't bring back the daily ads with help, will definitely uninstall.

I love this game, and would love to give it five stars. However, the longer you play and the more levels you complete, it gets tiresome to beat the "hard" levels. While I appreciate a challenge, it is incredibly frustrating to attempt the same level 15 plus times to get a new scene. I am on level 1589 and now contemplating deleting. Giving four stars because it was entertaining up until this point.

Constantly freezes now. It worked fine until 8/12/26. Now it freezes for about 30 seconds, goes back to working for about 5 seconds, then freezes again. I've never been so into a game like I am with this one; however, lately it's been freezing A LOT. To help counteract that, I've been buying the "mini bundle" for the charms, which ended up being a huge waste of money (bc of the freezing). Another reason for the charms is the too-short time allotment. I end up replaying super difficult levels so many times, that I basically end up memorizing them. The game can be really challenging (and fun!!!), but maybe too much (sometimes).

I timed it. ads for other games? a game with a woman and kids? really? looks really fun to click on stuff for a homeless woman. now it has progressed to 3 part ads that have a pop-up play store window that if you don't X out pauses the ad, making it even longer. why would you have ads in your game for another game seems counterproductive.
