literally every time i play the Event "Captured Nazi Scientist", the game breaks and gets stuck on "Waiting for Opponent to make decision", despite the fact that there's no decision to be made. Otherwise it's a functional enough port of the PC game, but the handful of game breaking bugs keeps it from being anything higher than 3*.

Great game, good digital version of the board game. Notifications haven't worked for a couple of years, and Playdek doesn't feel the need to fix it. Cool. Way to go, guys. 1 star. adjusted from my previous 3 star review because they clearly don't GAF.

Pretty good app. The game seems to be a strong war themed game. I've had minimal play so far as the tutorial is broken. I was on an airplane flight trying to learn the game and every time the AI took over Libya in the game, it froze. I waited, clicked every where nothing. I figured I'd learned the main things and could try to figure out the rest in play. So now that I've landed, I still need to look up a few rules. I think reinforcements? with late game things was not covered.

The computer kept trying coups and made the game end and the game said the cou one even though they were the ones that triggered the nuke and according to the rules they automatically loose. If they did some bugs then I will fix my rating.

Wonderful game, one of the best and a lot of fun playing online with others. If you get really into it, join a league and compete! But the recent update is terrible. Card names messed up (Trumane doctrine for one) and map can't pan anymore. No useful features added (60 min games). If not for that this would be a solid 4

Still getting my head round the tutorial, but seems like a good game so far. I would love it if the AI opponents ' thinking 'phase would speed up mind you. For a human opponent it makes sense but it feels like a lifetime when its an AI ! The little icons under the continents and in the top left corner indicating defcon or continuous card effects are too small to long press and read with your finger over them! Has this game been abandoned?

Excellent port of the board game. One rule that they wrong is that when the US has played Cuban Missile Crisis then a coup through Lone Gunman should lose the Russian player the game. The AI is pretty rubbish, but great for training and you can just up the handicap

Keeps crashing for no reason and at different points. Sometimes in the middle of a turn, sometimes nearing the end of the game, sometimes before it even loads, but very frustrating all around.

Expect the game to cheat regularly with v 1.4.7.155 If you reach defcon 2 the AI will often play a coup or another card to take it to defcon 1 ... it then claims victory If you as USSR plays a blockade card that requires a '3' ops card to be discarded the AI will throw a 1 or 2 ops so not to loose West Germany I have had these happen around a dozen times in the last 14 hours alone
