How do i even start the game? when I enter, my character have 0 damage, no gold, nothing to upgrade and do other than claiming the login reward. Can't do quest, cant fight anything, not even 1 monster is damaged.

I had a bad experience of me losing around 3 hrs of progress because I didn't click an obscure "Save" or "Exit" button and the game doesn't have a built in way for it to automatically save my progress at any point during that time. When replied to by Support, the summary is basically "Sorry, but you should have clicked this button that you had no way of knowing you needed to press until we told you so." The menu even says it is only when CHANGING devices, not just exiting the game! Ridiculous.
