No support

Game is good until you have to try to contact support. Good luck because you will not get any support or and the only response you get it to contact ViP on the app. However there is no VIP support on the app, just frequently asked questions. So don’t ever have a problem like billing or account issues because there is no one to assist so once you are locked out might as well delete the app because that’s it.

Warning!!! Do not spend a penny on this game!

The first day was great, I was hitting big and I even cashed out quite a bit. My mistake was to play the next day. I should’ve just been happy with my wins that I had. I was stupid and put the last $10 I had into it today and they took it all in less than a minute. Yesterday a few bucks got me some huge wins. Their customer service is a stupid AI bot,That gives you the same auto generated message. Don’t waste your time here at all!!!

Redemption withdrawal

I always read reviews regarding cash out speed prior to depositing. Social casinos are not legal in my state anymore, but I’m currently out of state where I could play. I see a lot of reviews regarding delays in cash outs due to third party reviews regarding anti money laundering stuff. My state, Michigan has 15 legal online casinos, and almost all of them have instant cash outs now, or close enough where you get your cash outs within 2 seconds to 10 minutes. How can they all figure out how to make cash outs automatic, without manual reviews and you social casinos cannot? Tried to redeem my winning and the app will not pay. Tells me my account is already bound. First time I had cashed out with them. Tried all 3 different forms of redemption. Support is a joke. Stole my money

I deposited a couple hundred bucks total and I had won and cashed out maybe $75. Then I won and tried to cash out $300+ ($290 after the fees) and they did not pay me out my money so I contacted support and I was told it could take 1-3 days and then the next time I logged in to check on my withdrawal and my account had been blocked . So save yourself the trouble and do not deposit with this platform because if you win anything significant they will just block you.

I love this Casino!!

They cashed me out straight to my PayPal within 5 minutes! I could not believe how easy they made it! They made a good customer out of me today! I wish they had an invite feature so I could officially invite my friends and family, but I have shared their app page with a couple friends because they are always upset about long wait on cash out and just other hoops. Goes from good to terrible!

Just downloaded the game. Graphics are great. I’m disappointed that it didn’t give me free spins as advertised, only a dollar to start. I will update when I can actually play without depositing.
