One of my Favorites!

I’ve loved this game since I played it the first time. I remember getting introduced to the Virtual Villagers games by my mom when I was little and I was so excited to find them on the app store. I’m in my 20s now and still love them so much!

Wish it was optimized

This is by far my favorite of the virtual villagers games. Although it’s not optimized for iPhone X and up phones. Disappointing but still a great game.

Game got stuck

I want my money back! Overall the game is enjoyable and I like it just fine... but during the statue repair, it got stuck at the top of the hill and I can’t get my chief or any of my master builders to continue. I looked it up and apparently lots of people have had this issue... yet it wasn’t fixed. Not cool! I had almost finished all the puzzles. I don’t want to start over just to get this far and it get stuck again.

Great story line, but keeps randomly restarting my village.

I’ve always loved these games, I grew up playing them, so when I found them on the App Store I was more than thrilled! The development of the series has been very enjoyable. After completing the first two I was excited to start the 3rd. However after I had finally gotten my village stable, techs unlocked, population growing, etc. I closed the app and when I came back my village was gone and it had started over?? I’m now back at 8 villagers with no tech nor collectibles. This has happened a few times now and it’s making it hard wanting to continue playing.

I love this game! But,

Apple is forcing thousands of game developers to update their apps into a 64-Bit format, in order to comply with IOS 11. This being said, these virtual villager/families games were a big part of my childhood on the PC and I love playing them today on IOS. I'd hate to see their performance impacted in any way because of an update. I know you guys are probably hard at work on Virtual Families 3, and honestly I probably have no idea how hard it is to update existing apps to run with Apple's system and all, and it's probably already been brought to your attention, but, just letting you know that these games are adored by so many people, and me included.

Absolutely Love It!

I've been playing the virtual villager games since I was a child, and I love all of them. They have this wonderful ambiance and feel to them that makes them so peaceful and enjoyable. I hope they continue to make them, I know I will keep playing them.

Glitch

Every time I set a villager on something it says "this rock is too hot to pick up." I can't have them do anything because of this glitch. Needs to be fixed.

Fix problem

This game was enjoyable, watching the generation of villagers thru the life cycle. The puzzles were difficult but easy to find hints online, if needed. The big problem I had was the last fifteen babies born in my village were males. Because of this my villagers could not reproduce and they all died off. I contacted support for the game. All they could tell me is that there were events that happen daily and one might produce additional children. Nope, that didn't happen. Please fix bug.

Glitch?

I have no gems and can't get the ash key. Also, I'll drop a villager anywhere and it says, "Ouch! The gem is too hot to pick up!"Can you fix this?

Glitch

The ash stone will not appear after my fire has been burning, but whenever I set a villager near the campfire site, the waterfall and dry grass area, or the fire wood, they run away saying that the gem is too hot to pick up. I'm not really sure what to do and I cannot finish the door puzzle. Please help.

Best!

This is by far my favorite of the series. I played it extensively a few years ago, and my sister and I actually finished most of the puzzles before we accidentally deleted the game. Now, if one troublemaking kid is bothering you, drag them to the top right corner of the screen in the ocean. I've noticed that they'll be trapped there and can't move. I have also found similar spots in some other VV/VF games, like on top of one of the toxic waste barrels in VF Our Dream House. But I love this installment and I personally think it plays the best.

Glitch!?

Okay, so I LOVED this game until all of the sudden whenever I make my villagers do anything it'll say "ouch! The gem is too hot to touch!" NO MATTER WHAT I DO!!! It's really annoying. I've rebooted the game several times but nothing is working! :'( Please help?

How to get a chief:

To get a chief do u see that weird golden thing? Drag a man ( not a woman ) Keep doing it until it says the robe fits. then BAM, and u have a chief!!!!!! :D

Wow!!!!

I really enjoyed this on my iPhone. It was easy to handle and didn't always take up my time or give me notifications like other games. I use to play Virtual Villagers as a kid and I still love it! I actually completed this game (like all the puzzles) in about 3weeks, playing maybe 20 minutes per day, longer on some days. In my game, 30 people had died when I finished all the puzzles, just estimating a time.

Fun but one problem

This is a really fun game but the is one little problem. If you have a child tribe chef and you put it on a newly planted tree it crashes. No a big problem but it would be better if it was fixed.

Solution for the food

This game is great! I love all the puzzels and just the game itself. I've noticed a lot of people have said their people r dead from starvation :/ it's easy. Beehive: there r these stick-like things right next to the beehive on the ground, put a villager on them and he/she will go to the fire to light them, & then he/she will go to the beehive. U now have honey :) Orchard: U need to have level 2 restoration and at least 3 adept builders. Place the builders on the machine in the blackish dirt right next to the food bin. They will then fix the machine, wait till it rains and put a builder to stand on the lift, wait for the lift to go all the way up and a piece of fruit will drop. Drop a villager on the piece of fruit & he/she will go and plant it. Do this 3 times for the Orchard. Fish: you need to either have lvl 2 magic/nature do the potion to get rid of the sharks (pitcher plant/berries & 2 black orchid) (I think) then the villager will get rid if the sharks and u can start to fish. Hope this helps!!!!!

Bugs/glitches

There's a glitch where my statue is stuck on the top of the path and my chief won't direct work and nobody will attempt the finish fixing the statue and its really annoying me because I can't figure out how to finish that puzzle. That needs to be fixed asap

First time is fun

I love the series but they don't really have any replay value. Once I finish all the puzzles and tech upgrades, starting over is too boring. Nothing changes. And when there's a thunderstorm and the screen keeps flashing to mimic lightening will give me a seizure so I turn the game off when that happens. Please fix that.

Uhh...

I love the game, but we need to be able to have more than 3 fruit trees, because my villagers are gonna starve! And the chief can only make magic food one every 24 hours, so that barely helps. Please fix this!!

WHEN ALL KIDS GATHER RUN INLINE

Has anyone else seen in this game where ALL the kids gather by the fire and start to hop up and down all of them? Then the funniest thing I've seen ONE TAKES OFF FOLLOWED BY ALL OTHERS AND RUN CIRCLES ALL OVER THE SCREEN. Darn funny to watch over 25 of the monsters running in line. He he.

Agh!

Needs more food sources and be able to plant more things my people just died out I had 35 people and in an hour 10 died then I made 10 more and overnight there were 3 left! Not just 3 trees in the orchard! I had the hanging gem and the ash gem!!!! And level 2 of every tech! Ugh fix this!

Willing to buy more, but not possible

I like these games, but I'm getting bored with the pace. In the Origins game it's very easy to buy additional pts and upgrade things to quicken the pace of things AND get an auto-double trait for point and food. Why did you take that away for VV 2 & 3??? Part 2: so, my people ran out of food, so I just restarted. Now I can't find the chalk board... I have everything else and thanks to some tips, I would be able to achieve a lot more.......the board isn't by the water (where it was the first time). Part 3: thank you everyone that gave clues to the puzzles...now I think I can actually accomplish something and have fun. However, it's crashing now... Every 5-ish minutes. Not cool.

Great but...

It won't let me collect any ingredients for potions! Whenever I place an adult on them they refuse to collect it and when I try to get the kids to collect them the game crashes! Please fix this and I will give 5 stars!!!

Fun but has a glitch

I was having a great time with this game until I got stuck with the statue at the top of the hill. Is this a glitch is there any way to fix it? Anyone else experience the same thing? I figured there was some sort of update but I can't find it.
