You can tell the main purpose of this game is to get ad revenue. It’s insane, you essentially cannot play it without watching a full ad every 5 minutes (or less honestly)

Please put back .5xs speed! The game is great. Even paid to remove ads which was a game changer... Now I've lost the option to change my speed to slower which helped tremendously. I liked having all 3 options of speed becuz I used all three. Now it's just fast and faster. Bring back the slow speed please.

Too many pop-ups asking you to spend money. If you spend your CV pins to unlock an extra spindle slot, you lose it on the next round. I get an add after every level. Also, if I retry a level..ad. Deleted.

Cute game, fun to play but literally 90% of the time is spent watching ads. Paying for ad free doesn’t even remove the ads you have to watch to pass a level, really a missed opportunity

Ads ads ads you can’t even use the boosts you earn throughout the game without having to watch an af or pay coins which are hard to obtain. Many levels are impossible to pass without upgrades. First few levels are possible to get you hooked. Potential for a good game but all these devs are worried about are the ad grabs. Miss when games were able to be purchased out right.

So far I’m enjoying it. No ads, play as you go, and best of all no ads. I’m not sure if this will continue, as I’m only on LV7 but I’m hoping this model doesn’t change. Unfortunately, I’ve seen the direction of start-up games being great with the limited or lack of microtransactions to be enjoyable and then in a month or so, the game is littered with mandatory ads for even one action. That being said I hope this model is sustained.

This game is very fun but this is the 5th or 6th super hard level that I’ve completed & been cheated out of triple the coins after watching those increasingly stupid ads. Please fix this freaking app and give me my coins! You’re getting the same complaints and still haven’t fixed it. Super annoying!

Absolutely in love with this game - HOWEVER - it’s not the amount of ads it is the placement of the ads. Two major issues are, once the VIP slot is open there needs to be a way to stop the timer if I’m to be inundated with ads regardless. Secondly, if an ad is going to forcibly be played after completing a round BEFORE the option to watch an ad for more coins is given MORE COINS SHOULD BE GIVEN! I’ve spent a lot of actual money to advance levels, there should be some sort of compensation It’s fun, cute, mentally stimulating and sometimes very challenging. Looks just like the ads without forcing you to play anything else

You will watch at least 3 ads per level — 1 because you will inevitably lose and need to watch to revive, 1 when the round ends and another to acknowledge the round ended and move on to the next. Which, automatically starts, it does not take you home to view stats or help teammates, no no, must keep going to cram the ads down your throat. And, every single as is soooo loooonng. They all need 3 clicks to get out of in addition to being 60 sec each. It could be a few & challenging game, but it just feels like ad after ad and very little game time.

It’s a decent enough gameplay loop but your forced into ads and the levels are up to complete chance so you’ll be forced to watch ads or pay, and that’s ok sometimes but here it’s just nasty the ads can go for way over a minute and they’re those annoying ones that give you fake exits and make the buttons unbelievably small. And it’s loaded with micro transactions and gambling, yall should be ashamed.

The game is impossible to beat unless you unlock the extra slots by watching ads EVERY SINGLE ROUND or purchasing the vip slot for a certain amount of time for that singular slot. Downloaded one night and deleted the next morning. I used coins to get an extra slot, thinking it was permanent. It wasn’t.

Cute concept, awful execution. The game deliberately makes levels unwinnable without power ups and… Surprise… The only way to get through a power up is watching an ad. These are not normal ads. These ads last about a minute and are on a continuous loop. The game is super fun, but it is seriously unplayable. I spend more time watching the ads then actually playing.

Game was fun up until you get to level 100. There are hard and super hard levels every 2-3 levels that are impossible to beat without constant using of ads and boosters. A lot of the time the boosters don’t even help on the super hard levels. It’s also frustrating that even when you can clearly see that the color is there, if it’s not right in front of where the wheels are, it won’t detect the color and won’t remove it from the dragon. Once I spent money on the app, I no longer had the option of using the ad for helping in the event that I couldn’t beat the level. I had to use my coins, which are now gone due to this. I miss the times when games were just for fun and relaxing and not so difficult that they are no longer enjoyable and didn’t have to spend a small fortune to continue to play.

If it’s on the screen it should be able to be seen by the colors I select. It’s so annoying when the color is right there on the dragon and I select the color and it don’t reach cuz it’s too far on the screen like it don’t make sence. Yes it makes it more difficult but it’s so annoying. Also I don’t understand when the dragon goes back in like it sucks back in ans than comes back out it it so pointless cuz I still don’t have the color to unwool you know and it just waste time cuz I lost anyways it going back in does not make things better and make things closer to get unwooled so stop doing it it’s sos annoying. I know it’s a kods game but I like to play it and maybe these pointless things make the game more interesting but it just prolongs the game whej I have to restart it

So I noticed just a few days ago that all the sudden in the strings whenever you select a box to collect the wool strings off of the dragon, they move a lot faster and more sporadic and it makes the game super uncomfortable to keep playing, so I’m no longer gonna be playing this game until I can check it in a few months and see if maybe they took that option off, but it was real smooth and comfortable and I enjoyed playing it for hours during the day and now the way that they’ve changed the way the strings move it makes it very uncomfortable and jarring and it’s not relaxing anymore and I’m not going to be playing the game anymore because of that One change. Everything else is exactly perfect and is running smoothly. I like all of the little add-on games that they add on, but I’m telling you right now I cannot stand watching those strings giggity giggity now instead of the smooth rolling way that they did it before it’s an awful change and it makes me anxious now when I play the game very distracting very uncomfortable.

I paid to remove interstitial ads a few days after downloading it. I loved that I could play as much as I wanted and keep trying levels until I beat them but also had the option to watch ads to get a continue or power up to help with a more challenging level. That’s been removed. Now you have to pay for power ups. Bad move, Wool Crush. Especially now that there’s some glitch and I can’t even get in to the game. Your greed means I will be moving on to another game. It’s a shame, I really enjoyed this one.

Would be way more fun to play if it weren’t so consistently obviously designed to prevent you from winning and force you to purchase upgrades. I wish I could attach a photo to the review, but the snake will literally be all one color, of course a color that doesn’t appear anywhere on the board, and it will be right at the very start so it’s not like you’ve played yourself into a corner or something. Just so disgusting when games do this. Give your time and ad dollars to developers who aren’t blatantly ripping you off.

The mechanics are designed to get you to spend money. The position if the fog prevents you from attacking the colors on the screen despite having the right ones selected. Very slow $$ progression to unlock extra slots. Yet each slot is a temporary unlock

Game is a great time SINK, and fun when it’s not obviously rigged against you. Hard and Super Hard stages always aim to test your patience and frustrate you into spending money and watching as many ads as possible because you can play as cautious and perfect but end up loosing anyway because there is a string of 20 red wool at the start but you need 10 turns to access your first red wool that only amount to a string of 5 so you are forced to restart or use items to unlock more slots and use buffs which are all very expensive to push you into spending money to clear.

You can tell how heavy they rely on AI not just the design but also the mechanics of the game (and probably the majority of the reviews too), there’s times where it’s impossible to win without watching various long ssa adds, the game doesn’t save progress if you go to the Home Screen and come back, this game is perfect for little brain rotten kids who just clicks on adds and purchase mobile games there’s gotta be better alternatives FAI

I’ve already paid $8 to remove the ads and it keeps wanting more money. The amount is not what bothers me it’s because I’ve gotten to a 653 level and I used to be able to watch an ad if I wanted more space and now I have to use coins more or I have to restart my game. I’ve actually paid more money than $8. The game is fine, but if you already have somebody that has paid to remove the ads, & you want more money y’all are greedy.

Overall this game is, better than many. One ad in between levels if you can pass the level. If you cannot pass, there are videos to watch within the level to help. No problem here except with super hard levels. I’m watching 4 or 5 videos to get through hard levels. Regular levels are fun and not too hard or too easy. Consider giving users an option to choose easy, regular, or hard game play. If not for the super hard levels I’d give this hame 5 stars

Now over 85 try’s on the level and I’ve been set up for failure since the start there is no way to beating the level unless you watch ads and I’m not watching ads. Am I the only one who will close out the app then reopen it so I don’t have to watch the ads Update: I got to 100 attempts and couldn’t pass the level since they set it up to where all the yellows and greens are in the dispenser and they don’t put out any colors to get to the dispenser so I deleted the game. If your just gonna keep on screwing us over and making the game a cash grab I’m not gonna play and I highly recommend nobody play this game
