Is there a way to remove ads? You have so many in a very short amount of time it drains my battery. I understand you have sponsors but every freaking move there is an ad. Deleting it again.

I want to play this, but the Ads ruin it for me. I played two games today. After each, a full-screen ad in the form of a game took over my screen. There was no way to dismiss this. I was forced to play this ad game. And even after doing that a minute I still could not dismiss it. I closed the app completely and tried again. The same thing happened again. This is a terrible user experience.

This game is fun and gives me the opportunity to play with my friends but it either freezes up or I can’t open the rewards part of the game. It would be great if they’d fix it. I’ve played it on my iPhone and iPad for years, now I can’t get it to work most of the time. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried numerous ways to fix it nothing helps.

I love WWF but the ads are annoying. I enjoy finding new games, but when I want to close an ad I’m only watching to get an extra play or extra coins, there should be an option to close the ad. I currently have to force close the app in order to get back to my games. I didn’t have to do this before.

The game is called Words With Friends, but there isn't a single option to play With Friends. You can play a bunch of solo games, accept invited to play from strangers, but there is no option to add friends, your Facebook friends do not carry over, and you can't actually start of a game of Words With Friends. How did it get so bad?

First off this company zynga has poor customer service. Then they tell you to pay 2.99 for an add free game but it’s only for 7 days then you would have to pay another 2.99 for another 7 days. That is misleading because they make it seem like you got get the 7 days free and the 2.99 is for the ad free for rest of the month. And customer service didn’t even care. I’m erasing all Zynga games from my device. And the ads in their games are awful!!

Ads for gardenscapes are way to long and require you to actually play a sample game then takes you to another one that automatically plays .I’m 75 I won’t be purchasing that game. Ads should be easier to get out of . Just took me 30 minutes to collect free daily coins

I really enjoy the game and love playing opponents. But the ads are repetitive and seem hard to exit out of. I will probably stop playing, I have no interest in online gambling and seeing the same ads over and over is terrible. Unfortunately if it continues this way I will be deleting the app. It is far too expensive to pay for no ads, some ads are ok but every time I switch in between games. I watched the same Kashi add 6 times before the x popped up in the corner.

I get it, ads pay the bills when most aren't paying to block them. But the ads have become worse and worse. Let a 30 second ad play, then x-out of pop ups and ap store opening 15 times. Even when you already have the advertised ap installed! I'll watch an ad to give the company revenue, but it's getting to the point where after a decade+ of playing with friends, I'm seriously considering deleting this game. Also it's a humongous battery drain for no good reason.

The app itself is constantly trying to distract with other flashy and moving buttons. The ads are incessant. Every single move you have to watch an ad. The app also gives a lot of unnecessary push notifications. Ruined the game. I’m sure the developer with respond with the same generic response as it does with all the other similar complaints.

Been playing for over ten years. Couple of things. Ads are really aggressive at times. You have to X out of them multiple times to exit the ad even then many times the ad has already hijacked your browser. Also, I like Dice Challenge, but WWF doesn’t keep up with gameplay statistics like it does in classic play. Change this. It should. And these should be tracked separately! Also, club banners should have more character space for descriptions and club leaders should also be able to tell which of his players has messaging enabled or not. *update* I also paid to have ads removed, and now I have ads back! WTH! Not pleased.

Wayyyy too many unnecessary long advertisements! After every move it’s an unnecessary advertisement, hard to close out and has nothing to do with nothing every time. Used to be my favorite game but I’m tired of the repeated advertisements after every single move I make. I’m over it now, takes the fun out and other apps don’t have as many advertisements as this one. Time to uninstall!!!

You earn trophies and on Tuesdays, they are stolen and sometimes you will just be left with 500 trophies down from maybe even 80,000+. Also if you get a streak going ? ☠️beware☠️ because they’re going to cut it . . . whether it’s a streak between opponents on how many days you played the game, or the very very important GUESSWORD streak, which I had up to 233 and they have again reset me down to zero. The customer service in the past has been great. However, they have grown tired of me pointing out the problems and will no longer help me. Again, my GUESSWORDstreak (almost 700) and it’s been cut again. They simply do not keep track, they do not care. YOU WILL NEED CONTINUOUS “SUPPORT” AND THIS SUPPORT IS NOT FRIENDLY

Update: I will be deleting this App. You give no incentive for loyal players to keep playing. After a certain period of time you should automatically become a premium player. And, the game is to rigged I have been playing over 11 years. I enjoy it, but feel it’s to rigged. I can tell right away if I am going to lose. Let the chips fall were they may. Also, getting ADs in the middle and at the end of every game is ridiculous ! Lately I have been getting no vowels and all consonants my first turn ! You should be glad people play your game and not force them to watch commercials. I refuse to buy out of commercials either. Making money is your problem not the players.

I used to love this game. 15 years! However the ads are just getting so bad. They are the most ridiculously-in-your-face garbage. At least there’s the option to pay $14 a month to get rid of them (which is nearly as annoyingly aggressive as the ads)… gee thanks The same complaint I have - I see the developer responding to others, saying “your feedback is important to us and we’re working on it“ with NO correction. What is this now that while I am thinking about what I’m going to play, ads pop-up in the middle of my turn! I’ve had a number of ads that stick so long and/or don’t give you a way out that I have to quit the game. I don’t think that’s what you want. We used to be able to earn points to get a free tile swap, etc. Now I’m watching 30 second to two minute ads and I earned maybe one point a week.

I’ve been playing this game for over a decade but over the past couple years, not only have bonuses and coins become less likely to be earned rather than purchased but now, ads are popping up in the middle of a move rather than afterwards. This takes my focus and is frustrating. Anything for these developers to make more money… even if they sacrifice the gaming experience.

Have been playing for years and love the new dice game, but I get ripped off during solo challenges because it doesn’t refill tickets when it’s supposed to. Also, I have been getting a lot of games with all vowels or all consonants in a row. I think they are punishing me for not watching ads, but I regularly purchase rewards passes. I may have give up the game if it keeps happening.

Despite people using cheat apps, which detract from the experience of true puzzle solving, I still enjoy the game, especially the daily mini-games. The HelpDesk is very responsive. There is, however, a bug that I’ve been trying to bring to the attention of the support staff for quite some time now. I love that feature, but I’m guessing it is not on their priority list. Other than that, everything is great.

I used to enjoy this app back in the day. So I downloaded it and began a match with my wife. Instead of a simple game back and forth with her, I’m hit with a barrage of unwanted spam notifications and pop-ups within the app that have nothing to do with that match. You are trying to do too much with this app and it’s lost its simplicity and fun in the process. Maybe that’s why I deleted it off my phone previously.
