You earn trophies and on Tuesdays, they are stolen and sometimes you will just be left with 500 trophies down from maybe even 80,000+. Also if you get a streak going ? ☠️beware☠️ because they’re going to cut it . . . whether it’s a streak between opponents on how many days you played the game, or the very very important GUESSWORD streak, which I had up to 233 and they have again reset me down to zero. The customer service in the past has been great. However, they have grown tired of me pointing out the problems and will no longer help me. Again, my GUESSWORDstreak (almost 700) and it’s been cut again. They simply do not keep track, they do not care. YOU WILL NEED CONTINUOUS “SUPPORT” AND THIS SUPPORT IS NOT FRIENDLY

Update: I will be deleting this App. You give no incentive for loyal players to keep playing. After a certain period of time you should automatically become a premium player. And, the game is to rigged I have been playing over 11 years. I enjoy it, but feel it’s to rigged. I can tell right away if I am going to lose. Let the chips fall were they may. Also, getting ADs in the middle and at the end of every game is ridiculous ! Lately I have been getting no vowels and all consonants my first turn ! You should be glad people play your game and not force them to watch commercials. I refuse to buy out of commercials either. Making money is your problem not the players.

I used to love this game. 15 years! However the ads are just getting so bad. They are the most ridiculously-in-your-face garbage. At least there’s the option to pay $14 a month to get rid of them (which is nearly as annoyingly aggressive as the ads)… gee thanks The same complaint I have - I see the developer responding to others, saying “your feedback is important to us and we’re working on it“ with NO correction. They’re just responding to save face. It’s about to go. 😞

What is this now that while I am thinking about what I’m going to play, ads pop-up in the middle of my turn! I’ve had a number of ads that stick so long and/or don’t give you a way out that I have to quit the game. I don’t think that’s what you want. We used to be able to earn points to get a free tile swap, etc. Now I’m watching 30 second to two minute ads and I earned maybe one point a week.

I’ve been playing this game for over a decade but over the past couple years, not only have bonuses and coins become less likely to be earned rather than purchased but now, ads are popping up in the middle of a move rather than afterwards. This takes my focus and is frustrating. Anything for these developers to make more money… even if they sacrifice the gaming experience.

Have been playing for years and love the new dice game, but I get ripped off during solo challenges because it doesn’t refill tickets when it’s supposed to. Also, I have been getting a lot of games with all vowels or all consonants in a row. I think they are punishing me for not watching ads, but I regularly purchase rewards passes. I may have give up the game if it keeps happening.

Despite people using cheat apps, which detract from the experience of true puzzle solving, I still enjoy the game, especially the daily mini-games. The HelpDesk is very responsive. There is, however, a bug that I’ve been trying to bring to the attention of the support staff for quite some time now. I love that feature, but I’m guessing it is not on their priority list. Other than that, everything is great.

I used to enjoy this app back in the day. So I downloaded it and began a match with my wife. Instead of a simple game back and forth with her, I’m hit with a barrage of unwanted spam notifications and pop-ups within the app that have nothing to do with that match. You are trying to do too much with this app and it’s lost its simplicity and fun in the process. Maybe that’s why I deleted it off my phone previously.

It’s a decent game, only problem is that you will never get the correct amount of club trophies you have earned. On an average of 8000 trophies a week I don’t get. I used to pay for the pass every month, but I quit buying it because of this. We have lost several times because of this. I got an email from zynga apologizing for this problem. I the played the game and of course I didn’t get 2200 trophies. It’s unfixable apparently, or they have no idea how to.

I’ve been playing this game for years. It’s changed from a word game to something silly. It gives out meaningless prices and trophies. Also it includes many words that aren’t really so it has ruined my scrabble game. At first I liked the addition of some other games but then they changed the rules without and started charging me “coins”without letting me know. They do this so you will buy more coins and they’re constantly trying to get you to spend more money.

Years ago, this game was far more playable. Since then they have intentionally altered their algorithm to give you the worst possible letters in an attempt to force you to spend real world money to buy power ups. Incessant ads, constant game, disruptions, and an inability to fix bugs within the game, make this a losing proposition. Avoid this game and find something free that is actually worth playing.

The new face & screen is too bright. I asked @zygna for tech-support assist. Seems there's no dark-mode ability. Access ability is important for users who have issues with sight when screen is too bright. I's have given 5* otherwise. Been playing wwf since 2010,(appx).

I loved WWF since 2010, until about a year ago, scammer and frauds entered the game- I had many player friends and great convos! This African scammer took the joy away.
