cool game, especially when you get to levels over 150+. I've been there, but my phone was stolen and I lost my number one position which I maintained a lead of 1000 points and better. A lot of concentration and no interruption is the key . You've got to be faster than the game and always have enough coins for hints.

This is a fun game but the number of ads is ridiculous. In order to get coins that you can spend for hints you have to watch ads most of which are repetitive and nearly impossible to close. I do not recommend this game.

Game’s great, but a bit crazy on the ads. Not saying you should remove ads entirely, just because, well, business, but maybe just reduce it. I hit the Exit button, and an ad was shoved in my face. Plus the one ad per level completed. A bit mad, I’d say. My personal recommendation is to at least halve the number of ads, because I feel like half the game is just ads. If you’re a user looking into getting it, I”d say it’s pretty good to play, and nice to get your mind on the fluent side, just beware of the army of ads that’ll be swarming you. Overall good game, would give it that extra star if the ads were reduce at least a little.

This game totally sucks. if I could give it 0 stars I would. you are not only bombarded by ads, but some force you to close the game out entirely. the ads also install there games onto your phone without you knowing it. Blank display

Sometimes the display is a blank, white screen instead of an ad. The only way I know to return to the game is to close and reopen. Also, the game uses a lot of battery; if you could turn the device upside down, there wouldn’t be pressure on the charging cable, causing it to be damaged; Unfortunately, the game only plays in upright position.

You can’t really get into it because youre jolted every few minutes by an ad for another game. I was into my 25th round on one of their other games when it plunged me into some travel puzzle. Mo instructions no matching pieces. I could move them around but no rhyme or reason . I deleted the app to relaunch it but that took me back to first level so i gave ip and deleted it.

Scammy AI ads ruining play

I’ve enjoyed Wordscapes for years, but am ready to delete the game, due to the long, scammy AI ads flooding it. Fake images of celebrities touting fake cures; fake models all wearing the same AI-generated clothing being advertised by a dozen different Chinese sweatshops - it’s all infuriating. Companies that run these ads have no ethics and are taking money from vulnerable people. Wordscapes should be ashamed.

Download this game if you enjoy watching long ads constantly advertising other games. Ads before, ads during, and ads after. And there is no way to get out of the ads, no, you have to sit and watch it until the end. Oh and let me not get started on the “words” that make absolutely no sense but they add it on there because you know, they need to add words. They also do get pretty repetitive once you level up. Blah, not worth it.

Not the Wordscapes I loved

Original WS was a wonderful game..swipe, play tournaments based on your ability to finish puzzles by using your brain. Now you can play 1 puzzle then just use your zoo to gain stars. I feel like they dumbed down the game immensely, but now during tournaments you have 3 minutes to complete or you lose bonus stars. You add the newest testing feature limiting the number of tries you get to complete, you’ll lose a lot of us old time players. And don’t get me started on the glitches in this game! Every update is a gamble to see what they screwed up. I have many game apps that update regularly and I’ve never had an issue. Wake up PEOPLEFUN! Clean up your game!

Great Game, But I'm Almost Over It

I've been playing this game for several years and enjoy it. It's challenging, relaxing, and because I pay for the premium version I'm not tortured with ads. The reason I'm tempted to stop playing is that in the tournaments, increasingly, a player will be in the number 1 slot. I'll overtake them with minutes to go in the tournament. I do this by actually knowing the words. Rarely do I use a rocket or hint. Suddenly, amazingly, this "super smart" dude in second place will "rocket" by me, scoring 500 - 600 points in a matter of a few minutes. The literal only way this can be happening is the dude spends a bunch of $$, buys a ton of rockets, and blows through several games without actually knowing a single word. There is no technical way for the dude to have amassed that many points that quickly, in any other way. This to me is cheating, and it takes the fun out of the game. I get that you guys like the revenue, and I guess it makes the dude feel good about himself in some misguided way, but I wish you'd disallow it.

A ton of ads; even when choosing not interested in or inappropriate ad, certain ads constantly pop up. Also, a lot of repeated puzzles; the backgrounds may be different, but the puzzle words are the same. I do like that you are able to read the definitions of words to sharpen vocabulary and knowledge of words.

Do not spend any real money

I’ve been playing this game for years. Lots of ads but most are skippable relatively quickly. It’s fun, engaging, multiple mini games inside the app. Some words aren’t recognized, but it’s not a huge deal. So I spend money on an item in game and it disappears from the app after a couple of days. I write to support and they give me the runaround. They try offering me In Game gold for something I paid real money on, which was a limited offer and no longer is available. They are stringing me along with “we are working to restore your purchase” for weeks. The game itself has been fun but I’m about to delete my account.

Lousy policies

I only gave one Star because 0 wasn’t an option I’m FelixTheCat currently 9 in the world. I crashed the 1st time 6/5/21 with 8.8M Brilliance. While dealing with support for almost 6 months I started at 0 and scored another 5.1M Brilliance. When they finally helped me in Jan 2022 they put me back to the 8.8M number not giving me the 5.1M I earned while waiting for them to help me. Very unfair. I have a screenshot of the 2 amounts because I was No1 and No2 on my team. Please add the 5,101,070 Brilliance to my current Brilliance of 46,503,407. Support to is so rude they didn’t even respond to me

It’s crazy that a company would need AI ads (both video and audio were AI generated) for a game so simple. I immediately went to delete it. 🤷 I have another gripe with this app… This is probably the only other game I have linked to my email, and whenever I go in to play, I get spammed with junk emails for the next week or two. So I wouldn’t be surprised if there isn’t much data security there.

Great relaxing game, been playing it for years. Sometimes the ads are for another app/game and have a 30 second timer, but after the timer runs out there is still no way to close the ad besides restarting the whole app. The lack of an X button or shut off for the ad after it’s over is very annoying.

Full of bogus and fraudulent ads

Liked the game but I’ve been bitten twice now by bogus ads that are fraudulent. One masqueraded as Nordstrom’s and most recently another as Amazon Pallets. They are perfectly mimicking legitimate well known vendors or companies. Since this game is already rife with pop-up ads and there is no ability to decipher real from fake, I’m out as a user and I strongly advise others to use extreme caution and skepticism. It’s best to stay away from this game. It’s just not worth it.
