It was a good wargame. Hate to have to give it such a low review, but the game has terrible balance problems. Airtillary has a big range, but because everything in the game has range, most tanks can hit airtillary on thier turn through moving and shooting. And units run out of resources so fast, it becomes cheaper to buy new units then to keep supporting your front. Really hate leaving such a bad review for a great idea, and a true wargame on the internet, but these need to be addressed.

way to long of a wait between battle

"Premium" paid game with scam ads that are hard to close. There are no animations and the units slide comically around the map. You and the "enemy" all face the same way, which makes watching a battle hilariously awkward. I was hoping for a mobile way to get a C&C fix, but this isn't it. Immediately uninstalled.

The game itself operates smoothly, but it's pay(or watch numerous ads) to win. You receive a budget per game and get a little pay by killing opponents, but still run out halfway through the round and either purchase gold or watch ad after ad. if an ad would pay more gold I would give it another star. Or a way to earn more gold mid game, like kills are worth twice what they pay now. Or an objective to secure to start earning more per round. The game has decent potential, it's just money hungry.

people giving this a five stars, four stars or 3 stars are completely bots! like this doesn't change anything from the FREE VERSION because you still get ads if you decide to watch it for free gold, there is still gold you have to use AND PAY FOR! so what's the point of having the pay version of this game if you can just play the free version and go offline, don't pay for this game unless it goes on a super dirt cheap like $0.01 or $0.05 then it's totally a purchase.

Great game! It's like chess with cooler pieces. However, Handygames continues to tout "PVP multiplayer online" battles, which the game sorely needs but doesn't actually support. Fix this feature! And please stop saying it can't be done. If online/wifi multiplayer games like Modern Combat 3 exist, then online/wifi multiplayer is definitely doable for Deadly Desert. This wonderul game NEEDS this feature. Pass and play on the same device is inadequate in 2023.

One of my favorites of the Handy Game’s series in this genre. Although I let it sit on my iPad for quite some time before playing it, once I got going and started to learn the game, I was hooked. Fairly simple learning curve, mastering the game was fun and engaging. Thumbs up to the Developers! Hope you are able to keep the updates and new campaigns coming!
