As of this morning 09/22/2026 after the recent update I keep getting kicked off the app I make it to the log in page and then get kicked off. Iam enjoying this game. playing on a completely updated Chromebook, I don't want to have to move on to a more stable game but will if this is not looked into and fixed, unfortunately. Excellent gameplay and overall presentation. Actual thoughtful gameplay, no auto play or mindless grind. Rewarding if you enjoy a challenge at high difficulties. Minor translation issues here and there, but improving since launch. 3 stars though cause the placing runes on cards kept pissing me off. inconsistent on how many and what runes can go on what cards.

Good game, sadly a gacha but despite that it's still pretty good and the gameplay itself is very fun, different characters and classes allow for alot of variety. Though some QOL is needed, please make it so you can pause your run and claim your daily login rewards instead of having to either abort the run or play it to completion

Coming off the back of Dawncaster as one the best games available on the playstore for me, Abyssal Soul is a really refreshing and interesting game mechanically speaking and really scratches the itch for a roguelite rpg deckbuilder while providing unique gameplay. I've given 5 stars as its new and I hope that the devs continue to build on it, as I'd like to see a more comprehensive story in the future. Fantastic work

game has improved since launch, now you get enough rewards to pull for every new character so that's a plus. they should consider making the prize pool larger for daily challenge tho, like in the speedrun one I skipped every single fight outside bosses and still ended up outside top 1000

Its a good hidden gem for a card game that gives unique features and mechanic compared to other free RPG card games. The classes and heroes really twisted my brain everytime im playing a new one, changing my strategy from my Amulet, Potential, Blessings, Cards to remove and more. The art of the character is good, but the character wont be shown in battle and only in lobby, some of the character is also animated but others dont. I would really love some more cutscene inserting the character.

I cant in good faith recommend this, the translation is -extremely- poor, mechanics are not at all explained, I played a dancer for 3 full dungeons now and I still cannot discern how their mechanic works because the card translations are so poor. Its 2026, this level of translation is unacceptable.

UPDATED: so the optimization has improved significantly. Runs smoothly on cheap budget phone at low, med-low, settings. the warrior class has been, for me anyway, the best of the best. each warrior characters plays perfectly and all warrior cards synergize with all warrior characters. now classes, wuxia, dancer, musician are total garbage. I don't know if they dont work as well as the warrior and sorcery class or if it's cus of translation issues cant get any of them higher than 2nd difficulty

I've played the game for at least for a week now and I confidently say that it is fun and addicting. Figuring out build synergies, unlocking new characters and strategizing new opponents was fun in my experience. My only complaints would be translation and character visual. There are still untranslated text that would leave me guessing, and for the characters I wish we could see our chosen character in battle like in the top left window.. Other than that, the game is solid so far!

This is the best and most fun Card Rogue-like I have ever played. Combat mechanics are unique yet simple to get down. The "energy" and cost relationship is better and more intuitive than most deckbuilders, and the variety of character builds, class specializations, and card upgrades make it feel like a different game with each run. The core of the game is simple and easy to master -- there are more game systems to learn as you progress, but theyre not necessary to start enjoying the game

I love the game best card strategy game I've played the game doesn't feel repeatative because every time you play your going to make a build depending on the blessing and runes you get and what I also love is the currency gain it doesn't force you to buy currency just to obtain a new character.

A rare gem among the trash pile that is F2P mo Ike games. Still has terrible gotcha mechanics but so much content and few ads that is forgivable. Font size is incredibly small, like it's meant to be played on large TVs only.

edit: the fact you need to finish a run to get the dailies is ridiculous! please fix that. loving the game so far but please add a lock/confirmation to end turn because I did by mistake in phone some times already. This is the peak of card roguelike games, I played slay the spire but this game is just top notch, Gameplay is very fun the game has a lot of characters, classes each of their own unique playstyle giving you extremely replayability, my only concern is that you don't see the preview of characters during combat which is weird as the game has a gacha system, if they add it the game is pretty much perfect.

The game is fun for a while until the novelty of the world wears down and the encounters become too samey. The variance of playstyles are a plus, but the modes are basically the same with little mutators and such.

Bought permanent vip upgrade. Allows you to earn character pieces as you complete runs. On lowest difficulty, 1 per run, where it takes 25 to go up 1 star out of 6. Wish that was communicated better. Don't know if you earn more on higher difficulty yet. Deck building feels okay, but combat is unique. The translations are off and it's hard to tell what some effects do. The characters unique abilities aren't described well. Inconsistent usage of terminology makes figuring out effects difficult.

Chillyroom never dissapoint me, ever since soul knight, all of the game they made have always been binge worthy. You dont need to be dedicated, but once you play it, it will be fun until you are tired, and you can always come back again. this time, the fun is new, souls like, a card game, a class, different strategy, buff and debuff, and every enemy has it own strategy to beat, especially at higher level. i just there is more card addition, upgrade, forge. its F2P friendly also.

it's nothing like darkest dungeon, don't listen to that idixt, this is more like slay the spire. The RNG problem is very apparent. You will find yourself restarting very often because you get trxsh starting perks. Another gambling simulator rather than skill-based game. Still, it's pretty good if you can look past that.

love it...i dont have a complain about this game.. but it would be nice if later on the character gets a potrait on the side having some attack,getting hit or some sort of special action when they do things they specialized at or even bigger/smaller based on max hp too why not...well sounds too much but some basic animation with potrait should be nice cause i kinda want to see how fearless looks getting hit and gets angry..he looks awesome!

Hol ly jesus, I came in thinking, oh this might be alright, but damn that is a great game. Yes there are a lot of spelling errors, but who cares, it is so fun, and you can start great combos. I won my very first game by making a great combo. It is well worth the download.

Great game with fun gameplay, good graphics, and an interesting story. However, it's very slow at the beginning due to the amount of reading and matches can take 2 to 3 hours, which can also make the gameplay feel repetitive over time. I also experienced some bugs, like a black screen on my device. The performance is great. I just wish it were offline because I think it'd reach its full potential. If the developers fix the bugs, improve the experience and listen to the community it'll be 5✨️

This is such a unique find for a mobile game. Downloading this, I have expectations of the usual card rouge like games but this one's creative. I also like the design and aesthetic of the game. Hopefully more updates will come!
