the game it self is excellent however a fair reminder if you are playing do not spend money and if you do make sure to keep your purchase below $3 cuz if you spend more than that they start charging you more for lesser quality take it from me before i only purchase $3 a month and actually be able to finish the event but now i just bought $16 in total of stuff and put in atleast 40 hours but no can't finish it its infuriating if i haven't spent a lot already on this game i would have deleted it

I've been enjoying the game until the last few days. Now I'm getting multiple pop-ups asking for money for more items. This is before I can get to the game play. This is why I stopped playing panthia. I liked this game more than Gossip Harbor until now. I went looking for answers in the FAQ section, and under the contact us button, it says click below.... however, there is nothing to click!

I play this game pretty much every day and I still love it. I very rarely have to spend money to advance and I can play quite a long time most days. The events are good, the storyline is average. The reason for the removal of 2 stars is this app engages in one of the dirtiest advertising move out there. If you play it and have seen these ads you will know what I mean. Probably about three quarters of the scenes in the ads have never appeared in the game (at least anywhere that I have seen) 🤔🤥

The storyline is interesting the graphics are cute however, the first day I played everything was running fast and smooth and I was able to complete the inside of the first room. I am now working on the right side of the building. and everything is pretty much come to a standstill. What makes matters worse is I keep getting notifications that my energy is full when it's not! because I can't get anything accomplished, I am tempted to uninstall it!

Honestly I love this game until I made a purchased and didn't get it. Then I realized you did not put your customer care email on the game app. So I had to come here to look for it. Imagine purchasing a time sensitive package and going around the app looking for help that is not there. You find but the response won't come now... You should do better on your customer service. I like your game but this has me thinking twice.

Dropped my rating from a 5 to the present 3. Cute story, but just like the other money grabbing merge games, once you reach a certain level (in this game, 18) you can't hardly advance without paying. The 100 energy that you receive, won't even cover one of the orders. Ex: filling dairy orders has two levels of merging: first to obtain the crate and then on to get the items you need. Opportunities to get more energy are few and fat between at that level.

Gets boring quickly. The gameplay is exactly like every other merge game out there. The decor is nice, but the character art is creepy with uncanny valley faces. The story and characters fall flat. There is no opening to explain the plot - unless it glitched and didn't play? - so you're left wondering why the MC is doing what some mysterious voice on the phone says without question. (Girl no, that's how people get kidnapped!) Also why does a pharmacy have a cafe, bar, & pool? It makes no sense.

listen it's a good game I would enjoy playing it if it wasn't so deceptive. they're offering free sparkle toilet paper there's no such thing as sparkle toilet paper. only sparkle paper towels. do you have to be able to check in every 2 hours to complete the special order to find out that there is no such thing as sparkle toilet paper for weeks if not months. it's tedious it's not fun. it's also predatory. I like things I've never heard of before when they're real.
