A game company management simulation game where you build a business from a small room over 20 years, nurturing your employees and your projects along the way.
This is a game company management simulation game that starts with a small room, limited funds, and two partners. As the CEO, you decide on the company name and your own name, and manage the company for 20 years. You choose the genre, theme, supported hardware, and game scale, assemble your staff, and proceed from planning to development, finishing, debugging, and release. [Plan and Release a Game] You decide the direction and development structure for each game. Post-release sales vary depending on in-game review results, fan numbers, and supported hardware status. You use the funds and research points you earn to create your next game and grow your company. [Develop Your Employees] Employees have different job types, abilities, salaries, stamina, and development experience. You develop your team by combining recruitment, training, and promotion. Development can stop if employees are fatigued, so employee benefits such as hot springs, travel, and health checkups are also part of your management decisions. [Expand Your Company] Starting in a room in your home, you can expand your office according to your funds and staff size. In the later stages, you can use the second floor and add specialists such as testers, operations staff, and translators. Translating allows you to expand your work to overseas markets within the game. [Fan and Company Records] When you release a game, you'll receive fan letters containing feedback, requests, support, and complaints. Fans have names, preferences, and personalities, and your relationship with them changes as your company progresses. Past letters can be reread from the archive. [Annual Management Decisions] Manage employee salaries, development costs, advertising expenses, taxes, and office expenses. At the end of the year, you can review income, salaries, taxes, expenses, and profits in the annual report. If funding shortages continue, the company will go bankrupt. [20 Years of Progress] In the final year, you'll reflect on the company's growth, released works, and your journey with employees and fans. The kind of company you become will depend on the management decisions you made over the 20 years.
