I used to love this game. Now the devs are so money hungry, they don’t care about their game experience anymore. The new servers are full of players who use alts to suppress other players (against the TOS), use soft to run multiple accounts and force active players out of the game, and certain players who are f2p perform better than p2p players. For a game advertised to be fun, I am extremely disappointed with the developer’s lack of communication. No point in advertising a VIP email for customer service if you never respond.

I really like this game however, I am not sure how to get help. Since the last update, it is taking forever to do the upgrading on the promotion costumes because you have to do one at a time. Previously you could do a large quantity at a time in order to promote the retainers. I hope that they will fix this issues soon. Thanks so much…loyal player, Shi Li

I’ve played for over 4 years. The game is awesome in the beginning but then becomes 100% p2p. You go against servers that’s been playing for a lot longer than you so becomes impossible to do well without spending big $$$. No parity at all or no keeping it close in competitions. So if your server becomes weak you have no chance because players become discouraged and quit…so just keeps getting worse. So the thousands you spend becomes pretty much useless

Don’t waste your time with this game, the developers don’t care about your gaming experience. They don’t enforce their own Terms Of Service which enables cheating. The game itself is great and I love the game. I played a couple years ago and quit because of the bullying that is designed into the game. With thousands invested I was still unable to defend myself against an egotistical bully. After not playing for 2 years, I returned because I love the game itself but the were people using Bots or programs and people with as many as 16 accounts on one server. Both of these are TOS violations and were reported several times by several players and the developers did nothing. The allow and enable cheating. With thousands invested in my new account, my invested want protected my the devs enforcing their own rules. Instead they allowed one player operating 16 free accounts to break the rules and cheat paying customers out of rewards and contests. I will never return to the game. And I would advise others to not waste their time, effort and money on this dumpster fire. Great game but awful support, moderation, and enforcement of rules and gaming standards.

They have admins posing as players so you’ll never make it past them unless you buy a ridiculous amount of gold. And then a week later they’ll pass you again. Events are what you need to raise your power and the only way to win the event is to have items that can be bought with regular money. But the special items that boost your score triple that are only purchased in gold

I bought gold 680 and didn’t receive any gold. When I reported the problem to the customer service team, they replied they didn’t receive the payment and sometimes there’s delay for buying gold. Well, that messed up my plans for the ranking of so many events happened. So, I guess I would give up on playing this game and quit.

Ok so this game in general is ok but I really feel like it could be more better in the sense that the graphics can improve a bit more and the way it is structured, also it gives you the option to either play as a male or female,however, when playing as a female it doesn’t change the voice during the story to a female more over it doesn’t change « you » to a female and instead is a male. This is what it need to be improved. The graphics there are not that bad but could use some improvement and the story itself is really well put I just feel like it can work better if it changes the person for the gender they chose to play as

I’ve played this game for awhile and it makes you click on a notification when u didn’t earn anything. Only one server wins because of alternate accounts from other server being used. It’s a pay to play game. Beware. Too many clicking

Game was fun for a while until vindictive players and alliances on your own server start bullying you and your alliance (poaching members, singling out for kicking in academy & envoy, alts/fake 2nd alliances to displace your alliance in event rankings)… all things that can keep F2P players/alliances down so they never grow. You can complain to the developers for a year and NOTHING is done about it. They will not punish or ban the frivolous alt accounts that are used against you, or the players who punch down and participate in bullying… and they won’t even introduce a way for you to protect against Envoy snatching. Lastly, as the game goes on alliances and entire servers die… as a result, vindictive & greedy alliances resort to poaching from lesser alliances and steal their players as their own leave (further perpetuating the decline of the game) - the developers don’t stay on top of merging servers to keep things fresh and promote parity and healthy competition - instead they keep creating NEW SERVERS…!! This game will be dead in a year if measures aren’t taken.

This is not a game - it is an elaborate Ponzi scheme and swindle. The game allows a user to maintain multiple, concurrent accounts within a single server and across multiple servers. This allows new users to be manipulated into thinking that their in-app gold purchases will positively affect their standing in the game. Do not make any in-app purchases in this game - you will have no recourse for refunds. The game exists only in mainland China (PRC) - therefore you are unlikely to enjoy protection from U.S. law should you seek redress for refunds. Apple will also do nothing to help you - and your banks won’t help you because they cannot refund charges made to your credit card made by Apple (a transaction third party) The game developers also have employees posing as players - these fake players further manipulate game outcomes which encourages new, inexperienced players to make in-app purchases for gold.

I was charged $29.99 and given 2040 when I clicked on a $0.99 and 60 gold purchase. I did not authorize $29.99. I also did not use the items from the purchase because I was ready to give them back to the game developers. I immediately contacted customer support and asked to return all items affiliated with the $29.99 purchase for a refund and their response was “We do not have the ability to do that at this time. Try to be more careful next time.” Since they did not make any attempt to honor the refund, I reached out to their vendor, Apple, and requested a refund. Apple erred in my favor and gave me the refund. Then I got a message from the game developers, that I was in violation of their malicious refund policy and the only way I could keep my account open was to pay the $29.99 on a new account and then have the new account banned. After arguing back and forth with customer service multiple times, they still refuse to acknowledge that this purchase automatically happened as soon as I clicked on 60 gold. They know exactly what they’re doing, and they think that by accusing me of violating their terms, that they will somehow make me feel bad for their mistake and that I’ll pay. Here’s the reality. I’m not a top player. I’ve never ranked first in anything, and I don’t need to. I’m not rich enough to pay to rank 1st. What motive would I have to purchase $29.99 when that still wouldn’t get me 1st place in anything? Their logic is seriously flawed. Rather than pay for their mistake, I’ve decided to let them respond to E-consumer. I hope they have their lawyers ready.

I keep clicking things in the hopes it brings me to some next competition of the game but it never does. And there are people in your server at the top with high VIP. VIP of 9 is not uncommon. You need 1,000,000 gold to be VIP9. 100 dollars gets u 7000 gold. Do the math. The programmers have to be running the show. Nobody would pay that for this mediocre game. It’s greedy to try and make people believe someone is paying that for this so they will. NOBODY is going to pay that!!

I got kicked out of my account and I have been talking to customer service for a week now and they are not helping me at all. I already provided the info they were asking me for and they have the nerve to say that they can’t find my account! How hard is it to do something so simple on something you created???? Loving the game, super fun but I do wish that women playing the game as a female character could see the way other characters talk to us in the game in a way thats adapted to a female emperor. As an empress or whatever its called in the game, I'm being spoken to as if I was a man and my character marries a girl, which is less fun to me than if she could marry a guy.
