I thought the game was bad before the update, but itās atrocious now. Glitchy spins, the reels freeze, your wins disappear before your eyes. Iāve probably lost hundreds of billions of tokens playing while mission arenāt calculating anything. Iāve had to get out of the game, re enter, and find out I lost my scroll, billions in tokens, or missed out on missions because the software is broken. And Iām sure theyāll have an excuse for their lame update, and lame methods of answering because they just donāt care about you, just about money they want from you. Iāve got a news flash - fix the game, repay me what you owe, and I might buy some credits. Otherwise, Iāll just use up what I have and delete the game. Lots of nice games on offer, BUT many glitches resulting in lost play time and lost rewards. I have noticed spins not being credited and other relatively minor malfunctions, but, most recently, Reel Travelers malfunctioned and restarted the app on the last game of the most challenging level, then would not reload that one game for the last 40 minutes, preventing me from getting my last few spins in to win the big prize. Funny, all the other games, including earlier levels of Reel Travelers, opened just fine. I find that a bit suspicious. I was able to get screenshots of the game not opening and reported the problem, but will have to wait to see if I get a satisfactory response (which would be, at the least, the ace chest and 8 billion coins I would have gotten had the app not frozen the game) or get told too bad, so sad. If I get a satisfactory response, I will come back and upgrade my rating.

The average win rate is 1 per 10 spins. (Thatās a horrible spin to win rate) You can not complete a challenge at those odds. Certain games (big foot) are even worse. I will not play any day that the challenge is āwin 150 spinsā. That computes to over 1500 spins which is an automatic token loser. Your games are set up to lose even more than an average play for fun game as you advertise but yet your pop up menus beg for purchases. Fair warning to anyone reading this. Never pay them a penny. You will lose your money.

Donāt waste a penny on this game! I spent over $200 and it didnāt even last 24 hours. If something goes wrong while playing (and it will) customer service will screw you over and make some BS excuse which is obviously a canned response that they all give. The games just drain your money/credits. In a real casino, your bankroll goes up and down while playing. Here it only goes down. Save yourself the time and money and move on to a more reputable online casino game. This platform is designed to steal your credits by putting the max bet button next to other features you routinely useā¦so you will hit the max bet by mistake at some point to drain your bankroll.
