The games are rigged to make you lose and force you to buy more credits, another player who is a games developer looked into the coding and found that the algorithms are skewed towards the casino and the RNG is no longer valid. I was at the blackjack table and the dealer got 4 blackjacks in a row.

There are cheaters who can swap your cards. I had pair Ace, alled in, table was 2 Aces for four of a kind, then my hand turned into a Queen and 7 and the other person had my Ace pair.

spins are nor random. loved this game at first, but having 15k to 50million chips on an Elite spin and landing on 15k repeatedly, ruins the experience. all spins do the same it will spin the lowest value after 8 repeats perhaps a higher quantity. I have spent money, so devs pick up on random not fixed spins, then I'll pay again.

The game is unplayable now. Before you could win a few hands. Now you are losing 85% of your hands in a SPIN & PLAY (table of 3) or when there are 2 people remaining/at the table. I've seen entire teams die out and people quit the game because they have lost everything. Masters, VIP+... all zeroed. They heavily advertise "Ultimate Governor"... go ahead, play. You only need 6 wins to finish the daily challenge... good luck! You will understand their meaning of "RNG". It's total BS.

Installed it looking for multiplayer poker, couldn't find it. Bots, scripted hands, player versus npc gameplay, free in game money making any type of poker playing irrelevant. I wonder if people who play this game know what poker is supposed to be. Do not play if you're looking for poker.

Started out great. I won a fair amount and really liked Ultimate Governor and tournaments. Then the owners decided that winning rates were not proportional across all games and not only downgraded the pay table for Ultimate Governor but also manipulated the algorithm and decreased odds of winning. Now the little benefits like double xp points has been done away with. We got chips in trade but the doubters were more valuable to me. The owners have killed the joy; I am done with this app.

I've played this game on and of for years now and I can honestly say that the game has progressively become worse. They offer you packs to buy and tell you what you could win from these packs but, the prizes you win from tickets etc is on the lowest scale of the possible payout. This game has started to become really boring and predictable. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this trash game and if you do play, don't buy anything. The more you buy, the less you win.
