Absolutely worth every penny. So much fun, makes you think! Very challenging. Haven't figured out 100% how to manage stress effectively, but getting better every run! On my fourth character, haven't made it off the island yet, so patience is needed.

I love this game on the PC but it's really hard to play on mobile as everytime I leave the game, to for example take a call, the game turns off and I lose some of my progress. I will make it a 5 star review if this is fixed to automatically save every time

Truly Excellent

This may be my favorite game ever outside the Zelda franchise. It looks simple, but is incredibly complex, and there’s always something new to discover. I’m only on day 76, but I *think* I’m set up to survive the rest of the dry season… We’ll see if I can keep the macaque friend fed and watered through it too. (See what I mean with the complexity? Sure I’ve only just scratched the surface, too.) It may seem expensive for a mobile game, but I’ve also never found a mobile game that goes this deep, so pretend you’re paying for a PC game. You essentially are, I think it’s a full port.

Amazingly good survival game, easy to learn yet very detailed mechanics. Surviving the island is a challenge, but a worthwhile one, and the character selection/character creator will keep things fresh for dozens if not hundreds of hours.

Absolutely brilliant game but I'm having issues with a duplicate custom survivor. I have a survivor with multiple unlocks and one time I started a new game the game crashed and when I loaded it back up there was no save game and my survivor was gone. So I recreated the survivor with basic traits and started playing again. However whenever the game crashes or I sometimes close out of the app without saving when I restart the game I get one of the two survivor saves in the same save slot.

Completely took over my life when I first got it, and i still go back to it every now and then to try the higher level characters (I've beaten 2 of the 4). Incredibly good game, and without overwhelming flashing animations. Only thing is that the text is a little small to read.

I love the pc version of the game, and bought the mobile version to keep playing on the go. but the mobile version is really not optimized. on the pc you have two mouse actions, on mobile you just have one drag. it's super easy to mix up recipes and moving cards around is honestly painful. scrolling is painful. I keep accidentally crafting recipes because I didn't drag to the precise spot. honestly as much as I like this game, I can't put up with it

This game is the crème de la creme of indie mobile gaming. Don’t let the price tag deter you, or maybe do let it and leave it to those of us less aversive to risk. I have owned it for 2 days and it has to be in my top all time games on any platform. The no frills minimalism provides a level of simplicity that is the perfect match for how deeply complex the game actually is. I feel like I will be playing this for years to come.

Just check out YouTube’s on it. Nuff said. Appeals to me as well as my 7 year old grandson which is a first! No Gems, firework displays, game services, in-app purchases, and huge-eyed cartoon characters constantly saying ‘yay’ to paper over a substandard arcade like product. Solid problem solver with extensive feedback to help guide the way. Wish more games were like this. Well worth price.

I love this game ! I would give it a 5 but... there are some stuffs that I'd like the developer to look into.. I mean, I did pay 15 chf for a game... I am currently using a samsung s24 ultra. This game drains the battery fast and idk why but sometimes, it takes quite a while to load the screens when going from one place to the other, like a good 10 secs. It's not always like this, but lately it has been like that. I've been restarting my phone and killing other apps but still slow.

Yes it is worth the price! Quite simply a very unique and fantastic game. Easy to understand and very brutal at times. My only complaint is that all the really interesting custom modifiers are locked behind the need to complete 30 days alive multiple times and that's quite difficult. Yeah I could find a formula for success to grind but then It would become boring. I would love if moons came from varied in-game challenges and or a randomized start character option for surprise unique runs.

Love this game, but I ran into a couple of issues I wanted to address. I had no place to send a support ticket, so reporting the bug I found with the loom is a headache. As for the loom, making small cloth to cloth works, but the loom boots the cloth off. As such, making cloth any bigger for other things is impossible. Would love it if you could fix the loom and make it easier to reach you for bug reports. Editing to add that this is on an Android version of the game running on my tablet.

Love this game!!

Bought this on Steam first but I wanted to play in bed too so I bought the mobile version. It’s pretty much the exact same and I LOVE it!! Survival, resource management, rougelike. Very quality mobile game. But please have mercy and consider this. Give me the “are you sure” option when dismantling the Rustic Bed. I’ve accidentally dismantled it 3 time trying to go to bed and I don’t get everything back to remake it easily.

By far the best survival game on android. I was moving a big stack of fronds (like 50) into woven backpack and it seems like all fit but then there is a stack left in my hand that sometimes I can put back on my hand (bottom row) or middle row but in this case nl matter how much I tried moving it, it was still bugged. After reloading, all previously researched techs said -12min and there were no cards on any row so I had to abandon a 30+ day save.

Yeah this game is legit. Always on the lookout for good environmental survival games. This came across my radar on steam a while back but didn't think it was available on android. I run searches every few months on the app store for survival games, with different keywords and sorting options and it never once returned this game as a result. I had to specifically search card survival to find it. I think the algorithm is screwing you somehow. Anyhow. Great game. No regrets.

According to my phone, I spend on average 4+ hours playing this game a day. The mechanics are surprisingly deep and realistic. The game is complex, but not annoyingly so because it's based on real life logic. It's like a lot of other survival games where you need to explore to find resources to craft things to survive, but instead of moving around spatially, movement between biomes costs time. Took me 250 in-game days to win the first time, now time to try one of the other characters!

Absolutely adore this game! Don't usually write reviews but this is my go to when I have downtime. So addictive. Haven't beaten Amy of the characters yet but constantly exploring and learning. It's hard but rewarding. Love that it's turn based so if I pop off to do something else - or need to think through an emergency dehydration moment! - you can do that. Really looking forward to future games by this company! I hope they make more like this... doesn't feel like anything else out there atm

Enjoying it a lot so far! It's a deep survival game in card format, with lots of content. The concept of this game is really unique and the gameplay is very fun. I'm so glad that I accidentally stumbled upon it while looking at roguelike deckbuilders! It's definitely a hidden gem. If you love the depth of Unreal World and CDDA but find their control scheme to be a bit clunky, then you should definitely give this masterpiece a try.

Excellent Port from Steam

I play this game on my computer on Steam. I have approximately 200 hours already, and it is absolutely one of my favorite games I have ever played. The survival aspects of the game are everything I've ever been looking for in a survival game. Incredibly in-depth. There's a bit of a learning curve, so be prepared to die a few times, but it's so rewarding to start to survive for longer and longer. The ios version seems to be an EXACT port from the computer version, which is really awesome. I mean even down to the exit button on the menu screen that kicks you out of the app. That's why it's $16. The only way I could see the app being better is if they find a way for me to sync my steam save files with ios and let me pass them off from device to device. Ps the game has a fairly avid chinese market! So don't think the other reviews are invalid because they're from Chinese accounts or there's broken English.

The tide sound seem to be loud and keep strong after My iPhone open this game, but my iPad going fine. Maybe there is a bug going with iPhone version? Nice surprise

Day one - I got hungry so I ate coconut meat. But this made me have diarrhea and actually made me more dehydrated. Day two - found out how to make fire! And fish! Ate some real food! Day three - I got cocky and forgot to store water. Died of dehydration. This game is deep and provides a lot of gameplay. Check out reviews on Steam, some people have logged hundreds of hours.

The game is fun, but feels like it got major performance issues. This should be a game that requires close to zero resources, yet it drains more battery and heats up my phone more than basically any other app I have. Why is that? I'm a programmer and it doesn't make much sense to me. Surely, Unity can't be 100% to blame.

Astonishingly well thought out simulation. I admire places where they rounded off edges from realism to make the game work well and still maintain the believability of the health and crafting systems. I also admire how well made it is as an independent game. The game is challenging, but the real experience is the meticulous moment by moment work of living efficiently in a deadly situation. I hope it does achieve recognition, since I think many thoughtful people would enjoy it.
