The best selling card game by Friedemann Friese now available as app!
You are helping Robinson, who came ashore on your island, fight against many hazards. At the beginning, Robinson is not very skillful. With each fight he wins you will improve his abilities, but defeats are also helping to get rid off of his worse habits. However, life on the island is energy-sapping, so that Robinson not only gains experiences during his time there, but also starts aging and tends to get clumsy. In this game, Robinson is represented as a card stack of different behaviors. You are forced to improve this card stack, so you can collect the cards at the end of the game to give Robinson the best chance to win against the tough pirates! We added a new exciting feature: King of the Island ! In this tournament up to 1024 players are fighting to become the true ruler of the island! This player can then call itself "King of the Island" until the next winner is crowned in 2 weeks... Also added a bunch of new achievements waiting to be earned by you!

been playing for years and also have the physical card game, which I never pull out because the app does such a great job capturing the gameplay and art.
- Jason France · v2.6.2
Love the game, wish I could play offline though
- Matt Bushman · v2.6.2
cool little game
- Alex Jäger · v2.6.2
Excellent game! True to the physical card game.
- Daryl Lakes · v2.6.2
I enjoy this version of the game. It would be great if there was an Undo button. Ive often accidentally clicked on the wrong button and messed my whole game up. I also wished that this game could be stored on external drive.

love this game
- lee B · v2.6.2
Need a few minutes to yourself while blessing the bowl with a sizable deposit? Look no further than Friday. Endlessly playable and can pick it up anywhere. (Especially on the throne). It’s up there with solitaire for me for games that I’m happy exist and can get a round in when I have a moment. Excellence in solo play and the app is a no brainer. Love
- Funny guy 1234 · v2.6.3
Love the original and this version is a great implementation!
- Jim Mussared · v2.6.1
needs connection to play solo game ...a bad joke.. not recommended
- Dee Dd · v2.6.1
Cannot play without connection - it is a joke. Stuck in a parking lot without connection and want to spend time with this game ? forget about it ! why a solo card game needs one ? because it is a joke
- Dee Dd · v2.6.1
This is a perfect copy of the board game. My win percentage is only 25% after 16 games, though all those wins were in my last 8 games. So I'm getting better!(?)
- Jim Carvin · v2.6.1
Juegazo aunque se disfruta más en fisico
- Hiram Mendias · v2.4.7
Masterpiece Solo Board Game
- Ngoc Tung Nguyen · v2.4.7
This game is gloriously difficult.
- Kristi Crider · v2.4.6
🔥🔥🔥
- E H · v2.4.7
way too hard. it doesn't offer a good tutorial I have no idea how to beat it and it isn't relaxing. I want my money back but that isn't an option sadly. hate that.
- Lucius Wassermann · v2.4.7
Really excellent solitaire card game, and very good job on developing the app!
- Joe Cz · v2.4.7
Honestly an all timer
- Mateo Rodriguez · v2.4.7
Great solo game, and a breeze to play!
- Paul Schreiner · v2.4.7
Great game, doesn't save any scores or achievements though, otherwise 5 stars.
- Riley Thorpe · v2.4.6
I like the app; it's a good implementation of the card game. The alerts can be annoying sometimes, but the app works well overall. I do miss the physical card game, though. This app doesn't provide the same experience because it handles things like age cards and deck size automatically. You don't have as much awareness of these aspects compared to when you play with the physical cards. Overall, it's an enjoyable and well-made app.
- Forud “fzerorubigd” Ghafouri · v2.4.7
A favourite solo game of mine.
- Radim Barta · v2.4.7
Good but it can be improved, No offline mode, please add offline mode why it always needs internet :(, please add more languages like Spanish, the physical version is also in more languages.
- Alejandro Palomino · v2.4.7
Friends, work, family. These are the 3 obstacles you must overcome to succeed at Freitag.
- Drew Johnson · v2.4.7
True to the original card game. Wonderful adaptation.
- Ian Muehlenhaus · v2.4.6
Amazing thematic solo game.
- ender1820 · v2.6
Such a well designed game and the app works great.
- Merlinz0621 · v2.6
This is an amazing game and a well-designed app that perfectly recreates the card play. Ingenious, challenging and rewarding. Certainly one of the very best solitaire games!
- Jay Boshi · v2.6
Best way to learn this terrific solitaire game. Polished look and feel. Seamless version of the physical game.
- Aquanine · v2.6
I updated the game and all achievements and high scores are gone!
- SlickRickDude · v2.6
Pasted on theme makes this purely a math game. Very unthematic but simple enough to be adequately fun
- David Umstattd · v2.5
Game runs smoothly and plays just like the physical edition
- Korey Boe · v2.4.3
This game is impossibly hard. There are more fun ways to throw away your money. Maybe it'd be fun if you had the cards in front of you and you could bend the rules. But as it is, you click on some cards, they spin around and then you die. Sad.
- John Byrne · v2.4.3
Great digital port of a great solo game!!
- sobrien664 · v2.4.3
Amazing tabletop game with a great digital implementation.
- Craig Asquith · v2.4.3
Great game and the mobile app cuts down the shuffling. I'd rather play the physical game and there's some bugs but you can play Friday on Android and that's cool. I don't get achievements or anything because it's bugged out but the game itself works fine and that's all I need.
- Riley Kong
I've played this game for over a decade. Thousands of games. Best solo game ever.
- Kurt Boesch · v2.4.3
Great app adaptation of a great game.
- Nicholas Garrison · v2.4.3
Have a physical copy of this game as well. The app is a good implementation that is true to the original. Have played this hundreds of times, and still find it challenging and fun. “ Finished” from the same game designer is also excellent. Both take a lot of plays to get to a point where you win on a regular basis. Finished is probably a bit harder to get good at.
- Pooldave · v2.5
Addictive! Would be nice if they'd fix their English, but that's a minor quibble.
- Tammy Driessen · v2.4.3
Love it. This is my favorite solo game to play, and the app is a phenomenal port of the original.
- Heather101 · v2.5
Good implementation
- Gerhard van der westhuizen · v2.4.3
I have the physical card game / board game but I got the app because it's convenient. I love this game because it has so much depth and replayability.
- Hanna Highmark · v2.4.3
This has no tutorial, and the directions are clearly copied from the physical card game. If you can figure out how to play it, it is a challenging(and potentially fun) game, but learning to play from this alone is impossible and was clearly done with as little effort as possible. Even the directions seem like they are copied from Google translate with several tense issue and plenty of things that aren't clearly explained.
- Sumone · v2.4.3
Just like the solitary board game. Fun!
- Katie Walker · v2.4.3
Great app and game
- Jose Guirao · v2.4.3
One of the best solo games. I only wish Finished! We're available for Android. 🤞🙏
- Paul Newsham · v2.4.3
First, I’m glad I have the app. It allows me to play this challenging game in a wide variety of situations. I have countless hours into the game at this point, thanks to the app. That’s the good. Now for the not so good. 1) developer support is non-existent. I’ve contacted them many times about the following issues without a single acknowledgement. 2) The app cannot seem to understand how to use a single account between two iOS devices. I’ve been unsuccessful in using the same account between tablet and phone. 3) Tablet support is lackluster. It does not rotate for using a tablet in landscape mode. 4) The app is very buggy on iOS when leaving the app with a new or continuing game in progress. Many times when launching the app again, there are programming errors displayed and you eventually just have to abort the game. Attempts to get action on these bugs and issues have fallen of deaf ears. If I didn’t enjoy the game itself so much, I would have deleted this app a year ago, given these issues and lack of support. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was the balance of 5 stars for the game and 1 star for app bugs/lack of support.
- Lappenlocker · v2.5
I love the board game version, and this is an extremely faithful adaptation. Great game, get it!
- Abcdefghijklmnoprts · v2.5
This is the hardest game I have ever played. I’m 0/1569. It’s addicting. Update: I finally figured out how to win!! Still a great time filler.
- Dondre5000 · v2.5
Great game. But it needs an undo feature! One mistake can cost the game. Really irritating when it's by accident and there's no going back.
- Martin Ricquebourg · v2.4.3
This implementation of Friday is spot on and enjoyable
- alexmk2112 · v2.5
I can't get passed the menu screen where it asks you to input a name. The keyboard doesn't show up and touch input doesn't register
- Francis Lora · v2.4.3
I enjoy this app even more than the physical game.
- Camelot Legends · v2.5
I had never played the physical version before, so I was coming in as a newbie with this app. The game itself is definitely one of the best solo card games out there. It’s excellent. It’s also very challenging, and it takes quite a while to figure out how to win, even on the easy level (which isn’t exactly easy). Plus some luck is involved as with all solitaire games, so things have to line up right for you to win. If you’ve played the game before, you’ll figure out the app easier than someone like me who didn’t know how to play. Even then, it’ll take you a few plays before you figure out the UI, as even with the limited help the UI is not intuitive. If you haven’t played the game before, you’ll have to watch videos online and visit some game user forums. That was the only way I could figure out how to play. That’s why I docked one star; there is no real tutorial. Still, now that I figured it all out, it was worth it. This is a very cool game. I lose way more than win, even on easy, but it’s still very fun to play, and it feels really satisfying when you do win. Thank you developer for making this game and also monetizing it fairly with no ads or IAP. That’s rare nowadays and very, very much appreciated. I highly recommend this game with caveats about the UI learning curve. Stick with it. You’ll end up loving this game.
- WRS15743 · v2.5
Fun, great implementation of the card game
- MrTuck22 · v2.5
Great solo game.
- Luca Pancioni · v2.4.3
I love this card game so I’m probably biased. This is my go to time killer when I need a game to fill a couple minutes. Updates have fixed some early issues. Everyone who loves solo board games should own this one.
- Gamrdad · v2.5
The app needs to do a better job explaining the special abilities
- Hashim Fakhreddin · v2.4.3
Great thinky solo deck builder but ffs the ui is terrible. Pixelated graphics and buttons that could be so much better if someone gave an F to make it look and work better. For shame. Needs polishing and refreshing asap, otherwise the mechanics are solid. It's like a great food but someone through it on the wall. I will eat some of it because I'm hungry and it is good. But I prefer it served on a decent plate.
- Stel Black · v2.4.3
App no longer works on my phone
- Chris Cimo · v2.4.3
Friday is a great little solo deck building game. It’s great to have the game bailable on mobile, but the adaptation needs some work for people that aren’t already familiar with how the game is played. The English translation seems a bit questionable as well. Regretted the purchase initially but thought it would get smoothed out with updates. That apparently isn’t going to happen. Oh well.
- CollapsibleBottle · v2.5
Awesome Game
- Stefan Batelka · v2.4.3
Amazing. Try it and see!
- Paulo Monteiro · v2.0.0
This game never gets old. Be aware that if you don’t know anything about deck builders this might confuse the crap out of you at first. This game is super challenging and fun! I’m pretty good at it and I still only win 1/3 games. I like that in a game. Keeps you on your toes. Another great win by Friedemann Friese!!!
- Dravenn · v2.5
Once you know how to play this is a great app but there is minimal explanation as to what to do and playing through it a couple times doesn’t seem to help. I had to watch a YT video to figure out how to play and now it’s super fun. Brutally hard but the physical game is notorious for being insanely difficult. Poor Robinson just wants to fight the pirates and get home to his family!
- Skoobadooba222 · v2.5
Top solo game
- Albert Scampini · v2.4.3
Less fiddly; plays fast!
- Lhankins · v2.5
This latest update has, for the first time in YEARS, let me access the leaderboards! Hold on, how do I register my email address? They mention something about adjusting it in Settings, but I see nowhere to enter an email.
- Lord Gek · v2.5
This game is fun, challenging, but light. There are a few stages of the game... after many plays you realize you can tweak your strategy and improve your win % even further, again.
- buchm · v2.4.0
Can’t say I enjoy this. Very hard. Every so often I get within reach of winning then die in the final battle. Also the instructions on the cards us a bit confusing as to what they do. Game I had just prior to this review I ended prematurely because it was not clear I was ending the game instead of wanting to review the cards in my hand
- Dude named Ben · v2.4.0
Pros: Quick, fun, and challenging to play. Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve so tutorials/tips would help. Overall: Great game. I have physical copy of it and loved it so much, I picked this digital adaptation up so I can play when traveling.
- Ssvegerot · v2.4.0
I downloaded this app to help me learn the physical card game but it crashes 75% of the time and is super frustrating.
- Lsinlb · v2.4.0
Friday is a fantastic solo card game and this version does a great job of making it easy to jump in and play.
- Broke Box · v2.4.0
On one hand, this is a really good implementation. I already owned the physical game and was wondering if playing it digitally would speed up the process. It did! But it also come with some pretty major drawbacks. There’s a pop up menu that has fading out issues, lingering on the screen well past what it was likely intended to stay on for. This can sometimes slow the game down as it blocks important information, or worse yet, you accidentally click on something you don’t mean to because it was blocking and you didn’t even realize you tapped it. Additionally, it’s missing some minimum-quality-of-life features you see today, such as a basic undo button. I just lost a game because of the lack of an undo button and hey, it might have been my highest score yet, I’ll never know. I didn’t learn any new info or anything, it just doesn’t have any kind of undo button. So is it better than the physical version? Definitely not. But I can take it into a waiting room and it costs very little. The audio and graphics are a bit dated, some graphic elements look like they were from pre-retina displays. Despite the audio feeling a bit lacking, they smartly have an audio cue to let you know if you’ve got the requirements to beat a card. This was smart and frankly ahead of it’s time (if this app is from when I think it was), good on them. But the sounds themselves can be a bit grating and repetitive. There’s also the unfortunately all too easy ability to click on the question mark on a card. I can’t tell you how often it slows my game down from the gigantic pop-up that shows up, requiring you to close it in the top right corner before you do anything else. 3 Star app, 5 star game. I feel 4 stars is a nice middle. I think if they just did some very minor updates for the issues mentioned, it would easily be 5 star and make my physical version a bit redundant even. But as for now, I’d say both versions are nice. If you find yourself reading this, this is likely the version you should get heh, despite the issues. But having both is also nice. At home, I think I will pick the physical version, which surprises me, as I usually prefer app versions of games, especially when they have lots of shuffling.
- Bubble Pipe Media · v2.4.0
I enjoyed the physical card game. This implementation captures all the fun with none of the mess of setting up, tracking life with tokens, and putting it all away. It is just as challenging as the original but you can whip through the games to put your losses behind you. I have encountered a couple scenarios where I tried to take ab illegal action. Usually it recovers, but at the end of the game once (I was losing to the final pirate and tried to cheat) it hung the game. But otherwise it is smooth gameplay that tries hard not to let you forget to take advantage of your potential on the board.
- drjah69 · v2.4.0
It’s a good game but I have completed it only once on my iPhone; as every time I come close to winning it crashes. I ranked it 2 stars as I can complete it on my iPad.
- Jechum · v2.4.0
Fun and quick with a decent challenge
- DecoyJon · v2.4.0
Tons of fun and challenging.
- Zappy888 · v2.4.0
Great solo game that is still fun after more than 100 plays!
- Uniq name 3.14 · v2.4.0
The overall game is great, but I prefer the digital version. There’s some oddities to the UI and rules that make it different from playing with real cards. There’s strange additions that don’t exist in the original rulebook that make the game mostly just more annoying to play. When using certain abilities and then later using a card that removes that card from the play area, that causes the ability to be undone. This is not a rule present in the physical rulebook and drastically limits your potential. A worse change is that you lose the game if you make your deck too efficient and capable of drawing through the whole deck. In the original rulebook it specifically says that you continue playing as normal without gaining new bad effects from shuffling once you’ve used up all the bad effects. I do not know why this change was made, but it did not improve the game, in my opinion. The inability to play with the original rules, which I think were pretty much perfect, makes this game sort of undesirable for me to play. The change for losing makes the game too random, because you can’t easily strategize around accidentally making your deck too good.
- rickjamesia · v2.4.0
This is a truly fantastic design. The interface is a tad confusing but manageable.
- 60footmatress · v2.4.0
Love the boxed game. This saves set up time. Great game!
- offersoul · v2.4.0
I haven’t played this game in years. I was excited to see it in the play store and $4 is well worth the hours of entertainment It would be great if it saved high scores
- Jello Thief · v2.4.0
The user interface for this game could’ve been much better. Apparently they really stuck to the art layout of the card game but it is harder to determine what stage your life etc. are. There’s also apparently no undue and the interface is a little confusing if you have any abilities left to play. You really have to own the board game to make sense of it all but I am still glad I purchased this game.
- Landru Arkon · v2.4.0
This is an honest and true recreation of the classic board game. My favorite solo game of all time. This app is a smooth adaptation of the game. You will find your time flying by as you delve into this very challenging game. Enjoy!
- Coryak · v2.4.0
It’s a pretty good game. A couple things I would like to change. Like I wish it had a shuffle animation for when an aging card was added but still a fun game
- Balagahn · v2.4.0
Great adaptation of the card game. Made for one player only. Well done!
- Baltimore Pete · v2.4.0
This game is fun and addictive. I play multiple times a day. Each game is different. I love the tournaments. A+ in my books.
- AlborzZadeh · v2.4.0
Great adaptation of the card game. I actually enjoy the card game more because I learned the game mechanics on the app. But it’s always nice to have a short game on the phone for those moments when you have a few minutes to wait.
