I Connie Whitley Records have played this game for several years, I’ve spent a lot of money I got bank statements I’ve been finally winning because I threatened to turn it in, so this morning I won 2400.00 and they’re not releasing it until I verify, well everything checks out my gov issued drivers license but I have moved, so they won’t release the money to me. Mind you there’s nowhere on there verification for address change!!!!! This is the worse one about getting ur money back and timely! I’m definitely done with this one I only played the money they mammouthbut I have found another one to play

Give this game 5 stars all day lots of choices so there’s plenty of games to play so you don’t play the same one over and over and over again. To top it off every game I played. I’ve came out ahead. Slots machine glitch

I deposited $5 for two different slots machine. I played 70 cents on one 7 Diamond slot machine spin twice and the remaining balance of my funds which was $3.60 change to $0.00. I deposited another $5 on another slot spin twice for 50 cents and on the 1000 golden Penny slot machine and the remaining balance of $4 change to $0.00. I reach out to customer service which said that they will forward my request to a slot machine expert. It has been over 8 hours I have not been refunded for my $7.60.

Glitchy & Awful Customer Service

I was in a bonus and it showed that I was to receive a $15 major award. It only awarded me $0.30. I reached out to customer service immediately. They took a long time to respond (other than an automatic reply), so I continued playing. They gave me the run around and told me I needed screenshots, previous balance amount, exact time of incident, etc in order for them to look into my issue. I looked back at the customer service messages prior to that response, and they had told me that they keep a backend record of plays for each person playing these slots. They knew I was ripped off and didn’t want to make it right. They still have yet to tell me what happened or why. I’ve reached out since that first issue due to other glitches in the games and they are scamming people out of money. Player/buyer beware of this slots game!! I will be spending what I have on here and finding a new slots game.

100% Legit Site, Real Wins, Jackpots

Been playing a bunch of different slot sites and have seen some that are shady but this one is definitely not. I won a $4200 daily jackpot that I was shocked to win. Was so scared it was a scam, customer support helped me with the verification issues I had and had all funds in my bank account within a couple days. So not only a great site with tons of fun games but a great customer support service as well. 5 stars all day!!!
