I deposited $5 for two different slots machine. I played 70 cents on one 7 Diamond slot machine spin twice and the remaining balance of my funds which was $3.60 change to $0.00. Glitchy & Awful Customer Service
I was in a bonus and it showed that I was to receive a $15 major award. It only awarded me $0.30. I reached out to customer service immediately. They took a long time to respond (other than an automatic reply), so I continued playing. They gave me the run around and told me I needed screenshots, previous balance amount, exact time of incident, etc in order for them to look into my issue. I looked back at the customer service messages prior to that response, and they had told me that they keep a backend record of plays for each person playing these slots. They knew I was ripped off and didn’t want to make it right. They still have yet to tell me what happened or why. I’ve reached out since that first issue due to other glitches in the games and they are scamming people out of money. Player/buyer beware of this slots game!! I will be spending what I have on here and finding a new slots game.

False advertising and poor customer support
I’ve only cashed out on gleaming slots once. Since I’ve not been able to collect any winnings. I invited someone by having them scan my code. The invite never showed in my invitations and once I binded the invite using my code, it still hasn’t given me the spin rewards despite my invite registering and verifying their account. Be careful
This app is offering games until you run into a problem. I invested money in a game just to be prompted to the bonus, which was my ideal point as I was playing. It kicked me out and I lost everything due to their app malfunctioning I’ve reported it and I’ve received three different accusations and no resolution while investigating I went to retrieve my funds. I was left just to be notified that I was the mega jackpot winner in bright red just to look into mine total and then not deposited into my account. I’ve reported it again. It’s been seven days and they’re just ignoring what I’m asking them and they’re just telling me that they’re reviewing it and they don’t know when they’re gonna get back to me I don’t know about you guys, but to me that’s unacceptable and if this is the way they treat every single customer that has a problem then I suggest you think twice.

Just a hack
All of these games are just a scam now. They used to payoff on a regular basis but not anymore. All they do is take your money now. I will be deleting every slot game I have and other cash games as well. You don’t have to take my word for it, just download and deposit. You will learn soon enough

Has anyone experience problems with gleaming slots. I buy the specials. Has anyone been watching there funds go low meaning they taking more than what u bid. I have $7.48 then I am watching and it all of sudden pull $4.48 off a 10 cent spin. Has anyone watch their daily collection for 20. Cent each day. I play 10 cent each day and take the whole 20 cent off a 10 cent bid. If you watch your money and bid you will see they taking 4x and 5x of your money and vs the game landing on spins it will continue to spin and not let you will. I have won couple times by now I am thinking they don’t want you to win. It’s an algorithm. How the game is set up. Be careful on your spending or don’t do it at all.

The majority of these things are out of Asia, so the scammy aspect does not shock me.

Absolutely ridiculous. After playing on Gleaming Slots every single day for over a year and a half, this is how loyal players get treated.
Eight days ago, I asked for nothing more than a password change. Instead of changing my password, Gleaming Slots somehow restricted my entire account without my permission and without any explanation. I never requested my account be restricted, yet here I am over a week later still locked out of my own account.
I have money sitting in that account that I cannot access. I paid for a weekly subscription that was completely wasted because I couldn’t even log in to use it. On top of that, my loyalty level dropped while I was locked out, causing me to lose progress and rewards that took months of daily play to earn.
Customer service has been absolutely useless. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-and-paste response: “Your ticket has been sent to the appropriate department.” Apparently this mysterious department has had my ticket for eight days and can’t provide a single update. Not one. No timeline, no explanation, no solution.
It’s unbelievable that a company can lock a paying customer out of their account, hold their funds hostage, allow their subscription to expire unused, strip away loyalty progress, and then leave them in the dark for over a week. The lack of communication and complete disregard for loyal players is honestly insulting.
After spending countless hours and plenty of money on this site, I expected better. Instead, I’ve learned that if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Gleaming Slots had no problem taking my money, but apparently helping a long-time customer regain access to their account is too much to ask.
Do better. Eight days with no resolution is unacceptable.

I have been playing Gleaming Slots for a while now and at first they did good with the wins, but here recently they’ve been doing really bad. If you don’t care to lose money then it’s OK. For the newbies to this app yes they will pay you but once you’ve been playing for a while, no matter how much you put into it. It’s not worth it.

Save your money, I promise you’ll thank me
I actually had a chance over Father’s Day weekend to go out and play the slot machines at the local bars. I took $1000 out of the bank to go play and at the end of the weekend, I put $4000 into my bank account Over the same weekend I played Gleaming Slots when I got home and put $3000 into this game and never cashed a dollar out. So in-conclusion this app has some serious gameplay issues, save your money and put it in a real slot machine it’s a lot more fun and you have a lot better chance of winning!!!

I’ve had the game downloaded for a month or two, I downloaded it after discovering Jackpot Go. At the time, I thought Jackpot Go was the big thing because the first time I played I cashed out 100, in reality I could’ve cashed out almost 1000 but I let the fun get the best of me. After that, I may have cashed out a few more times on
jackpot within a span of six months, but really it it just took my money more than anything. I know you can’t expect to win them all. It’s gambling, but something just seemed a little fishy. I had deposited two or three times into claiming but being still sketched out about jackpot I never gave it a chance or put in more than two dollars at a time, but I decided to give it a go the last week and I have cashed out three out of five times that I have deposited if you decide to cash out via PayPal, you’ll have your money the same day two or three hours tops I highly recommend

Everytime I bet no matter how much I notice that when I roll it takes the amount I’m betting and when the roll stops it also takes the same amount again or sometimes a little less but either way it’s taking the money twice pay attention to what your betting and your balance make sure it adds up cause mine is for sure not adding up.
