one thing makes this game truly suck is the fact that in 1v1 the person who takes the second shot can view the first shooters setup, this needs to go.

the paywall making to be were you have to use gems for everything and not to mention the prices "amount of gems" it takes to purchase an item almost makes it impossible to buy things with earned gems therefore leaving you to have to purchase gems with real money because you simply cannot do anything extra in the game with the gems you earn not to mention things like balls shouldnt cost gems you should be able to purchase those with the coins same for a few other things

The gameplay is great and the game is fun. but you constantly do not get rewards and purchases take forever if they come at all. customer service is also of not much help as they blame the lags on gamer traffic slowing it down.

The game is riddled with bugs, they fix one and a new one pops up. You pay to win, but even then the bugs will take your money and not give you your items. When you request help, it is next to useless.

Fun to play, but a couple issues. Can't change to a putter from the fringe is BS. You have this red barrier to where you can't set the target near the green, the course should be fully available to move the target and shoot at it.

The letters correspond to my real name. The Opponent obviously worked for Golf Clash, and was calling me, "Trash". I deleted account & never will return. oh, obviously the person works for Golf Clash.

freezes up in clan chat and too Complicated to fix a score in a tournament that should never be a problem once you sink that putt . Really ? if i sink a putt for a birdie or eagle and lose my connection after and my replay is saved as such why would you score me a bogus boogie and make me do all the work to get it corrected? Support is flagrantly absent. 3 times now they have refused to honor accomplishments that took hours to reach. The first time I suppose could be an error. The second time anyone would be suspicious. The third time their condescending attitude makes it obvious they're the big dog, you're not, there's no way to hold them accountable, and they make sure you know it. Play the game for fun, but expect them to cheat you every chance they get.

I lost money by not receiving my golf pass that I paid for. After sending receipt to customer service, a man by the name of Alfred said I needed to wait 24 hours to get items. It has been almost 2 days now with no help from them. Now they don't even respond and there is also a technical issue they are ignoring my complaint about that as well. Good luck getting customer service to do anything more than fart. Avoid making purchases in game as you risk losing your money.

There are par 5 holes where it's impossible to get an eagle and almost impossible to get a birdie. Hole 9 on Vineyard Acres a great example, unless you pay for the absolute best driver and wood your not getting on the green in 3, that's a fact.

Game's good, but I don't like how the developers have made sure that coiners win over folk who don't. Just played a game and my opponent T'eed into a bunker. My T shot was on the fairway and the longer drive, yet he had a much simpler 2nd shot than me. A very puttable shot. Not my 2nd! I've played this game before. I know for a fact their algorithm rewards coiners and penalises those that don't coin during gameplay. I'm fed up with losing after playing well against coiners who played poorly.
