Have played for years& loved it but had issues with my account twice& last time my account was hacked& switched with the person I'm assuming hacked it after I PAYED for chips but absolutely NO RESOLVE &was ignored& brushed off either time after many attempts to resolve& let them fix it. U will be on your own if u lose your game time& achievements&money& then send u a apology with contact us if u wish for a investigation. I only did that about 10 times& they'd know if honest& emails to prove it

This app seems great at first. Then the bad beats occur when you don't purchase chips. I have done relatively well not having to buy chips, but now I am noticing the bad beats are insane. Additionally, I noticed the high cards that were initially dealt have turned into garbage hands. I wish I could believe this game offers a legitimate card randomizer, but I am almost certain that is not the case. If you don't buy chips, you will find it nearly impossible to win, even with strong hands.

The Positives.. Free tournaments, Achievement levels, Chips Recharge, the freebies. Better than GOP. The Negatives.. To watch an ad in order to receive rewards is a nightmare trying to do so, I never thought I'd moan about Not Being Able to Watch an ad, but it's sooo difficult and when you do get to watch an ad you don't always get the reward. Of course on any platform you're always going to get the Noobs who go all in and win by chance, no strategy. Algorithms aren't brilliant, but Hey!

At least make your algorithm realistic. I've played countless hold em tournaments and I've never seen cards fall like this game. A little less emphasis on who's spending money on non existent upgrades and a little more on the actual game would be great. I just hope these folks don't go to Vegas and expect to play hands like they do on here. They're going to be awful disappointed when they lose their money quickly. Oh by the way, stop advertising your 2 hr upgrade as a 4 hr upgrade. 👎

This isn't about sore losing. This game is definitely rigged. I eon alot at first then when I purchased a couple of times I did nothing but lose. I jotted down my win lose ratio and the .algorithm is off the charts. 90 percent of the times I folded my card would come up and I would have won. When I would play all in 82 percent of the time the other player's would pull a straight or a flush. Can anyone else relate to my experience?

Fraud! Unplayable for anyone expecting it to resemble poker. All bots in this game. Insane rake!

Wonder People is a Korean scam. Just flat out fraudulent. Greedy rake. Fixed hands. All bots no humans. Imagine playing poker where the dealer and your opponents all know what you have and can decide what cards will come next. This game is that. It’s fixed and they don’t even hide it. I have screenshots that show the exact same results over and over again. They literally tell you when you start that the first 20 hands are “in your favor”. If you raise every single hand the bots all react the same making dumb “decisions” to give you chips. Then as the game progresses and you win chips the algorithm will change and you will lose almost every hand that you have 90% odds of winning. The river changes the top hand EVERY time. Everytime you have a straight, a flush hits on the river. I have screenshots of a bot account that got 3 sets of quads in 6 hands!!!! Apple must be complicit as they get a 30% cut, so they have no interest in protecting the consumer from these frauds. Maybe the FTC will think differently. Don’t ever buy chips from them it’s a scam.

The winning hands are wrong

There are times that the winning hand is incorrect. Example: I had a pair of fives the other opponent had 9/7. The board had 2 queens, a king, and another card the algorithm said that 9/7 won with a high card. That is incorrect. I believe that my pair of fives should have won since the opponent didn’t hit anything on the board. This happens a lot!

Time and again, it lures me in with a promising hand, tricks me into placing a bet, and then—at the very last second—slams down a "hidden card" that hands the victory straight to my opponent. It deliberately conjures up cards with a statistical probability of appearing that approaches zero, just to spoon-feed the win to the other player. It feels like a completely rigged scam. It seems designed to intentionally frustrate players by forcing them to lose, ultimately goading them into spending real cash to purchase in-game currency. If this happened just once in a blue moon, I might let it slide; but how on earth can the exact same pattern repeat itself four or five times in a row? It’s sheer madness.
