Spring is blooming on the farm! This update brings smoother progress and new ways to earn rewards. Boat and Truck Orders improvements - Some players may notice new ways to earn extra rewards from Boat and Truck Orders. - For some players, Boats may return faster, ask for simpler goods, and reward expansion materials early on, with difficulty increasing as more boats are completed throughout the day. - Truck Track Rewards are also being tested with some players, bringing extra rewards for delivering truck orders. Hey HayDay! I have been playing this game for so many years but during this haloween season the game seem to be too much messy.Its very hard to play with these flying ghosts thry are too much iritating. I have played hay day from the beginning and loved it . but now they bring in demons and devils, and it's teaching the younger ones that don't know the Lord to use candles to ward off spirits only the blood of Jesus can do that.I have to delete this game. Maybe one day, it can just go back to being a farm again, but I don't think so.

It would be amazing to have an extra layout so we can create and save a different farm design for each event, season, or special occasion without having to change our favourite layouts. I love decorating my farm, and having another layout would make the game even more enjoyable! 🥰 Please consider this suggestion.

I'm a bit annoyed that I did all this work to earn ghosts, and they all disappeared before I was able to collect from them in one day. It would make sense if the ghost event ended....but its still ongoing. so I had to start all over again today and lost all the potential items I could have made. Frustrating!

"the red revenants" event is the only reason i want to stop playing hayday since 2013, it really really an absurd and stressful event, the vampires come in hoarde , we must tap it hundred times for nothing ! for nothing ! yes FOR NOTHING! and it says we must collect the candle , surely many candle... and how we get candle ? from the task! ofcourse many task , and guess what ? many task for just for 1 candle, read it!! just for 1 candle !!!! ridiculous and disappointing 👎👎👎👎 really annoying

the Halloween update sucks and its so overwhelming, the farm is covered in ghost and vampires that won't go away, it makes the game physically unplayable. theres a lot of stuff shoved in your face that you can't opt out of

Loved this game. Been playing for 6+ years. Now I'm rethinking everything. The forced halloween participation is sickening! As a Christian, I do not celebrate the devils birthday. The red revenant floating everywhere on the screen is off-putting and halloween, Easter and christmas decorations which I do not even want, remains part of my permanent decoration inventory. At least give people the option to choose whether they want to play the normal Hay Day or the "events" and to sell unwanted decor

Why does hay day have to bring such evil to the farm. I just loved hay day but because of so much evil on the farm I wont be playing till all the holidays are over. Which means I will see hayday in middle January if I ever go on again. I loved all the changes until now. A Vampire? Really!!!!!!! Ridiculous

this Halloween update... you couldn't have made it more annoying. all those ghost were annoying but now these huge huge zombie ghost that keep appearing over everything. Man I just want to farm, not tap ghosts and see my barn fill up with the most annoying things that have nothing to with farming. I would love to be able to turn this Halloween stuff off!

I have been playing this for a long time. Lately, I am having some technical issues and can't ever get a technical support issue problem solved because I can't ever get a submission to tech support. I take the screen shots to submit per the request, but can never get them submitted. The issues are hampering enjoyable game play. Right now, I can't collect rewards earned. 😡

I've been playing this game for so many years that, even I've forgotten when I started! absolutely pleasant experience except, for the buying experience. Whenever I open the farmer's journal to buy a product, after 2 or 3 items it always says "sorry someone else bought it". Even though, I clicked immediately on the product. Now, that's unfair, and demotivated me. So now, no sooner I see this message, I close the game and exit! Even though, I want to spend more time with it...

And again, lately after the update the game keep lagging and also so slow. My Internet and wifi is in the best condition but the game seems like doesn't working. Every time i go to other farm/town, or coming back to my own farm it would take so long and i cant buy anything from newspaper due to the slow loading cause everybody already bought it. To this day the best mobile game, 100%. Cute animations, good challenges and the best part: No forced ads every 3 minutes. The only time you will be seeing ads is if you specifically decide to watch them for an extra reward or a quicker food production for example. The only annoying thing is that this game is becoming more and more focused on people spending money. (E.g. you can't complete decoration collections without having to buy 1 or 2 of them in the shop, and they're not cheap either..)

I love this game and I play it often, but I used to be able to get items from the news paper and now with the updates, I can never get them! because everything "sells" so fast!! Things pop up and within 1 second I touch it and it was goes dark saying somebody else bought it. it's making it very hard to get the items that I need, making the game hard to play.

Contains rewards for watching ads. However, about half the time after completing an ad I don't get my rewards. Also, like many other modern games, this one heavily exploits FOMO. It also employs quite a few tactics that incentivize purchases, most commonly making limited-time event completion requirements extremely difficult to fulfill free-to-play. Other than these issues, the game is fun, satisfying and semi-frequently adding important quality-of-life improvements.

Love hayday, have been playing for years and really like most of the recent updates. I do miss when it didnt tell you where the trees and bushes were that needed watering. It was like a little game of hide n seek and got you familiar with other peoples farms. other than that I really like all the new updates and opportunities to earn expansion items and level up.

The newest update is really frustrating. Please fix the issue where the same seller’s name appears more than 9 times after every cycle — it makes the newspaper repetitive and much harder to use. I’ve been playing for a very long time and the game just keeps getting better. The design challenges are fun and really brings out your creative side. One thing that really needs to be addressed is that the only thing people sell in the marketplace are metal ores. The gift shop in town needs to require more jewelry and perhaps you could make boat orders include jewelry. I have been playing Hay Day on and off for several years and I always quit playing because of the same thing. I have more than 8 million in game coins which I would gladly spend on game play, like buying saws and axes to chop down all of my dead trees. I do purchase the special offers so I am not apposed to spending money on the game but this doesn’t fix the dead tree problem on everyone’s farm. Developers need to address this issue for the sake of all those that play this game. Otherwise I absolutely love this game but I have run out room to add all the lovely decorations that you so wonderfully created because it’s filled with the dead trees. Thank you for this consideration.

I love this game so much! It is so much fun and so engaging! One thing that does bother me is that the Pie Oven doesn’t have a purple towel on it like the Cake Oven or Popcorn Maker once they hit mastery levels. Could we please change this for the next update?!

Happy 14th Birthday, Hay Day! Coming into Hay Day, I was definitely the target audience. I have thousands of hours across Supercell games, especially Clash of Clans, and I was also a top 1% player worldwide in Beatstar before Supercell shut it down. Because of that, I’ve spent a lot of time with games that require long-term progression, resource management, and daily play. Overall, I genuinely enjoy the game. It’s very polished, easy to understand, and probably one of the most user-friendly mobile games I’ve played. The art style is charming, the controls are simple, and there always seems to be something to do. Expanding your farm, producing goods, filling orders, and trading with other players is surprisingly relaxing and satisfying. It has that same “I’ll just check in for five minutes” feeling that turns into an hour. That said, I do have some issues with the game’s economy and pacing. Gems are incredibly expensive for what they provide, and it’s surprisingly easy to burn through them in seconds. At the same time, the game doesn’t reward players with many free gems, so using them often feels punishing instead of exciting. Cooking and production times for many items can also become excessive, especially when several machines are tied up for hours at a time. Waiting long periods for basic ingredients, needing multiple products to make a single item, limited machine slots, and other small time gates can make progression feel more taxing than rewarding. I completely understand that free-to-play games need monetization, but Hay Day sometimes feels a little too eager to push players toward spending money to avoid waiting. I’d love to see more opportunities to earn gems naturally and perhaps some reductions to production times on higher-level items. Even with those criticisms, Hay Day is still a very enjoyable game and one of the better farming simulators on mobile. It’s relaxing, well-designed, and easy to recommend to anyone looking for a casual game they can play for months or even years. Happy 14th anniversary, and here’s to many more years of farming.

I used to play this game all the time and recently just redownloaded it. It’s still as great as I remember it being. There isn’t any forced ads, you can watch them to gain extras but you truly don’t need to watch any ads or spend any money to play this game. I’ve been playing this game since 2015 and have never had so many problems as I’m having now. First problem I got kicked out of my own neighborhood that I created. I have all my friends family and children in my neighborhood. I was in active for a while, and when I came back, my leadership had been given to a random player. It shouldn’t matter how long you’re inactive if people don’t want to be in your neighborhood for inactivity they can go to another one. Your neighborhood shouldn’t be taken away from you. And second, the app glitches, shuts down, kicks me out and trying to get a hold of support has been made impossible because the screen freezes and support never comes to help. It makes me not want to play and if I become inactive again for more than a couple weeks, I’ll lose this new neighborhood I created too so what’s the point of playing? Life happens! It doesn’t mean we don’t wanna play and run our neighborhoods with all the achievements we’ve gotten and created. So sad because it’s such a wonderful game before they did whatever they did.

I installed the update and got booted from the neighborhood I had been in for the longest time. Feedback from technical support has not been helpful. I was told my age had been changed and the administrators for the neighborhood had to make changes to allow me back in as they were the ones who booted me out. I love Hay Day and have been playing it for years on and off. It is always so much fun and I get super excited when I unlock new things. However they have seasonal decorations and then make it really hard to get more than 1-2 of them. Some never become available again so you completely miss out on over half of the decor in each set. Hay Day has some of the worst UX/UI design choices I’ve seen. When a player requests help, tapping the notification only takes me to their farm instead of directly to the task, forcing me to search around manually. Production-related tasks never link to the required machine, so finding the correct building is unnecessarily frustrating. Card rewards also cannot be used directly and must be discarded or swapped first. Combined with extremely long production and construction times, the game feels designed only for long-time players. These poor UX/UI decisions make it difficult to attract and retain new players.

If you need technical support, forget it! Three or four times I’ve had an issue with boosters, particularly the boat one. When I use the booster that cuts the travel time in half to two hours, the game reverts to four hours. I’ve tried many times to get help, to no avail, and am told that they haven’t heard back from me so they are closing the conversation! No help when it’s needed.

First off, I LOVE Hay Day, which is why I write this. I have been playing this game daily since the beginning of it. One of the biggest pluses of this game is they allow users to control how many, or no, ads they watch; however, the ads of late have gotten a little ridiculous. There’s several, one example for a popular game with the initials F O E that runs FOREVER because it REPEATS THE EXACT AD 4 TIMES in one loop, then adds to your misery because it sits there forever as you wait for it to allow you to X out of it and eventually it just locks up when it gets to the end. I don’t mind watching an ad in exchange for helpers but 4 and then it locks up, really?!

Group Tree event does not last long enough to get to the end. We only have 2 people in our group and we only going to get 1/2 way, update 6.8 the neighborhood nature event was not scaled right for 2 people. I have been playing Hay Day for almost 14 years. Nearly since it first came out. Most of my family and friends have as well. I have never been disappointed in the creativity and the new and entertaining upgrades. However in the most recent year or two, Hay Day has become more interested in making money. You can play many aspects of the game for free. But you cannot complete most of the decoration collections with purchasing the decorations or buying multiple farm passes. Slowly most people I know have stopped playing because it’s hard to have fun when you’re constantly shelling out money and it’s never enough. The next collection requires more and the next one more. The event now requires the $11.99 farm passes plus $9.99 for decorations from the shop plus an additional 280 diamonds which will run you another $9.99. It’s terrible that there isn’t another way to earn them ALL in the game. So yes it’s fun and there is a lot to keep you busy , fun for all ages but plan to pay or have incomplete collections.

I used to love this game, but there is just way too much going on now. I’ve been playing for like 5 years, and always loved it, until more recently. The developers have added lots of more side games and activities that I think are pointless. it just fills up the screen with lots of random pop ups and side events. I understand that some people probably like them, but it would be much simpler to stick with Truck Orders and loading Boat Cargo to get cash. Some of the newer features I enjoy like the Edit Mode, which was created for a specific reason to solve an ongoing issue, but some of the others just have no use. To illustrate, there are like a billion different ways to get upgrade silo and farm expansions items. I don't think the game needs a billion different versions of County Fair, the Design Festivals, Farm Pass, Decoration Collections, and now the Neighborhood Nurture Event. See what I mean? This is very excessive. 5 new features added, that all do nearly the same thing! I get that many games won't thrive without updates, but this is just a waste of time. You could already get these items through the treasure chests and derby rewards, so why do we need even more? it just makes the whole game very overstimulating to open up the app and see tens of new events. A solution to this could be only having ONE event going at a time. Or only have something like Farm Pass that is year round, and occasionally have another event. I get that games need to have updates so it doesn't seem like people have been playing the exact same game since 2016, but you know it's getting out of hand when people are bricking their apps to stop them from being updated, and reverting them to the old versions before these events. Another issue is the newspaper with the roadside shops. It may sound like a joke, but honestly as prices go up in real life, they go up in these games too! Every time I open the newspaper, I see 10 coal ore set to 108 coins and the town upgrades set to 342 coins. And not to sound really old, but before this same stuff would rarely be in the newspaper and be set to like half the price. Not the stuff that i ACTUALLY NEED, just the same three things that other people don’t want and are selling for much more than they are worth. It has honestly ruined the point of the Roadside Shop for me. Even if there is someone selling actually useful stuff for a decent price, I have just stopped looking in the newspaper. A solution could be limiting how many of one item could be sold, so everyone can always get a variety of items. For example, two page of crops, two of animal products, two of upgrading items (like nails, mallets, maps, etc), two of ore, and maybe one for other items. All in all, I thought Hay Day was an incredible game back when it was more simple and less cluttered, and lots of new features have been added no one asked for or wants. I think these are the biggest issues, and the only ones that need to be immediately fixed. So developers, if you see this, please actually consider making these changes. WE CAN PUT WHATEVER WE DONT NEED IN IT. There should be a compost bin on our farm that we can put stuff in that we don’t need. Every 24 hours it should be cleaned out and everything in it either gets deleted, OR what I just thought of is it goes to a place where EVERY player can see and everything that gets cleaned out every 24 hrs. is up for grabs. If something sits there for a couple days it should be permanently deleted. The compost bin should be emptied out EXACTLY every 24 hrs. in case someone changes their mind in a while and decides they want that item back.

Lately, the newspaper seems to be overwhelmingly filled with ores and mining materials. While I understand these items are a part of the game's economy, they often don't sell quickly (or at all) and can dominate the marketplace, making it difficult to find other products players actually need or want. This creates a frustrating experience because the newspaper no longer feels like a useful place to browse for a variety of goods. Instead, it often feels flooded with the same items (mining material) over and over again. Another issue is that removing unwanted items from a shop requires diamonds, which discourages players from clearing out inventory that isn't selling. As a result, mining material can sit in shops indefinitely, further contributing to the problem. I would love to see the team explore possible solutions, such as: A better way to discard or remove unwanted items without spending diamonds. Adjustments to smelting or lowering production times to increase demand for refined metal products. Limits on how frequently certain item types appear in the newspaper. Any other creative solution that improves marketplace variety and keeps browsing enjoyable. I understand games need balanced economies and monetization (I know money talks) but isn’t gameplay experience what keeps players engaged long-term? Right now, the newspaper feels less like a marketplace and more like an ore catalog. Thank you for your time and for continuing to support Hay Day. I hope you'll consider looking into this issue. I have played this game since the beginning. Every day I’ve played at least for a little while and had a lot of fun! It was addictive! I’m not a game player. This is the only game I’ve ever truly been hooked on. However this is a pay to play game now. A kid doesn’t stand a chance.Parents watch out! There’s tons of cool decorations, and to level up that are gonna cost you big big bucks! You cannot complete objectives without spending money, straight out. And it’s a lot! At every turn. I’m gonna have to walk away from the game for a while unfortunately. With everything costing so much money now, Hay Day has to come last…Don’t be deceived guys choose something else. for the parents who don’t know, Stardew Valley is a pay ONCE play forever game! I think maybe I’ll be doing that this summer :-) sorry, hey day it’s the truth. So sad.

Starting to really enjoy competing with my wife on this game. I just want to see the decorations be interactive, like let the pets you have interact with them, or place the mini chicks on like the rocks or something, also the paths should be able to completely attach to the area it’s leading too, it’s makes no sense to have a mine cart path that you can’t even have lead into the mine or like at least touch the entry. I feel like that would be a cool little thing to have in the game, instead of decorations that just sit there doing the same old movements.

I love Hay Day and I’ve been playing for years, but I have a concern about the newspaper. My entire newspaper is filled with only minerals to buy. Literally only minerals and nothing else. No one in this game wants to buy a mineral wow and I am disappointed that the game does not recognize that it only wants me to buy minerals and I would like my newspaper to have a bigger variety of items. I’ve played for many years and watched the app go though may changes. It’s at the point where there are always like 3 events going on at once. It went from relaxing fun to a full time job on a farm. But if anything is frustrating it’s the scarcity of expansion permits without spending money (and a rotating schedule of one barn/silo expansion that is impossible to find). It may be time to go.

Honestly after 2 years playing this game, I would only recommend downloading it if you are ok with having to spend a lot of $$ to play the game, still being stuck with very lengthy stupid ads, and not gaining/making any $$. The game developers are extremely selfish asking players for at least $11.99 per month for extra benefits, and still forcing their customers to endure ads for tiny rewards (many ads are over 1min run time). The artistry is great, but the game just wants more and more and more $$$. The LEAST they could do is remove ads if you buy the $11.99 monthly farm pass!!! Selfish

I absolutely used to love playing hayday. It was an amazing game! Easy legible and fun! Supercell and whoever else is responsible has ruined it, with tacky updates and cash grab tactics. Good luck reading anything if your playing on a phone.

Truthfully I am obsessed with Hay Day, my favorite thing to do is decorate and help others! With that being said in the game helping others on their farms provides gift cards. I tried seeing if there was an explanation to why I would help 40 different times a day and only receive 5 or more sometimes gift cards in the mail! I understand we get the rewards from filling crates and Exp for being bushes/trees back to life but my main goal is decoration grinding lol I am very guilty about putting money into the game for decorations you do not receive through the events! If someone could please enlighten me why I get such little gift cards even after helping others so much I would appreciate it! Again this app deserves five stars because it is thought out every detail from decorations during the month, to helping each other, meeting new people, and just a fun engaging app! I highly recommend Hay Day if you are looking for interactive people and a game you can see progress with everyday!

I’m still getting used to the new shop layout 😢, but overall the game keeps getting better and better. I wanted to share a few suggestions, mostly about Neighborhoods/Clubs, which are my favorite part of Hay Day! 1. Club Customization 🔨✨ It would be so fun to personalize clubs more. Things like choosing a background color, selecting chat text styles, or having more club icons would make each club feel unique and expressive. 2. Multiple Clubs 💡👫 Being able to join two or three clubs at once would make the social side of Hay Day even better. Another idea: Club Extensions. For example, if “Cool Farmers Club” fills up, a member could request to create “Cool Farmers Club 2,” with approval from the original owner. It would help big communities stay connected. 3. Fliers ✍️📄 Premade flier templates for bake sales, rare items, shop deals, or club events would be amazing. Players could customize a template and send it in chat instead of typing everything out. This is the idea I’m most excited about — it would add so much fun and creativity. 4. Club Inventory 🧰💵 A shared storage space where members can donate items would be super helpful. Players could request an item, and the leader or elders could approve it. It would make teamwork easier, especially when people aren’t online at the same time. 5. Personal Chats 💬✨ A private chat option (only if both players approve) would help friends and family communicate even if they’re in different clubs. Only suggestions are… In the donation box one of the options should be coins and diamonds! Then you could donate coins or diamonds to your neighbors. Also, you should add a trading center where all the people that are online and in the trading center can trade with each other. You should also make it where you can sell your decorations. I have TOO MANY decorations that I don’t use. You should also make it where we can sell vouchers. Also, sometimes we don’t have enough silo or barn storage. You should make a “compost pile” where you can dump supplies you don’t want anymore. Like a trash can. I know you can sell what you don’t want, but some things people won’t buy. I also know that after a while Greg or Tom will buy it, but they take a long time and it takes up too much space in the roadside shop. Other than the ideas this is an awesome game! I have played this since I was like 5 years old! BEST GAME EVER!! PRETTY PLEASE CONSIDER THESE IDEAS!! THEY WOULD MAKE THE GAME SOOOOOO MUCH BETTER!!

This game requires too much attention, especially if your a completionist that wants to actually do the events. They require near constant checkins every few hours, and the events take so much valuable items that you need for your basic farm orders. The upgrade parts are rigged, with bolts and screws appearing at 1/8th the rate of everything else, causing severe imbalance. The market also becomes unbalanced when you unlock the upgrade maps. All in all, the game is not rewarding enough for the frustration it causes. I played daily until level 30, and since then the game just completely loses its engagement and appeal

I love this game, but I have issues that don’t get fixed. I have 2 farms on different iPads. One has events and things to buy that the other one doesn’t. I missed the last event because it never showed up on my one account. I am missing an event now because the problem still exists. There is a free compensation for a glitch that I do not have. I have done all the updates all the suggestions online. At this time nothing has changed. I’ve contacted support via game and supercell. I received a message via email that supercell does not handle that part. Last time the contact via game was to close the support ticket with no suggestions or a way to fix my game. If it was once I understand stuff happens but 3 things, not spending anymore till it’s fixed. Not sure of others have had this issue, but as a paying customer I would think something would change.
