it was okay until recently. They're trying to cram a completely different game into this thing and messing everything up in the process. I don't even want to play anymore bc opening the app gives me a headache now. Destroyed the UI and now it feels cheap & amateur. I wish they had just made the realm a separate app and allow you to just link your account so the ppl who want to play that can but the rest of us aren't forced to.

The app doesn't even work, it just immediately crashes and can't be opened or played. I was able to play for about 10 mins, linked my email to NOT get the reward and the app just start crashing. It's just a loading screen no further.

I love this game. I am very enjoy it. But after update apply, that change GUI, I have problem, stuck in loading progress when back to main hall/ main lobby / main page or whatever its call Please maintain that stuck or bug thank you very much.

I started playing this game in Sept of 2019. Quickly became a 5 star game to me. After a year, and needing to contact Support a few times, it dropped to 4 stars. Mainly because of how rude and unsupportive Support was. It dropped to 3 stars a couple years later, after more issues dealing with Support. Over the past 2 years the game has become almost unrecognizable as the fun game I started playing so many years ago. So now it gets 1 star, and it has finally driven me away completely.

In the Realm, whenever I send troops to a mine, I make sure it's empty because I don't want to bother other players. But then another player sends troops to the same mine after I've already dispatched mine. And because their base is closer, they arrive first. And when my troops arrive, the game treats it as if I attacked an occupied mine, and so I am the one that ends up losing some of my troops forever. It's so unfair. I deliberately choose an empty mine, yet I still get penalized.

Go play another game! This game sets you up to fail and pressures you into spending money. They put expensive gem items in the shop next to the cheap coin items. This is disguised as a free to play game.. updates cause constant crashes and support will not assist you if you pressed the wrong button. Please game elsewhere for your own sanity

The game was great until recent updates. Now in the arena you can be a million points stronger than someone who fights you and your the one who get spanked hard. It's too bad. I hope they apply a patch sooner than later or I will have to move on sadly.

They keep changing the rules in the middle of the game. And are taking away benefits that we had. It's not worth wasting your time on. If you wanted to start a different type of game. Just start a new game. Obviously you are clueless on the type of game you are adding. So I guess we are guinea pigs while you try to figure it out.

It's an interesting game; the PvP modes keep the gameplay loop feeling fresh. Pros: interaction with other players and a variety of resources for character progression; Cons: various technical issues and the fact that the actual game is completely different from what ads show. If you - the game developers - actually read these reviews, please consider that not all players are interested in creating a full profile, and consequently, they won't be able to use your support system for feedback.

Very well made game. Lots to do. lots of free stuff, so you can play for free & build a decent team, just takes a little longer. No random ads; you only see ads if you want extra free stuff.

Disappointed with Realm and server war introduction to the game even in the new server. Not as the ad suggested earlier. Could have Realms update for old server and allowed to teleport to those servers who likes civil war!!!
