Love this game initially, beautiful graphics, great story, and fun event ideas—it SHOULD be a 5-star game! But the energy system and resources completely ruin it. ​Energy vanishes in seconds and takes forever to recharge. Coins and rubies are practically very hard to get. Some events are super cool, but they’re insanely hard to finish and the rewards are tiny. Very frustrated and disappointed. 😞☹️

the game was good at lower levels but when you get to maybe level 30 it gets SSSSSOOOOO boring. it slows down drastically because you need so many coins to do anything even to talk to other characters which you didn't need in the earlier levels. I understand they make their money by us buying coins and gems but I purchase them and it doesn't make a difference in game play. it's starting to not be worth the hassle. I don't like spending money and getting nothing in return

This game gives you a 5-minute play time every few hours. It takes 2 minutes to refill 1 energy point, which means that for a full 100 bar you need to wait over 2 hours. Plus, every outfit edit or conversation costs coins, but the amounts get ridiculously high as you advance in level. I just had to pay over 200 coins to add eyelashes. This game requires constant purchases if you want to pay for longer. It's not worth it. I will be moving on to better game options.

Good story line. Recent changes made it difficult to progress. Not sure if it’s level based, I’m level 106 . Weekly tasks increased a lot. 700 merges for day 1 and 3000 merges for day 4. Took me 3 days to complete 700 merges. I haven’t earned a star for 3 weeks. Season pass more used to be 40 levels. It increased to 45 levels a few months ago & current season pass has 50 levels. Energy cap too low for my level. IMO the energy cap for level 100 should be 500 energy. Feels very P2W. Used to be fun

kinda fun at first, grinding doesn't pay off after a couple levels. its like starting over with harder goals, until you have to just wait for points to reload. grinding ends up not being worth the effort for the tiny payoff of a small part of the next level. voices and acting were cheesy

I go through mobile apps like a revolving door, downloading, playing for a few days, then deleting and finding something else. But this? I've been playing this game for months now! I absolutely love it! The gameplay, the graphics, even the story itself! This game is fun & relaxing, the stories are nice & it's interesting that it has some audible talking & movement. It also often gives energies quite generously. But the board sometimes is full, so my suggestion is that it'll be better if there's a special storage workshop for the generator items, like in Gossip Harbor & Her Comeback. I recently bought a game pack, it glitched, and I didn't receive all the bundle rewards. I've contacted tech support multiple times over the past week, and they just keep claiming I received it and repeatedly asking for screenshots I've already provided. Really disappointing, especially considering how much money I spend on the game regularly!
