Loving this game! Not been playing long but so far, so good. I actually feel like I am getting somewhere more than in other similar games I have played..moving through the levels more quickly
- RAE MO · v17.0.0
very chill game. only downside is waiting on energy to fill.... it takes too long to do so... edited so I first gave it 4 stars, but I think the concept of the game is nice and I find myself constantly playing, which is why I do not like the wait time of 2 minutes per energy but...

Fun to play!
- Bonnie Sayen · v17.0.0
The game is good and everyrhing i have seen it to be my favourite game on the app, however the only thing I can say, the energy isnt enough for higher levels, should be an cap from 100-150 -200etc after certain levels. then theres alot of different things you constantly have to use to, which if theres 4 fair enough but like 6+ its very confusing at times but still a very good game and I'll continue to enjoy it!

Another bait and switch dumb game. Ad shows gameplay you want to do. Then you download game and entire thing is merge and match. So tired of these dumb game companies showing ads of gameplay that people actually want to do and then the game is NOT that.

- minthu kyaw · v17.0.0
Started off ok, advertised game is only available after every 3 levels and is mainly a merge game, which wasn't mentioned in the ads at all, but the biggest problem is the game constantly closes down with no warning
- Beryl Callison · v17.0.0
I played this for over a year now but since the last few updates there are so many events and things updating it crashes every two minutes and is completely unplayable. There are so many pop up screens at the load of the game it takes forever to get started and then once I can finally play it moves in slow motion and crashes after a few moves. I have reloaded it to see if that fixes the issue multiple times but it still crashes. I play other games with lots of events going on that are similar on this phone that don’t have this issue. I can’t play until you figure it out.

I know you were respond to this like you respond to the others and say that the ads are an extension of the theme… Blah blah blah… your ad should be of what the game is and look like. Period.

- Manea Petterson-Cummings · v17.0.0
This game is really a good distraction when I need to keep my mind and fingers busy. The game play is easy, with side quests. I like that they customized the game for Halloween! I am on the game just about everyday and it doesn't get boring. if you like merging games this is the one to go with. Also if you get a game account with them you can also redeem your points for cool stuff or even in-game things.

I play this to earn currency in another app, but I really like this one. The otter is cute, and the graphics are smooth. And you can tap and hold to generate items, and you don’t have to do micro-transactions just to progress in the game.

- User0033011 · v17.0
Fun, doesn’t get difficult until later in the game but still fun!
- Chrissi Marr · v17.0
Love the game but the concept of the energy cap is weird. I would absolutely play this game more if it either generated quicker, cap was higher, or just didn’t exist. It honestly just gets frustrating and drives people away. The cost of the energy is too high for the demand of items. Everything else is great though.
- Jeanne4343 · v17.0
Not too difficult
- Stonia90 · v17.0
This game is very addicting! Great to relax in bed and merge items together. Favorite part is the hotel tycoon!

Fine enough option for those who want merge mechanics with no decor choices and minimal storytelling. The graphics are cute, the gameplay smooth, the generation to energy ratio fairly balanced. It's good for meditative gameplay, just not what I personally am looking for.

- Débora Cristina Chareli Lara
this is NOT the actual game... It's a matching game with the hotel part as a mini game...booo
- Michèle O. · v11.0.0
Just another merge game. Using misleading advertising where you play a game that is nothing like the actual product. Games that can't advertise based on their own merits are annoying and this is just another one of those.
- Matt G

yes but I installed the game seeding the add where there is money collection, serving customers, cleaning.. and now that I have installed it, it's just merging.. why did U made that if there is no such thing like the ad?
- Tejasweta Sharma · v11.0.0

if could give it 0 stard I would! another game that is nothing like the ads! FALSE ADVERTISING... DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!
- Nina Wagstaff
downloaded this because the ad showed it as a game where you run around managing a hotel, the game is nothing like this, its just another merging items game, boring after a few levels, false advertising!
- Jenna Halkett · v11.0.0
downloaded from ad but I was disappointed its not as advertised
- julia letlaka
As others state, nothing like advertised. Undownloaded.
- Claire Leviseur · v10.0.0
Game not as advertised on other apps. If you like merge games, it's okay. I downloaded it for how the free ad game play was and it was fun. Once downloaded to play the actual game, however, it was completely different. Also, company posts generic responses to negative comments instead of taking the feedback to make changes, saying: "Our ads are creative extensions inspired by the games theme and gameplay. Feel free to enter the game and explore more content."
- Sara Adams
WOAH!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE AD!! && they literally have over 75 vendors and other companies you have to turn the conset off to, to not sell/store your information. I don't even know if I want this on my phone after it took almost 2 mins to go through and uncheck my consent. LITERALLY 2 pages and each page is about 35 boxes of consent
- Netta B · v11.0.0

Uninstalling! Nothing like the ad. Another merge game.
- Roxanna · v10.0.0
Game is not what what advertised when downloaded
- Jordan Foley
Yet another Advert game that isn't the actual game. Here's a thought, create the game you advertise. That's the game I downloaded and that's the game I wanted.
- Heidi Alsahsah
Pretty good game play for a while. Then the orders start taking too much energy to fulfill. I've spent some money to play play and still have orders that take over 2000 energy to complete. It takes 2 minutes to earn 1 energy and it stops adding after 100 energy until you spend some. Unless you want to pay big money to keep playing, it's not worth your time.
- Larry Ingram · v10.0.0
The ad is a blatant lie. It's a merge game. Not what's in the ad. Uninstalling.

Unfortunately, had to download to explore before I made my review. My account has been deleted anyway. Don't know why you would choose to respond with such bullock.
- Ifeoma · v10.0.0
Nothing like what is in the ads
- Amybaby81 · v10.0
Just another merge game. The playable ad was fun and it a level playable as you go on but would rather play the character than merge numerous times.
- Jen4849 · v10.0

- thisappwpntsave · v10.0
Not like the ad, which was way more fun
- Averyquarles · v10.0
I downloaded the game because of an ad that came up on another game I was playing. However, what is advertised and what is actually downloaded are two TOTALLY different games. I started playing the game at first thinking it would eventually take me to the portion of the game that I saw advertised. IT DID NOT!!! So now I think Im going to delete it. In order to really enjoy most merge games, you have to spend money! I’m not spending any money on this game. Especially since your advertisement depicted a totally different game.
- embrown97 · v10.0
to many pop up ads
- Karen Adams
Why is it not the same game as it is in the ad? I played it in the ad and liked it then downloaded it but it’s a merge game. Nothing like the ad. Deleting it now but why do you put out false advertising??

- Gingerish720 · v10.0

I'm big on merge games. This was okay however one of my biggest pet peeves though are those fingers that won't let you skip them. And of course, it's building stuff not actual Berlin rebuilding people's lives..
- Valerie Lynne
this is a completely different game compared to what the ads show.
- katdjaa · v10.0
I have NEVER left a review but for fooling me so badly by making me download just some stupid merge game, you deserve 0 stars!
- Gyaradolfos · v10.0
Such a shame... The ad was so good and interesting! But the actual game is nothing like the ad.
- Anastasia DeBrown · v10.0.0
The game is not what’s advertised. It’s a merging game. It’s fun at first. The generators decide what they want to kick out and you have to keep using the volts to get what you need to complete an order. Idk that part is kind of like a scam because I should be able to get exactly what I need to get the orders out. You will definitely have to buy the packs to play. It was fun while it lasted which was 3 days I believe.
- kenkookas · v10.0
I downloaded the game from the ad, I like merge games so didn’t mind. Like many others I played hoping to unlock the ad part of the game. Would be 1 star if I didn’t enjoy the merge game. Considered only 2 for the false advertising.

- Verna Patton · v10.0.0
I really don’t understand how you can advertise a game and then the game you actually get is completely different. The game advertised to me was a girl running around a hotel and accommodating guests. What you actually get is a matching game with map building. Not at all what I thought I was getting.

- Cassie Cain
only giving one star as zero wasn't available. I enjoyed the ad but this isn't the game advertised. I will be deleting immediately.
- Leah E · v10.0.0
I honestly thought after playing the ad that it might be legit and downloaded it. Nope. Not even close.
- Froaderick · v10.0
fun game but requires you to pay to play unless you want to play for one minute at a time every hour and forty minutes.
- Kirbi Doty · v10.0.0
Bait & switch in that the ads show one game but that's not the game you play when you install. Thank you for the opportunity but I will not be back unless it's sliding glasses that merge on contact.
- Unhinged Beast · v10.0.0
Completely different game than I was expecting. Idk where all the 5 star reviews are farmed from.
- justin bieber 4eva · v10.0
What everyone else is saying - I downloaded this because of an ad, but this is just a merge game. Where’s the game from the ad? That’s something I would actually play, not this silly merge stuff.
- xojerseyface · v10.0
Completely different game then the ad companies that do this are pitiful
- Ad hopper · v10.0
Completely different than the ad, fake game
- Chrissy Reed · v10.0.0
totally different game to advert
- George Norfolk · v10.0.0
crashes before I get to the game
- TrollGRG G · v10.0.0
adverts show totally different game! misleading! it is MISLEADING ! creative? you just want people to install your app while showing totally different game! you see advert if a car. go to garage and the car you get is....a miniature car. garage was creative with advert and you oay for a miniature car, not a real one. would you be happy? NO! puttimg in complaint
- Pat Vankeer · v10.0.0
Not like the ads at all where you get to build and run a hotel. Highly disappointed. Deleting now.
- countrygurlnurse · v10.0
Not at all what the playable ad showed. Bait and switch.
- Dhhcfjcsxb · v10.0
This is a merge game. This game plays nothing like the ads. You were intentionally deceptive just to waste my time. 👎🏾
- Stacey Shaw · v10.0.0
All the recent reviews I’m saying talk about the bait and switch they did with advertising one game another that cost money to continue to play. How in the world do they have a four review with all of these bad ones? Is this a new recent change that they made?? Either way, my advice is to stay far away from this game and this company!!!!!
- Tappytoe28 · v10.0
the ad was so much fun, sadly after download, just same old boring format..uninstalled
- Louise Walker · v10.0.0
Downloaded the app based on the ad, the actual game was nothing like the ad. Delete!
- Dalebrynay · v10.0
It’s a classic merge game, nothing like the gameplay in the ad.
- Izsmz · v10.0
I downloaded this based off an ad from a different game, the gameplay in the ad is TOTALLY DIFFERENT than this gameplay actually is. It’s disgusting when companies do that. I played a few rounds to see if you just had to play more but nope, this is a matching game not a hotel running game. LAME.
- LoraDora123 · v10.0
not the actual game play that was shown in the add
- Dawn Price
Nothing like what is advertised when you plaything game within an advert. Don't bother.
- Chris Moon · v10.0.0
not the game advertised
- Olivia Abernaithe
it's pretty entertaining and easy to follow
- Xiomara Ramírez · v10.0.0
I feel bamboozled I played the game for an ad for another game I was playing. Felt like the game was fun so I downloaded it and it was a completely different game. Don’t waste your time
- P🎃 · v10.0
This is the worst kind of game. The advertisement shows one type of gameplay, but once you download it, it’s completely different. I keep falling into the trap of these misleading games.
- exo-l/X-back · v10.0
I kept getting playable ads for this game where you’re running around as Alyssa doing different tasks to upgrade the hotel and that’s NOT AT ALL what you actually get to do when you download the game. Why have COMPLETELY MISLEADING ads??? Just advertise what the game actually is!!! That’s what all your negative 1 star reviews are about! I wish I could give this 0 stars instead of 1.
- YungNic · v10.0
Nothing like the ads
- Giannagcg · v10.0.0

- Ben S Cal · v10.0

- iDizZed · v10.0.0
There should be rules against this. Game play is absolutely NOTHING like it was advertised. It’s not even a fun game. Booooooo! Shame on the developers!

- Blessing · v10.0.0
not like the Ad at all, shame tbf
- Laurence Pulling
0 stars, like many people I downloaded this from an ad that looked fun but it's just another merge game. Having read a lot of the reviews, the company/owner of the game just responds to the negative reviews with the same copy and pasted response which doesn't actually respond to the feedback, just says that the ads are a creative way to express the gameplay or some nonsense like that. Extremely disappointed and immediately uninstalled.
- Sorcha Clancy · v10.0.0
The ad was misleading. It was very different from what you actually play.
- Michaela Abara
😂😂😂 Nothing like the adds dont bother
- David newell
Nothing like the game that was advertised. So sick of this false advertising. I really don't understand why developers let people play a mini game, get them to install it and then it's not even close to the mini game they played. Not going to play the stupid game. Uninstalling it
- Emma Swain
Nothing like the ad.
- Elaine Martin · v10.0.0
The reason I give it 2 stars is because whenever I try to watch ads for more energy, they scam me by saying I need to watch the whole ad. There literally is no more ad I can watch. 75% of the time I got nothing.
- TIY _ · v9.0.0
It's nothing like it portrays
- Cassie Marie
absolutely nothing like advertised
- Rachael Hargis
This game is run by liars and thieves. Beware when you play this game. If you make in-game purchases, they will take your money and not give you the items you paid for. When talking to customer service, they will lie, make you an offer of compensation, and then not honor their own offers.
- Andrea Farris · v10.0.0
downloaded it because the add seemed fun, turns out it's nothing like it. just straight up false advertisement
- roc 360 · v9.0.0
awesome game but the ex perks are way too expensive for people like me who are on a limited budget
- Angelica .D Armstrong · v9.0.0
It's the same as any other merge game in the Play Store. Nothing good/bad about it. Mechanics are identical, just reskinned 2 stars because I got conned by an ad which had completely different gameplay.
- Carmen Fan

I downloaded from another game after playing the ad. When I started the game it was completely different than the ad. Very misleading.
- A.Rae27 · v9.0
The main game and all the little games and prizes, new things all the time is a lot of fun!
- stiffyj · v9.0
Showing a completely different ad to what the game was, disappointing...
- Kim Mcshane
The game in the ad is nothing like what the game is like. Disappointing. Delete.
- KVance3 · v9.0
The game is match the pair - not Hotel manager like was advertised is the ad. Even forced update is with the only button “awesome” - what awesome did you find in the update process? Do not manipulate my mind and opinion - now you dared me to put the stars and write a review I refused to do before.
- ugxhnctkbxd · v9.0
I have cleared the coffee bean processing and nothing seems to happen. Is the game completely done or is my game stuck not loading the new parts? Game is fun but now I'm not sure if this is the end.
- R. “Rocky” · v9.0.0
Unfortunately the demo I played has nothing in common with the game. It's a trade ad trick. Disappointed.
- Yana Marinova · v9.0.0
At first it is satisfying but as you keep on playing you'll get bored. The waiting time to get energy sucks! The jewels is hard to get. There are items that you don't know how to get. It's always about purchasing to get more energy and jewels. I spent two weeks playing this almost everyday and playing in between my work and aometimes late at night but now I'm deleting it. Going to max level is way too long. Have ti delete it now.

- sofia1212347849302874 · v9.0
But it isn’t. It’s a merge game and it’s not a great one. However, it IS great for passing the time. The prizes and gifts are generous, as well, so it’ll keep you engaged. It is worth it if you need something to just keep you occupied during downtimes.

False Advertising! The add I enjoyed and the reason I downloaded thus game are completely different from what I played once the game was downloaded. I did only play for maybe 10mins before uninstalling so the game may be good, but it is not the game in the advertisement that I watched! I don't understand why these companies make these advertisements that in the end aren't anything like the actual game!

Awesome games. Keeps you entertained and busy.
- Kimmi1949 · v9.0
A thoroughly diverting little game. The merge mechanics are pleasantly intuitive, the hotel restoration provides a gratifying sense of progress, and each new construction offers just enough novelty to keep the experience from growing stale. There is the occasional lull while waiting for energy to replenish, though that is scarcely uncommon in the genre. All told, it has become a dependable source of quotidian amusement and a most agreeable way to while away a spare quarter of an hour.

I really like that you can use the side games to help and don’t have to spend money on additional rewards if you don’t want to.
