this game keeps charging me for stuff i am not authorizing. I don't have this game anymore . nor do i have a subscription for anything from this game . How do i cancel whatever it is your charging me for

I've always loved playing this game. But the more time goes on, the more energy draining it becomes. And I am not going to put money into a game that I play on my phone. Everything gets more and more expensive with energy. I have fifty billion dollars, but I can't use that. Except for little things here and there, buying my animals. Why can't I convert that to energy? Somehow, i'm pretty much ready to just stop playing

I have played this game for many years. It is a hard game but I have always enjoyed the challenge. However, recent changes by the devs have taken the fun out of it. Lots of energy is required & the further you get, the higher the energy requirement. They have removed features where energy could be easily earned. Now, it is almost essential to spend cash money to make any progress in the game. I'm very disappointed in the game and I would suggest new players not waste their time on it.

The new graphics are absolute rubbish. Developers need to remember that this game is played by adults, the graphics are nowso childish it's unbelievable. Plus the trade lands are now boring. Hate the redwoods 1, nearly impossible to finish, worst trade land of the lot. This game has gone downhill rapidily, while i appreciate the devs have to make their money. These devs are now totally money hungry, the new updates stink, game is no longer fun.

This game has really gone down hill, becoming more and more a pay to win app. The energy requirements are getting beyond belief. You get bombarded by adverts encouraging you to spend money to buy energy. A lot of the time you think you have got the items needed to move on only to find that you have to buy multiple things with stupid names like "knowledge" or interest plus loads of other meaningless names, needing anything of upto 30 of these items at a huge cost in order to move on. Klondike is a classic farming game with stunning visuals. It's what I expected and what I got. What troubles me is the setting: a bunch of people entering a Inuit space and "helping" the people there by exploiting the land resources. The Inuit people are either labourers or helpless, while all customers or characters who help you are white. I don't know if that inherently qualifies as racist, but it is politically upsetting in a way that normalizes exploitation of natives and their land.

I've played this game for at least 7 years daily and it has gotten so bad with every update. you cant finish a single land without a ridiculous amount of energy and now it's extremely expensive to buy energy, gems ect. they do too many trials with mini games in a short amount of time and then take it away. you can gain millions of coins, but very few things cost coins in the game. it's not enjoyable any more. It was a great game when it first came out and now it's not worth it.

You can't have a strategy because they change it every two weeks like a beta game, they are always testing something. A lot of items don't work properly,the game crashes a lot. Loved the game. I've been playing for 7years. The locations are interesting, and quite beautiful. The home station farm and manufacturing build energy points to move on in the locations. Kind of figured it was too good to be true; was just waiting for when the money part was going to get involved. Believe it or not , it didn't take long. When the map says that an area will close in 24 hours, when I'm moving to a new area, does that mean it's closed forever? But without the new area I can't get materials for quests which give me energy to clear out the previous area. This is very distressing. It's a fun and addicting game. First few levels go quick then it slowly takes more and more energy to finish a destination.There are ways to get free energy but not nearly enough to progress without spending real money.You can't get ahead without getting the buildings and equipment you need.Just wish the energy earned and rewarded would be enough to play without having to do like all games now have to just collect freebies from social media and whatever else you can squeeze out and save for days
