Частые вылеты из игры и отвратная техподдержка

Игра в целом неплохая для своего жанра, но в остальном полный ужас. Частые вылеты и самое главное - наплевательское отношение техподдержки. Отвечают по 3-4 дня и каждый раз однотипным текстом. С проблемой так и не помогли, хотя прошло уже полмесяца с первого обращения. Связано было с донатом. Так что не советую сюда вкладывать хоть копейку, ведь в случае чего вам не помогут, а лишь нежно поводят по губам с позитивными смайликами в ответе🌟💖💛🙏

Badly optimized

I have an iPhone 17 and this game is very choppy not smooth whatsoever- I play many games and never have this issue, it’s an immediate uninstall for me .. seems fun but needs to be optimized better

The ad is extremely misleading

I downloaded this because I thought the game was just like the ad said. You play until you die, then restart better than before. It’s nothing like this. Not even close. Apple really needs to do something about these misleading ads.

Not worth it.

Many quit after seeing photo proof & finding out the devs sold dev accounts which gave everything 90% off. - The game punishes you for helping others because it wastes your attempt resources even when people can hurriedly switch modes and your auto-confirm may be on. - This game is the whole idea of Pay to Win. There are rankings on everything and mostly static points for F2P while P2P gets double points and extra rewards/attempts. Going through walls and a zigzagging auto path shows the game clearly was designed to make money fast. - Don’t get me started on trying to figure out where anything is on the game menu… there are so many menus and it changes basically every day. I wish I could say it could have been good but there is so very much bad.

Fraud Charges

Around $600-700 of fraud charges were made in my Apple Card in December 2025. It is almost 3 months later and I am still trying to fight to get those charges dropped. All charges were made around 2am my time while I was asleep. Don’t download sketchy apps.

None of my progress ever saves

Played for about 20 minutes a few nights ago then when I logged on last night, I had to start over from nothing. So I played for 30 more minutes last night and made sure to bind my Apple account to save my progress, but when I opened the game tonight I still had to start from the practice screen again like I hadn’t played at all, even after trying to switch my account over to my Apple account. Waste of an hour. Wasn’t sure if I was going to continue playing either way but that kinda seals the deal

My server is on month 3

It’s like every other mobile app.. the server itself condensed to 1 clan.. everyone else is inactive. Since cross server events opened up there have been nothing but mismatches. Finding older, stronger servers. Losing every event. You’ve over incentive spending, like every other app and the corresponding gap in power is overwhelming. Just like every other mobile gaming app these days

Fake people

Played the game for almost 2 months now..i see people come and go i feel the game has people they know go around on new servers creating new accounts and making them overpower stealing all first place rewards and repeat in many servers. I would say admin abuse. They usually quit after a week or two. Overall 1/10.

The game is really interesting and fun but I have some notes firstly why is the male mage bald I don’t want to play as a bald character but I want to use magic add some hair so a smarter idea is allowing the player to customize their own character and race and have the classes just be classes and second why is it that the characters move on their own like I’m trying to do something but my character keeps moving by itself which annoys me

Good Game, Poor Support

Notification system needs to be updated to include events. Including small events like clan trials. Cyber bullying is running rampant and there is no report button and no way to protect yourself from online bullying or predators. Many things have very little guidance such as what to do with pets. Honestly the company is very greedy.

Way too much all at once and all arena games are trash

Played for a few hours. Total mistake. Had to quit and delete once the global stuff started in, I HATE ARENA GAMES. Could be greatly improved as an offline, single player rpg. There is far, FAR too much going on all at once. This game is like drowning in sand. No actual control, everything is auto EXCEPT improvements. No amount of ADHD will help. Definitely NOT “idle” by any means, except perhaps the afk aspect. There’s a ton of potential, but huge improvements needed.

So much potential

This game can be so great. It just has issues loading. I know it’s not my device because I have a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. And even when the game does get loaded, the sub menus and icons rarely load.

Terrible Customer Service

This game is absolute trash. The whales that quite literally spend *thousands* make the game insufferable. Got 1st place in a tournament or arena? Here comes a whale to send you to 19th place. Wave goodbye to everyone on your way down. Fighting a boss and have it down to 37%? Here comes a whale to overtake your damage in SECONDS and steal all of your rewards. Then, there’s the issue that I quite literally spent more time clearing gachas than I was able to actually enjoy the game. On top of ALL of that, the customer service absolutely INFURIATED ME. I begged for well over a week for them to delete me account. At first, they tried to ask what was wrong; then then tried to tell me it was impossible lol; then they finally told me how to delete it myself (but it was tied to a fake email and I couldn’t remember the password; so they made me send over 10 screenshots of stuff to prove I owned the account. Finally, they reset the password … to a fake, made up email that I cannot recover … and it kicked me from the game so I cannot get back in. Lovely. Middle fingers all around to these guys who have now locked me out of my own account instead of just deleting my account like I begged for over a week of back and forth requests. Seriously infuriating.

Where is my progress?

I played this game preordered it set it down for a few days and all the sudden everything I did went away I am infuriated. Good Potential But Bad

So just from the false advertising I’m removing a star they advertise it to be very high graphics and a cool MMORPG style game but in reality it’s an automatic low graphics trash dump. Don’t get me wrong I do like the game but there are a lot of things they need to fix. I’m giving it a 2 star mainly because of how bad the skills and graphics look the characters also look like slop and there’s no character design. Also why do I have to ride on a turtle it just looks stupid get rid of the mount please. If you’re gonna make an idle rpg at least make it not look like the inside of a microwave while cooking a hot pocket.

Fake game

Saw the add. Downloaded the game. It’s not as advertised. The game play is decent but it’s really hard to progress without paying. Stats are broken once you pay to play. Things are locked by server days as well. Can get certain requirements to progress until certain days so you just sit and wait. Not worth it.

Like game says, idle, it plays for you and you just tap and tap and watch, it can easily get boring. It’s the typical pyramid game where paid players get ahead, and in any event they get the best rewards. People that dont pay get worst rewards. It has auctions, where paid players just buy all items outright and you get nothing! Thats right, extremely flawed. Rewards should be the same for all ranks and only differentiating in quantity given. You should not miss out on items because people pay, then you are left with people quitting the game, paid players playing alone in dead servers and ultimately quitting too. Great customer service though!
