Tried this after a friend's recommendation, after a certain game disappointed me by cancelling a character I looked forward to. I'm staying bc Lu Chen is so fiiine and Zha Lisu is funny af lol LOVE the story and character design a lot, but the grind is insane unless you're down to whale for your fave. So if you're going f2p you should brace yourself and be more careful with your resources.

tried this game out for a few weeks, very grindy (XP take too long to farm and no skip) and not f2p friendly if u want to unlock all the stories. Story and chars was mid so it didn't interest me enough to continue the later chapters, even though there are supposed to be 2 more LI to unlock once u reach chap7/8...Events also require good 6*cards to get rewards on time. Devs should reduce time spent on farmin.

I love this game since its original release in CN and have been waiting for an English version since 2021. The currently translation and dubbing leaves much to be desired but being able to play this game after waiting for 5 years is just too great. I hope they improve the localization of the game so everyone can trully enjoy it to the fullest for a long time.

the game is fun itself but it's tough to get the resources for the gacha. And they use A.I for the character's voice 😬 which make it so emotionless and the same.

I really love Light and Night and started playing as soon as the English version was released. The story, art, voice acting, and love interests are amazing, making every chapter enjoyable. My only issue is that it isn't very F2P-friendly. It's difficult to save enough for pulls since most free resources come from log-in rewards (around 3 pulls) and completing books (about 5–10 pulls). I hope future updates make it easier for free players to earn pulls.

The game maker said that there is a 75% guarantee of getting a 6-star card. My friends all turned out at least 2 6-star cards, but I turned 66 rolls to show 1 card. Really very disappointed! The spinning mechanism should be insured and 100% guaranteed to issue a card, it will be better.

I was a player since CBT and I loved the game so much that I even waited until its official SEA server release and played hard. i really love the main story, the choices, the light and night endings, the love interests, each of their relationship to MC, their voices, illustrations, styles, designs, everything is perfect. The game itself is perfect! Edit: Can you fix the pity system of the game? Or at least reduce the cost of 10 pulls since it's too expensive. I've lost my 50/50 countless times.

the game is fun love all the character and the story so far, but downside it's not that friendly for f2p you need to be very patient, the english VAs need more improvement sometimes it feels like AI with zero emotion so i prefer the chinese VAs, the grind quite tedious but doable, i wish we can change MC hair and clothes separately not in a set top up feels off so i don't recommend doing it for now

I genuinely love this game, but I’ve been unable to log in since yesterday. I already tried the in-game repair feature and even downloaded an extra 3GB, but it still won't let me in. My internet connection is completely fine, yet it keeps telling me to retry. Giving 1 star for now just to get the developers' attention. I will happily change it back to 5 stars once this issue is fixed and I can log in again. Please fix this soon!

the premise is super interesting and i love that each chapter has an ending! the most addictive fun read I've ever had in a while. I just wish raising cards were easier cuz I'd love to read through the main story faster :( and also for the last 2 love interest to not be locked further into the story.. Its kinda sad that I know nothing about Xia after they teased his existence much earlier into the chapter.

Not F2P Friendly. The resources for leveling up cards are limited and certain levels in the game can be pretty hard for a game that is still recently released. Not only that, the time-limited events also required you to have high levels cards for the later stages which makes you may feel upset OR frustated because you can't complete/beat them and then you can't get all rewards available. Also keep this in mind that the pity system in the banner gacha isn't shared between limited banners.

I'm a big fan of otome games and I played a lot of them. If i'm gonna be honest this one is definitely very addicting, the illustrations, animations and the concept is amazing! I love how the Male leads have so much personality! But maybe consider adding a pity system? and also for some reason it's really hard to progress in the story... it was ridiculously hard 😵‍💫 Maybe add more features we can get more coins and stuffs to upgrade our bonds? or maybe nerf the levels?

honestly, this game is great overall, the characters designs, the art, the music. but it gets a little bit boring because of the slow pace of this game, and to get the items for gacha thingy is actually so hard wth. and also, the eng dub voice is a no for me, sounds flat, like there's no emotions in their voices and like they just read the text, which sounds so AI to me.
