This game seems like it used to be great. Now, aggressive monetization, dark patterns, and it's just not fun to play after the first 5 minutes, when full screen pop-up ads derail the momentum of excitement. However, the game has excellent graphics and the controls feel smooth.

Marvel Contest of Champions is a fun game with great graphics and an impressive roster of Marvel characters. The combat is enjoyable, and new events keep the game interesting. However, progression can feel slow, and many rewards seem heavily dependent on spending money or grinding for long hours. Overall, it's a good game for Marvel fans, but it could be more balanced for free-to-play players.

Been playing for five years now. Game was fun at the start. They have been doing a lot of updates to the game. I don't pay to play. So it takes me longer to rank up but with all the changes now becoming cav is easier. The 7* champions are easy to get.

I've been playing this game for 5–6 years without spending money, and I'm still only at Level 41. I haven't cleared Act 6 yet, don't have a single 7-Star Champion, and most of my 6-Star Champions aren't even fully ranked because progression is so heavily tied to spending. Loyal long-term players should be recognized and rewarded with special progression gifts. We keep playing, support the game with positive reviews, and stay active for years. The graphics are too good of this game and I enjoyed a lot while playing but there is a problem if you want to play nonstop it's vey hard because of too muvh energy consumption so they should reduce the number of energy consumed

Ive played this for 10yrs+, you wont get far if you dont plan on spending and this game is especially egregious. The game is designed to slow you to entice you into paying. They reward you with a lot of items but the space is VERY limited and if you stop playing for over 1mon it'll get deleted so you come back with bare minimum but dw the game knows that and makes sure to offer you XXX% value deal. The tier of your champs will always be behind. Game has an outdated energy-to-play system.
